My stylist Ferchie was amazing from beginning to end, he actually listened to what I wanted and he executed it perfectly! I had a ton of box dye and red dye over the years and he not only was able to get me close to a platinum blonde but did it with no damage! I spent a fortune (several thousand dollars) on my hair and have had it less than 5 months. It has been falling out every other week. When I went in to have it fixed I asked Courtney to move my extensions because the other side was going to fall out due to poor placement. She told me she didn't have time. Here we are a week later and my hair is falling out again. For thousands of dollars I would expect more than a weft hanging off my head. It's embarrassing and inconvenient. They do not care about anything other than making money. Move ups are ridiculously expensive and clearly not worth it. I would not recommend this place, you can easily find somewhere cheaper and better. read more

I was very excited to get my hair done at Coco Marie Salon.. heard a lot of great things/ couple of my girlfriends come here.. so Idecided to give them a try! I got my hair done on 6/5/2020 so it's been a week keep in mind. Got in with Kelly P.. she did some blonde highlights and when she was done I thought it looked great! About a week later I was running my fingers though my hair to put my hair in a high pony and found these spots.. she did a horrible job blending the highlights.. straight up look like a zebra, also did a horrible job getting the highlights to the roots. I absolutely love this salon! The inside interior and set up is gorgeous and so clean. I made an appointment with Catherine, because I needed a color-correction ASAP. I originally had my hair bright pink, stripped it by myself at home thinking it would look ok..but it turned an ugly orange/pink, so I decided that I needed someone professional to color correct my hair. I went inside the salon not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair, but Catherine went above and beyond to make sure my opinions were heard and to make suggestions on my next hair color. This is my second time ever feeling the need to even write a review... but Tiffany Weed was that good. I came in with a terrible partial highlight - my first time every lightening my hair so I was a bit traumatized to say the least. Tiffany listened to me, made me feel assured and comfortable. Conversation was great and not forced. She was able to take my half formed idea and run with it. I was going from black to like a caramel throughout the balayage. Tiffany's service was realistic, affordable and timely. The results were BEAUTIFUL!!!! I mean seriously I looked just like all the Pinterest inspo pics I shared and she was even able to adjust them to my bangs which we couldn't find a starting reference picture for. I LOVE it!!! Also what they've got going on here seems great!! The music was perfect!! No yucky half chewed up magazines. Clean and fresh. The owner was present and stayed late in the evening. Took time to walk around and check in with all the stylists. Came off as enthusiastic, compassionate, prideful, dedicated and accountable. All the ladies were friendly to each other in a professional engaging way. They seemed excited and inspired by one another. Great creative, passionate and professional culture. The salon is really easy to book with and gets back to you promptly when needing to reschedule, and is super clean and has been doing a great job of making everyone comfortable and safe post Covid. I'm going to go ahead and give this a slightly better score that I was feeling at the time of Appt, in hopes it can be a learning experience. Those that are not certified in lash Extensions may NOT know that Xtreme Lash is the brand type and the representative is only certified in classic lashes. This should be noted on the website and/or known when calling the salon to book an appointment. On top of that, letting a customer know that it could take up to an hour and 45 minutes for a full set would be nice. I understand the process of learning; however, missed two following appointments with only blocking out an hour of time from my schedule. Lastly, I also understand that your cell phone is very important... stopping multiple times during application is unacceptable. This is your client, their time with you is important and impressions can go a long way. However; I will give this a 3 star because the result... even though I walked in thinking I had booked a Volume appointment, was great... and for the value. I did not rebook an appointment yet, but hope that they can come to an agreement to win mine, and others, business. read more

I'm so glad that I found Coco Marie Salon! The staff there is very welcoming and super friendly. But my hairstylist Catherine Tran is the best of the best hairstylist I've ever had! Catherine works with your hair and I have A LOT and I mean THICK BLACK HAIR and she took my hair from black to a golden brown to a white ash blonde balayage. Check out the pictures I posted and you can see how healthy my hair still looks AFTER TWO SESSIONS of bleaching and toning my hair. I saw the stylist Christina for some low lights for fall. She did a low light melt. I had some outgrowth that she made melt in with my blonde. She also suggested that I put in a money piece of hair in the front that I just absolutely love. I had came in with my hair feeling fried. I thought I would have to cut off at least an inch. I have been trying to grow my hair out and she was able to point cut and get the dead out without taking off an inch of length. My hair feels soo soft. I love how my hair turned out! Be careful when booking one of their specials. I booked a free haircut with balayage. I ended up cutting my hair from my chest to 2 inches above the shoulder, where my hair isn't even touching my shoulder at all. My stylist ended up charging me an additional $60 on top of the special (which was $150) which is crazy considering how short my hair was. This was all after I told my stylist I left my last salon because the girl charged me extra without telling me why, and how I was upset about the lack of transparency. To this day I have no idea why I was charged an extra $60, and why it was only brought up as a whisper at the front desk. Unfortunate because everyone was really nice. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. Their computer system constantly scheduled appointments for me when I never had one resulting in them accusing me of no showing when I didn't. I even got charged once for a no show for an appt I never even made. Not to mention, they couldn't find a $1000 payment I made for hair on their own before calling me and worrying me about it which seemed really unprofessional. I got an email from them today "firing" me when I didn't even have an appointment! Thank god they didn't charge/steal my money again and force me to come into an appointment I DIDN'T HAVE. Their stylists are so young and inexperienced that they don't actually take the time to ask you what you're looking for so it's all very rushed and so miscommunication happens constantly but they'll blame you for it. I was bullied at this salon for no reason like a lame unprofessional glorified high school, for computer mistakes and staff issues. They call it luxury but don't even offer you a drink or have toilet paper in the bathroom half the time Lol If the computer would've worked and had the staff actually taken the time to be nice vs gossiping and being mean to each other and talking bad about people the whole appointment every time, I would've been a great client. These people don't like it if you stick up for yourself, especially when you're spending money so beware if you have any self respect. I normally don't even write bad reviews but at this point it needs to be done. The manager will say she fixes things but sticks up for her young staff and blames it on their age. read more
