Danette has her own shop, and it is located down the hall to the right. She has been cutting my hair for about a year now. I have very fine hair, and she does such a wonderful job cutting, and every time I leave I am so happy. Danette is the best stylist I have ever had. She is so friendly and welcoming. Her specialty is color. I have seen her cut kids, men, women, and every age group, and just do a fabulous job. Five Plus Stars!

Do NOT recommend getting your hair done by Audikay. My friend and I had our hair cut and permed by…read moreher a month ago. Both turned out awful. My friend specifically requested that she did not want super tight curls, but she ended up with exactly that. Audikay even uploaded her on tiktok with the caption "Serving up tight curl realness". Not only that, the cut was uneven and choppy. My friend went to another hair dresser who informed her that the cut was uneven to the point where the layers can't be blended together. She ended up cutting off most of her hair. My hair was even worse. The top half of my hair was permed, bottom was completely flat, and my layers were completely ruined. On top of that, my hair was very frizzy and extremely damaged. I ended up going to Figaro's and the salon owner, who has over 30 years of experience, told me that Audikay sectioned my hair incorrectly and under processed it. He ended up having to re-layer my hair for me. I wanted to get my hair re-permed by him, but he was completely booked and I was on a time crunch. So I ended up booking a digital perm at LoveLee. She did a thorough consult and informed me that the perm solution Audikay used most likely too concentrated and not suitable for my hair type. Also, due to how my hair was rolled and how the perm solution was sprayed on, it concentrated at my roots and damaged it. This resulted in breakage near the roots and caused the fizziness. Luckily for me, Hailey was super knowledgeable and able to help re-perm and repair my hair for me. She added a lot of protein back to my hair. Now the curls are even and the frizz is gone. If you want to get your hair permed or even cut, I highly recommend going to Figaro's or LoveLee instead of Audikay. Perms are really expensive and already very damaging to the hair, so you should go to someone who is actually experienced. To top it all off, the actual perm experience at Audikay wasn't ideal. She provided us a few microfiber clothes to try to keep us dry and to try to keep the perm solution out of our eyes. However, due to how she applies the perm solution, neutralizer and even washes your hair, there is no way to stay dry. My friend ended up getting wet all the way down to her ankles and actually had to wring out her pants in the bathroom. Her husband ended up bringing her a change of clothes. I didn't get as soaked as she did, but my back and the back of my thighs were pretty wet after my appointment. I understand that perms require a lot of liquid, but I don't think it's normal to get that wet when you get your hair done. My clothes didn't even get wet at all when I got my perm redone at LoveLee. I honestly think this is a lack of experience issue. That being said. Audikay was nice in person, but when I tried to contact her about the damage done to my hair, she was adamant that it wasn't her fault and would not refund me. She did offer to fix it for free, but after seeing the hair cut and how the perm turned out, I did not trust her to touch my hair again. She also never did a real consult with me before cutting and perming my hair. Not to mention, she told us that she customizes everything to the client. So my friend and I would get different aftercare instructions and product recommendations due to having different hair textures. We got the same 1/2 sheet of aftercare instructions and I had to ask for product recommendations. My friend never received any product recommendations.

