I have been coming here for almost two years. I come in every couple months for a trim. This past visit I had a lot of breakage on my ends and my long layers were so uneven due to the breakage. The hairstylist (forgot her name sorry) did an Amazing job, got rid of all the breakage and left my hair in layers again. The hair feels so soft and it also feels thicker. Well I started off very pleased by the immediate availability to color my hair. Lucy who did my hair quoted me $85.00 with deep conditioning, 2 tone color, cut,.and style. this place is crap my brother took me just to get a simple boys haircut and they said ''well you have to look in the book'' in a rude way and my brother said in a nice way just a four on the the top becuse my hair grows out super long and grow quicly, anyways they cut my hair way to short and uneven. Can you give a no stars review? I took my daughter in for a quick cut. Was greeted by the two rudest girls dictating to us to take a seat I should have walked out then. Nope unfortunately I didn't. I listened to the girl complain for 15 minutes that she brought in enchiladas, why does no one want my enchiladas?? Cry for attention much? Then she remembered we were there. I have been getting my hair cut at this location for probably 15 years. During this time I have had two stylists cut my hair.....period. I go in for a haircut about every 6 weeks. There is never a problem walking in and getting my regular stylist. Currently, Genesis is my preferred stylist. She always listens to me and I have NEVER had a bad cut by her.....ever. I love Supercuts, this salon is reasonably priced, clean and I get an excellent cut in a short amount of time. I am a satisfied customer! read more

I had hair clippings blown up the smock and into my eyes, no apology. She left my hair a mess and threw the comb to me to fix. My husband took my son here earlier tonight and asked for a boys tapper cut with a 2 on the top so that there would be enough hair on top to spike it. Instead the lady just buzzed his whole head with 1/2 so there is nothing left. If that's what he wanted done to his hair we would have buzzed it at home and saved $20. read more

This used to be my favorite place to get my hair cut, and I used to always go with my best friend. The last time that we went was a little over a year ago. Why? Because the ladies that work there always make me feel ugly. One specific lady in general. I hated getting her because she was just always rude to me. I had purple hair, and she did too. And she kept going on and on and on about how bad mine looked compared to hers and how I need to buy a bunch of expensive products to make it look as nice as hers. I am not a rich person, I am going to Supercuts BECAUSE it is cheap - if I could afford a bunch of expensive hair products do you think I'd be going to Supercuts? No, because if I could afford expensive hair products I would probably go to an expensive hair salon. I started going to Great Clips after this and they are amazing. My purple hair was actually super faded when I went to Great Clips for the first time, and the lady I got complimented me profusely - which made me feel great because my hair made me feel ugly, and it was nice that the Great Clips lady was so nice. Now if only the ladies at Supercuts (specifically the lady with the purple and black hair over a year ago) could be that nice, but alas they only make me feel sad, ugly, and want to cry. read more

I've gone here three times attempting to ge the same looking hair that I got from my hair stylist friend (she's very good and thus very busy so want able to get her these three times). First time I described the hair cut to them and they got it wrong. Chalked it up to me not being able to describe it correctly. Next time I got the description from my hair stylist friend as well as some reference photos online for them to see. I was told it was a faux hawk with no blending on the sides. They still messed it up. Finally went in for my third and final cut. I told them that the same thing but this time was able to get a 360 degree photo of my own head with the hair that my friend did perfectly for me. I emphasized over and over not to blend the sides with the top. When they were halfway done they told me "so I dunno how I'm going to not blend the top of the sides are blended"... needless to say that was the last time using this hairstylist and unless you're going in for just a generic mans cut, you won't come out looking they way you want. I would give this 2.5 stars if possible. I have been getting my hair cut here for the past couple years and received okay cuts each time. On my most recent trip I received a truly bad haircut. When I got home I realized it was about 1-2 inches shorter on one side. My stylist seemed rushed and the cut only took maybe ten minutes which may be why this happened. Worst hair cut i have ever gotten. I didnt even get a full haircut, just a quick bang trim. I asked for cute bangs and instead got a butcher for bangs. I had to go home and fix them myself. The girl who was doing my hair didnt even know how to properly check to see if the trim was even. Also i don't know what the hell she did but part of my bangs stand up no matter if i straighten them or not... this is bullshit! definitely not worth 10 dollars or even a 3 dollar tip! i want my damn money back! when asked to fix it to my liking, they just kept chopping away at my bangs, now they look ridiculous. these are not hair stylists! i guess you do get what you pay for, a butcher for a haircut. This place is a joke. I call ahead of time and the person that answers says she'll put my name in. I arrive a few minutes later and a lady says ill be right with you and I sit down. People come in after me get checked in by someone else and they get seen before me. I ask what happened and a different lady asked if I checked in. I said I told the lady I was here and she said she would be right with me. Instead she went back to cutting hair and forgot about me. I said I even called and to put my name down. This lady says you can't do that. Uh? People should be trained to tell the same story and not mislead over the phone. I've been getting my haircut with Genesis for over four years. She always does an amazing job with my hair as well as my kids hair!! After talking about lighting my hair for the longest time she convinced me to just go for it! I knew I can trust her. And I am sooo happy I did it! After dying my hair black since I was 15 (I am now 44!) It took me a lot of courage to get out of my comfort zone and try something different. Genesis did such a great job! I am so thankful! I have never had a haircut this bad. I didn't go in to get styled. I just wanted a trim. I told the stylist I liked the haircut I had and to take a half inch off. She took a chunk right off the side, then called her manager over to attempt to match the other side. The manager took a chunk off the other side. They screwed around with my new and wildly unattractive chin length bangs until they'd turned them into unattractive nose length bangs. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I trusted her, and it paid off greatly. She helped me learn more about my hair type and recommended a fantastic leave in deep conditioner that I can't wait to go home and use. I highly recommend this stylist and location! I am updating my previous review. My original review was true and correct..BUT the day after I posted it and contacted Supercuts online, the owner of the Supercuts in question CALLED ME! YAY! She was polite, concerned, and seemed to genuinely care that I was so unhappy. This is exactly the kind of customer service you hope to get when something goes wrong. She said she will be mailing me a complete refund and a coupon for a free haircut. I have not received it yet, but I do believe that I will.
