She does such a great job, two things happen. I can fix my hair easily and it lays just right. Secondly, I get compliments on my hair frequently, which rarely happened even when I was young and pretty. I like the prices and the salon is in a convenient place. Worst haircut ever!!! Do not recommend getting it cut here, specifically with Megan (I think that's what her name was). I just came in for a tiny trim and more layers. To start off, she didn't even fully wet my hair before cutting. It was still dry, barely damp which I thought was weird. She trimmed it all around and a little bit of the layers, but I asked for the layers on top to be a little more shorter so I could get more volume (I have curly hair). She then started to cut more on top. I thought it looked good, but I couldn't see with the rest of my hair in the back. After she cut more on the top, she said she was done, didn't even blend it with the bottom layers! I didn't even have time to process the haircut. I just payed and left, but couldn't believe it was that fast. After I got home and my hair had dried a little, I realized it was so ugly!!! It wasn't what I asked for at all and both sides are uneven. She just chopped a whole chunk of my hair to my chin/neck and then rest is to my mid back! Megan did a terrible job, but what can you expect from supercuts. I'd rather her have told me she wasn't experienced enough with doing this cut or if she didn't know how to do it, then to cut my hair and do an awful job. I didn't think you could mess up that bad. I don't even what to do to fix it! She was a nice lady, but just not good at cutting hair :( read more

I drove all the way from Virginia to get my hair cut at this Supercuts! Every summer I go to California to stay with my kids and grandkids for the summer. I have gone to this Supercuts every time for the last 5 summers and love this place. Cindy did an excellent job cutting my very fine over bleached hair. Now, my thin hair looks like it has volume and shine. The staff was friendly and professional. I will go there a couple more times before I have to go back to VA. The price was awesome!! I Went in for a haircut today, it was about 5ish and i had this overgrown comb over, I wanted to cut it off and have something alittle more low maintenance, something that looked nice but short, easy to keep up with. I see supercuts is close to where I work and think well, not too many ways you can screw up a short haircut. Well the dude at supercuts proved me wrong. I forgot his name but hes the taller arab dude, he sits me down and I show him a reference photo to go off, a skin fade with a top that was long enough to push foward but not military, well this dudes interpretation of that was to leave me with a decent fade on the side, some weird disconnect and hair that made my head look tall as all hell. I let him know thats not quite what im going for, so i show him the photo again, he insists its a military cut and i tell him, please, not the military cut. Well what he heard was A FREAKIN MILITARY CUT that isnt even straight. its crooked and uneven. I'm emberassed to go out, im emberassed to go to work. well dude at supercuts F&^K You bro, you even looked at it like wow thats bad, I looked at you like wow thats bad and you still charged me. so if you go here, just know what your getting into cause apparently the simplest of cuts can easy become bad really fast. Edit: an hour later I go back to get it fixed, Cindy was there and immediately addressed the issued I had with my hair and there was a lot of them. She did an awesome job and honestly its not the cut i went in for but it is a nice cut, she really put some creativity into fixing the issues that were there from the previous stylist. Super Stoked with Supercuts! I used to spend a Fortune at Boutique Salons for Highlights/Lowlights. I was unhappy with my last experience, and was on a budget, so I decided to try Supercuts. I LOVE Them! Today was very last minute, Pico store didn't have availability for a couple of hrs, so I went to Los Mares and met Stephanie, and Lisa.. I didn't know what to expect. Lisa did my hair, and it looks Fantastic, and I'm very picky when it comes to my hair.... For years I've been spending $165 to $185 every 6 weeks or so on a partial weave and haircut, plus tip, plus product!!! Even though I was charged for a haircut, it was more of a trim and it felt like my hair had no shape. Within a couple weeks I would notice regrowth so I just never felt like my hair looked good. I don't have the greatest hair to begin with. At the suggestion of two ladies at my work I booked an appointment with Stephanie at the Camino de Los Mares Supercuts in SC. I FINALLY got someone who heard what I wanted and had the skill and expertise to carry it out! I don't know how she does it but I can go for a couple months without a touch up, yet my hair is still blond enough for my liking. The price is reasonable, the energy in the salon is positive, it's open and comfortable. I always have fun when I go there and never dread 2 hours in the chair. Plus you can hit Trader Joe's next door, super convenient. The best part is is that my hair not only looks good when I leave the salon, but when I do it myself as well. Just needed a trim of my hair while my usual stylist is on maternity leave, so I went to super cuts to save some cash. When I walked in, I told the receptionist I needed a trim, she asked if I wanted it washed and dried. I decided that I didn't want to leave with wet hair, so I agreed. My trim took about 5 minutes and the blow dry a bit longer. When I went to pay, my total was $48!!!!! The sign on the wall said $18 for the haircut, $5 for the shampoo and $10(or higher for the dry). They charged me $25 for a "blow out" of my shoulder length hair!! I don't need a blow out! I could have gone to a full service salon for a $48 haircut! I would never have paid $25 to have my hair dried! Ever!! I cannot complain about the trim, but the extra charges are outrageous. Thoroughly disappointed by the charges at this salon. Will not be returning ever. read more

Just got my hair done by Cindy! Did color and trim and it came out great!! My hair is a big frizz ball and my color was bad from being in a pool for a week on vacation. No more brassy orange color. I have very dark brown long hair and have to cover the gray roots every 3 weeks now. Almost two years ago, I found Bree, who is also the manager. She and I have developed a good relationship and I trust her completely with my hair. At her suggestion, we added layers, caramel highlights, keep up with regular conditioning, etc. She has great style recommendations, that are always in line with what I want to do with my hair. In other words, she doesn't cut off 2 inches, when I only want a trim. We've all been there! Bree is a true professional and is also very efficient. She can work me in with other clients so I don't have to wait and get finished quickly. Also, the salon is always clean and pleasant to visit and very affordable! Wanted to try a Supercuts from a friend's recommendation. Hadn't been to a stylist in over 5 years, as up till recently, I would just either shave my head completely with a razor or use a very short guard on my clippers. I decided to let my hair grow out and waited long enough so a stylist would have something to work with and it was finally time to get it cut. I did a walk-in to this Supercuts location, and was greeted by a friendly staff. The place was very clean with great lighting and when it was my turn, I was paired with Cindy for my cut. She was extremely kind, courteous, and very easy to talk to. I described to her what I wanted and didn't want with my hair and her finished product far exceeded my expectations! She takes the time to REALLY listen to what you want and makes sure that you look great when she is done. My husband is very particular about his hair cut. Daisy is awesome. We figured out she worked at my retirement home when I was there. Classy funny and an experience to work with. I recommend all the Girls but Daisy is my go to for hair emergencies , a great cut, a good laugh. She is worth the visit.I love going to Super cuts. Stephanie cut my hair and I was really impressed with the quality, timeliness, and value for the money of the whole experience. I'm very happy with my haircut, which Stephanie drastically improved with little direction on my end apart from "cut off the dead ends and maybe do some layering", lol. I'll admit, I was apprehensive to go to Super Cuts, since I usually go to a stylist I've used for years. But when she wasn't available, and I needed a haircut BAD, I decided to go in. I saw Bre and told her I wanted to cut about 8 inches off - a big change - and showed her some pics of styles I liked.
