Melanie is the most appeasing and soothing person, with a Gentle touch. Redheads are known for their sensitivity and RED Temper, contradictions! It has been over a decade of years since I could find an "adequate" hair stylist, more a knowledgeable Stylist who is not daunted by curly fizzy hair. Soothing and comforted.....what a great combination. MIRACLES do happen! More, I wanted to keep all that hair long as possible, HUGE CHALLENGE!! Melanie did not flinch instead - confidence exuded; she knows how to create miracles. Asked questions, mapped out her skills with her shampoos, conditioners and scissors. Melanie is soft spoken, likes to laugh, and when I sat in her chair, with my Service Dog whom Melanie was very wise and accommodating, bringing my Service Dog a beautiful soft blanket for her to lie on. What great treatment. Melanie washed and conditioned my hair and trimmed all the RED FRIZ away and still I have longish hair. I can't say enough about my experience.