I asked Ame, to fix haircut and highlights, and I scheduled two follow-up up appointments with her, but she cancelled both appointments. I went to courtney the owner! for a hair trim my hair was already shattered from to much texturizing from a previous salon. She assured me she could fix.OMG she cut 2 inches off top and did more texturizing and my hair is so disconnected i have to now wait for another 3 months to get this botched hair cut to grow. She would never let her hair be cut like this .Bottom lie she does not listen or care.Dont go there!!! When I called she would not compensate anything even a product. Also my only time she called and switched my appt for personal reasons. What a way to run your business. I care about the stylist not that it is chic many of them are who cares. Of couse Courtney wil never take any responsiblity for her mistakes she told me I can never find a stylist Im happy with. That is not the point she reassured me she could fix the shattered ends from over texturizing and then proceeded to texturize more!! I even asked her what she was doing!! I am very dissapointed in her cut, attitude and pretentious demeaner she is all about her long beautiful hair and vanity. Turn the tables around she would of hated the cut!! and i told her i did. Courtney peters is pretty much awesome. Not to mention part of the back to back denver Broncos super bowl campaign!!! I was going to floyds barber shop before. My hair lady left so I had to find another. My wife told me I should try Courtney out, she just opened up her own business and I knew she did my wife's hair and all her bridesmaids hair which all looked great! So I gave her a shot. well needless to say I have been going since. I walk in and she is so hospitable. Even when I am waiting for my turn I see the way she greets everyone that walks in with the most friendly smile! She knows how I want my hair and I just sit in the chair and she takes care of it!! She is awesome and she is a family friend now! I give her business a 10. It's fun watching a business start and then watch it grow and transform into something cool. Yes for a guys hair cut its a little steep but I don't pay for cheep. I like quality so it's worth it! I will continue to refer her business to others. I will finish with this. I live by riverdale golf course And her salon is off of 88th and Sheridan. Now if that dive doesn't speak for her work for a mans haircut then I don't know what will!!! I heard about this salon from my two girlfriends that are loyal customers to Courtney the owner. One of the girls had hair extensions and Courtney did such a great job blending her real hair to the extensions color. I was amazed at how good it looked! My other friend used to have dry, brittle hair with no shape. Courtney transformed her by shaping a cute A-line hair cut. She made her feel and look more confident! Coco Marie Salon is my #1 place to go! Owner Courtney is a triple threat! Not only does she run a very successful salon that is very stylish yet still very inviting she also creates beautiful looks for weddings! Courtney has colored and cut my hair for quite sometime now and I leave every time feeling beautiful even when I tell her to use her own creative juices! Recently in October I had Courtney do hair and makeup for my wedding and I never have felt so beautiful in my life! Not only was she early to my venue site she provided all of the makeup and hair things needed to make not only me but my bridesmaids beautiful that day! Nothing nor nobody was rushed that day! This salon is awesome! Not only were they able to get me in on a short notice, they set me up with a quality experience given the circumstances. The decor is cute, modern, and very trendy. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately, sat down, and given a beverage while I waited for my stylist. My stylist Dani was very sweet and good at her job. They have exceptional customer service. It is always awesome to find a salon where everyone seems happy to be in there. As for my hair cut, it is exactly what I wanted. I have struggled to find a stylist that wants to do and does a great job with short hair. Dani found a way to hide my terrible undercut growth and gave me a haircut that looks cute as well as lol. Courtney did both my hair and make up for a Fitness Competition, and I was beyond thrilled with both! I received many compliments and it helped give me an extra confidence boost to get up on stage. She is an expert and quick with hair extensions and my hair stayed all day, yet looked natural and not "newscaster" like. Her make up was stunning on the girls, and really made our eyes pop with fake eyelashes and beautifully coordinated with our swim suits. COURTNEY IS AMAZING! The only stylist I, myself, have ever been to is Kaylee; but the other girls always seem to be keeping busy with clients, which is a testament to their skill. Speaking of skill, Kaylee's is unparalleled! She works so hard and is accommodating to her clients' fluctuating schedules. She greets me with a smile and is friendly and easy to talk to. First of all beautiful salon!! The chandelier and mirrors are everything!! the staff is amazing, very helpful!! My stylist Maddie is where it's at!! Came in with a mess of hair, been a year since I had done anything to it (myself) yeah I know lol... Decided it was time for a change!! Walked in with hair that had been bleached a year ago, covered in brown box hair dye. I have thick, long hair (told her it's a blessing & a curse to have it like that) lol. I absolutely love my stylist Courtney, I have been seeing her for my cut, color, and brow wax for over a few years now. I have naturally curly hair and I was moving stylist to stylist trying to find someone who knew how to cut my hair. I just moved to Denver about 2 months ago and was dreading finding a new salon. I was referred to Coco Marie Salon from my sister. I called and made an app with Courtney (on a Monday...which no one is ever available on Mondays!!) I was so happy, my appointment started on time, salon was very clean, i showed her a few styles i was thinking about doing and we decided on one. A friend of mine recommended Courtney Conway, the owner of CoCo Marie Salon, as a stylist. I made an appointment and it was the best decision I ever made. I showed Courtney a picture of the hair color I wanted and she was able to match it perfectly. She discussed what the upkeep would entail and how to maintain my color. The product she recommended has worked very well for me and my hair is beautiful, healthy and long. Courtney is a hair guru. She is extremely talented and kind. I only wish I met her sooner. Simply put Courtney is Amazing! If you are looking for an awesome hairdresser that is versatile and can pull off miracles look no farther Courtney is the one! I drive over 50 miles to have her and only her cut my hair every month. I found Coco Marie Salon a few years ago only after getting butchered at another salon converting to a pixie cut. Sammi took it from that to a really lovely beige blonde, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. The correction took about 4 hours and ran roughly ~$120/hour, which felt fair given how much work went into fixing it. I waited to post this until it had grown out some, because that's the real test of a good color job, and it's held up seamlessly. No weird line where the old color meets new growth, no brassiness creeping back in. That tells me she really got the formula right, not just a quick fix that looks good for two weeks. If you've had a color disaster somewhere else, Sammi's your girl. So glad I found her!

