It seemed to be a great deal - however turned out to be quite the contrary! I got THE absolute worst high lights ever. They were extremely oddly placed and chunky - which was not at all what the picture looked like that I showed her. I asked for a color near my natural for between the high lights - and rather than doing that she did a few foils of BLACK - not light brown. It was extremely awful! The cut again not quality - she didn't trim up my layers or ask what I wanted done. It ended up uneven. Didn't get the conditioning treatment either. The blow-dry was half done, not a typical salon blow out. The best part was that I had to spend more than double to get it fixed ASAP. The one good thing I can say is when I complained to Weeklyplus, they refunded my money. But my hair is still not back to what it should be or even was prior to her botch job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY HERE! I will never stray from my previous salon Appearances in Broomfield again!

For what I'm spending, the focus should be on my head, not rushed. I wanted to give my business to a newish salon, but they were barely apologetic. I hope they saw me giving them the finger on my way out the door. Btw, I really wasn't gonna post this but I was super mad that they didn't care about losing business. Good luck assholes.

I had just taken out my extensions and…read morewas looking for a color change (and to help feel confident while I got used to not having extensions in) and I left so happy, I kept going back every four weeks until a couple months ago (same stylist). I went in for a summer refresh color (all over balayage), which I had discussed ahead of time with my stylist. Once she started to blow-dry my hair, I wasn't sure I was totally pleased with it. The stylist got so upset that she truly practically whisked me out of her chair, fully wet hair and all, curtly stating I could get a re-do scheduled at the front desk, which I did. I went in the next morning and told her "I have gotten used to the new color and I like it! Can we just fix the face framing pieces, please?" She said maybe six words to me in the three hours I was there and she took it upon herself to fully dye my hair an entirely new color. (Not at ALL what I asked for.) I truly don't know must of anything about hair coloring, so while I was confused about the length of time, I trusted her. Once again--I kid you not--I left the salon with a fully wet head of hair and a glob of coloring or toner or whatever on my forehead, a dirty look from my stylist and that was that. Again, not a word from the stylist. I left feeling shocked, embarrassed, and confused. I contacted the salon and never heard back. My stylist is talented, but how anyone can treat a regular customer like that blows my mind. Maybe consider another salon, especially if you, like me, aren't fluent in all things hair.

After 8 months with Let Em Have It and 6 appointments between two of their stylists adding up to another $1000 dropped, they have dropped ME as a client. I asked for gray and black blending, and all I got session after session was disappointment and guarantee that the next session "we'd get there." Every time I go, I buy the product they tell me to use because that'd what will help my hair for our next appointment. My last session was a toner session where they accidentally turned my hair green. When I came back to get it fixed, the stylist said the new toner didn't work, so they had to tone again and ran out of time to finish or dry my hair. I wish I could say that was the first time I had been asked to return to the salon for them to fix their work. After I got home and saw my hair dry, I burst into tears at the damage and color. The hair we had worked so hard to lighten was now warm brown. Anyway, I sent an email asking for help, for either 50% refund on all the services I've continually paid for since I was told they would eventually get me the results we kept agreeing upon, or to have my next session in November be free of charge so they can finally once and for all fix my hair. They chose to refund me just for the services (not the product or tip) for my last visit - a whopping $130, and part ways with me. So I spent all this time being catfished into thinking these folks would finally get me the hair I so want. They promised each time, after looking at my inspo pictures, that we could achieve it, and they NEVER did. I have been SO gracious with everything, no one can deny that. I never once got sassy until now. Now my hair is damaged, short, blotchy, and brown four months before my wedding. The pictures below are of my initial inspo and what I'm left with after all my patience with Let Em Have It. You really let me have it. Ouch.

There was an older lady that mentioned that the hair color that she asked for didn't come out. So instead of fixing it. The employee just added a 5 minute color. Yes, a 5 minute color. What does this color last 5 days? Second, now I'm going to mention my horrible HAIR experience. I clearly asked for RED highlights. I even took a picture. She applied DARK BROWN highlights. I have dark brown hair. Uh! Then after the wash, she straightens my curly hair. Wait, I also asked for a haircut. The employee says, "I going to straighten your hair, and then cut it." I mentioned, "I've never had my haircut when it's straight. I've heard never to cut curly hair when it's dry or straight." She responded with such an attitude of, "I know what I'm doing". I my head I'm thinking, "just be quiet, and listen to girl with the scissors." Third, now this is on WAXING. I am just going to mention that I might have done a better job by applying Elmer's glue, and doing my own wax. This same employee just applied a small layer of wax on my lip and she said she was done. Forth, HD EYEBROWS. HD EYEBROWS is a seven process technique. This same employed skipped steps 1-6. She, which I believe just got a piece of black chalk and drew on my eyebrows. OMG! It was horrible. Fifth, this is worst part. When I got home my boyfriend asked. "Did you go to apply for a part in a gang, because your eyebrows look like a gangster." Yes, they were that bad. He also mentioned that there was dye on my shirt. I went to wash my hair, and yes there was still HAIR DYE in my hair. OMG! It literally took me 25 minutes to take it out. Uh! I recommend that no one step foot in this place. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, PLACE!!!!
