Very welcoming salon! They offer bev choices right after you check in and even have assorted snacks. I've come here twice now and seen Chloe both times. I have very fine hair and get nervous every time I get a cut because I do not want too much to get taken off but she does a great job really taking time to listen to what I want and her blowouts are great. I found myself in need of a haircut. Having thick fine hair is both a blessing and a curse. After letting a bad haircut grow out, i decided I needed to do the research. Finding Clementine's was excellent. Walking in, I immediately felt at ease. Plants evrywhere, sparkling clean and it smelled great! I was paired with Morgan. This is the first review I have ever left for a business, positive or negative. Unfortunately, Clementine's receives a negative review. When I moved to Arvada, I began getting haircuts at Clementine's as it was the closest option nearby, and ended up being a monthly customer for the 1.5 years I have lived in the area. They have a system that requires you to reschedule appointments within 24 hours, which I was not aware of. My haircuts were always scheduled a month out in advance, and at times they would call me when the stylist had to make a scheduling change, and I would come in on a different day or time to be flexible and make things easy -- once or twice I saw a different stylist if that's how they had to fit me in. Recently, an unexpected & last minute change to a flight came up, and so I tried to reschedule my next morning appointment to another time - apparently not within the window. The next morning, a phone call explaining the situation seemed to straighten out the issue. After returning from travel, when I tried to schedule again, I was informed that my stylist would not see me, and was rather callously suggested over text that I could schedule with another staff member. This type of poor treatment felt very messed up after 1.5 years as a client connecting with this person and sharing pleasant conversations over this span of time. As a result, this is no longer a business I'm willing to support, which is a sad disappointment. On top of that, the men's cuts are frankly extremely overpriced. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere. There are undoubtedly lots of salons in the area that communicate better and which are worth the inordinate price tag. read more

I came in and wanted a short feminine haircut. I had a photo and we talked about what I wanted. Needless to say that was not what I got. I am now in need of a wig after paying over $200 for a haircut and color. I'm not sure if the person just didn't like me or something else, but I am absolutely devastated at how I look. Had Morgan as my stylist and she did a really quality job. It had been a year since my last cut, and I had a very vague idea what I wanted done. I was internally having a panic attack having my hair cut at all. While the cut was relatively simple, I've had stylists (at other salons) in the past who were considered "experts" in the industry totally butcher it. Morgan did just the opposite and did a really fantastic job making my hair look light, fresh, textured and stylist. By the end of the appointment all my anxiety was gone and I really loved it. I purchased Microblading. Was very unhappy with the first service. One eyebrow was up much higher than the other. I called the artist, and she gave me a generic explanation. I talked to a supervisor because I didn't want to upset the artist who is going to do the second service. The supervisor, Nicole, told me she would get back to me after she talk to the artist, and never did. This was just a really big deal for me to have this done.