Atmosphere is professional yet easy-going and FUN! Everybody there is super friendly and encouraging. I love chatting with other people either waiting or sitting in the styling chair. I will NEVER go anywhere else because Debbie's 30+ years of doing hair, Zia the best color, cut, conditioning treatments I've ever had! I go every 6-7 weeks for color. Debbie and all the stylists there are of top-notch caliber! I leave feeling beautiful and as if I just had a fantastic "play date." Lol! You are missing out on something incredible if u get your hair done anywhere else. I am a 100% honest person and I think if you've never gone there before, you are missing out on amazing hair for yourself!

I was looking for someone who uses Wella products when I called, she said no one there does, but Sarany uses Redken. I booked the appointment with the receptionist, rates on line for a partial highlight say $140+. Went to appointment, had partial highlight done, nothing else. No frills salon, clean, friendly staff, highlight color was fine. I'd just had my hair highlighted/cut 5 weeks before this appointment at a different higher end salon in Thornton and paid $140 for a partial and haircut, this is a 5/6 week ritual and I was looking for a permanent salon who can do a simple highlight blonde color that my last (out of state) salon did for over five years for $120.00. Nothing crazy, very basic. At check out the receptionist said the visit was $230.00, I was shocked at the price because this was a very basic partial highlight using Redken products. I've been to two other higher end salons in Thornton where I was charged $140- included haircut & $160 - included gloss, for the same service but felt the color was still a bit off after trying both places so wanted to try Trendz. I paid the $230 and gave her a 20% tip, booked another appointment and left. After I got home I was upset about the price because we had never discussed it, I assumed it would fall into line on what there website says, as well as what I'd paid at two other salons in Thornton. I sent Sarany a text thanking her for the service but told her I was unhappy with the charge. She replied back that she charged me the base rate due to the recommendation of the receptionist instead of her normal charge - whatever that means???? and if I wanted her to cancel my next appointment due to price she would & recommended I return to a less expensive salon. Greed is NEVER good. Making a few extra bucks off me, won't pay off. I ended up paying $275 with tip for a partial highlight, my bad for not clarifying pricing, but her bad for taking advantage. So instead of a new happy client that has regular service every 5/6 weeks and always tips 20% she has an unhappy client that will never go back. The positive is the color was good & she was friendly, I would have returned- probably for several years! Now I'm wasting my time writing a review warning new clients to get pricing (in writing-don't trust there website prices) before your appointment so you don't feel taken advantage of like I do. I thought going to the hairdresser was supposed to be fun, nothing was fun about this experience, very disappointed and put off about even trying another salon.

There are less expensive places in the area, but the consistent good quality among all the stylists makes it worth the extra money for me.

She listens and partners with you to get you the style you want. I went through several styles and colors over the years and always left her chair feeling and looking fantastic. Because she is a highly knowledgeable and skilled professional so expect to pay accordingly, but she is worth every bit of it.

I've been doing a lot of highlights in reds. I have very dark colored hair and love our visits about once every 4 weeks, we get time to catch up, while she does my hair. She has big heart and has always made my hair the way I want it. So, if it doesn't turn out right, she fixes it. My family and I have been seeing Ashleigh for years and look forward to our many future visits too.

The 3rd pic is my hair before we started. She redid my color three times in three days. This woman should not be a stylist what a joke. I wanted it much chunkier and more blonde and after going back three times to have her try and correct it. Had much darker hair than I originally started with the third photo my hair was so much lighter than it is now how the heck can that happen???? . When I specifically told her and showed her more chunky & more blonde!! Not DARKER!!! Three ridiculously long sessions for three days seriously??. And after spending $200 including product. So needless she absolutely deserves this review she should've actually given me 100% of my money back knowing that I was not happy with her incompetence!

I wanted it curled tight so it lasted longer. However I also said "just make it look good". She gave me beach weaves. They fell out as expected but at least it lasted a few hours. I went in Saturday last minute to Oksana. The day prior I got a hair cut of my worst nightmare. A…read morechunk of my hair was not cut, choppy, and one side was longer than the other. The stylist covered it up with the blow out she styled it with and once I straightened it I was in shambles. It was a bob and very noticeable. Oksana saved my life fixing my hair. Not only is it now even but she somehow saved my hair from being too short. It's still at a perfect bob length. She's very professional and knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Oksana and will now only be returning to see her for ALL future appointments.
