KEEP YOUR KIDS AND ELDERLY AWAY!!! I was verbally attacked!!If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for a quick shape up/fade. I sat down to JESSICA who while I was telling her what I wanted told me wow I'm too particular about my hair. I asked if she cared about her hair. She said no bc she can go elsewhere to get it fixed. When it was over I told her there's a distinct line on the side of my head. She told it was my head that was screwed up and not the hair. When I was paying I asked again about my "screwed up head" I was told it's either my head or my eyes that are screwed up. After leaving I called the place to find out Jessica's name. She answered the phone with the exact quote "this is Jessica the bitch that F*caked up your head." From there it only escalated as she used disgusting language for the rest of the conversation. All of this is on their video/voice recorded cameras btw but all that happened was a "note in her file" This behavior condoned by owner Cam Bhatia is disgusting since I was told the only result was a letter in her file whatever that means. Jessica and the regional manager Rachel looked a lot of alike. I guess nepotism is alive and well at super cuts. An animal like this should not be touching customers or be anywhere near the business but even with her being recorded cursing me out they still condone this behavior as she didn't loose a second or work. I got what I paid for at the joke of an establishment that is Supercuts. Ps Cam Bhatia owns 7 of them so be careful going to any supercuts in Bergen county. read more

I went here three times. The first time was great (2016). I went from long locks to a short pixie cut. The stylist was Katrina. I went back there a couiple weeks later to trim down the growth. I came back out horrified. I asked for a blended fade and to keep the length the same. The stylist (I cant remember her name) basically scalped me from the crown down. Then today I went back there since sports clips was busy. I figured third times the charm Maybe it was a bad experience or a bad stylist. Nope. Never again. The woman, very friendly, did not blend the back of my head in with my longer top. She chopped an inch off all around when I only wanted a 1/4 inch of. Now I have work tomorrow and will be paranoid for the rest of afternoon till I go to sports clips. If you want a kick *ss haircut go to sports clips. If you want a quick *hitty haircut then come here. read more

Went in for a trim yesterday and I said I liked my current length and would like a simple v cut.. The hairdresser continued to go in and cut 4 whole inches off. Im quite upset with the haircut. Actually have never been more upset with a haircut before. Also they put product in my hair without asking me. Alongside that they applied heat by blowdrying without asking if thats ok as well, Idk who uses a hair dryer on wavy hair. read more

Katrina never worked in this shop! Nor ever step foot in it! Make sure before you post that you "know" the correct stylists name! A mistake by you can tarnish a professional stylist of many years!! Did you ask how many years the stylist has had the license? How long they worked for Supercuts? Where else had they worked and for how long? Problem is people want to complain and are quick to do so with out asking questions prior to service. It's the customer responsibility to do due diligence and ask! Many shops have stylist students who have not been licensed yet or are in the process of taking state exam. This is why the bad wrap, cut, or service from the inexperienced who work along side the experienced. In order for the students to work as a stylist, there are many requirements one of which they must be working with someone with 3 plus years experience, must have permit and or license. So again I ask.. did you ask the minimal questions to ensure a good experience or did you assume?!? read more

Terrible. 2 weeks in a row, I made an appointment for my son and both times when we got there, on time, they had 4 people ahead which is another 1hr of wait time. I have never had a horrible haircut here (at least not from Stephanie, lol) and consider this location to be a great value, as I have always received salon-like treatment and results at much lower prices. In the over 9 years that I lived in this RE neighborhood, I have probably had over 150 haircuts at this location, and not one time did I ever leave unhappy. Love this place, the service is always excellent, and the manager Tiffany knows my name, remembers the cut I like and the salon products I prefer. I have been to many Supercuts, and this is the only one I will ever patronize. I have spoken with other customers while waiting and they have all reported similar experiences. The establishment is always clean and well kept, and the staff attentive to every detail. Overall, one of the best salons in the area. read more

If you feel like having a buzzer dug into your skull 4 times without an apology... the edges of your forehead forgotten about so you have to go home and buzz them yourself, hair randomly sticking out of the top of your head because not the entire area was properly cut by a scissor, and last but not least sitting and waiting 35 minutes for a 10 minute haircut that was more about mindless non-sense chit chat for $14.... please, be my guest go to this place to experience it for yourself. Ok so I've been to Supercuts before but never have I ever had bad service from them until now. I had a lady with tattoos from this super cuts give me a haircut and I asked for her to take 2-3 inches off of split ends and ended up with choppy uneven hair the hair was so bad I now have short hair I never had short hair until now I highly dislike it I got it fixed and I had to get it cut shorter to make it even and now is even shorter but looks better than what the super cuts girl did to it read more
