I don't know why I continue to come to this place. Every time I call and put my name on the list I'm told great they aren't busy come on in. I arrive to a list of people ahead of me, and an hour or so wait. It's ridiculous, be honest about it, I'm on a schedule as well. read more

This place is suck! I waited 45 mins. and I still didn't get the haircut. I wouldn't recommend this fucking place..

Just like any barber/salon there will always be certain stylists you like more than others. Some are better with different types of hair. The same goes for this particular Supercuts. When I first started coming here about 5 years ago my satisfaction with the cut was about 50/50. Some times I really liked it and other times I didn't like it at all. It really depends on who you have cut your hair. If you don't like to wait make sure to call ahead and leave your name. Try different stylists and see who you like best. I found my stylist and she's been cutting my hair for the past 4 years. She's awesome company during the cut too and it never pains me to tip her the best I can. I won't tell you who my stylist is b/c you should find who's best for you. I'm certain the other stylists are great too, but I'm going to stick with mine for as long as I can. For a guy who cut his own hair for near 10 years (often shaving it off) paying for a cut seemed outrageous. But my stylist at Supercuts makes it a no brainer. =] Remember, the 5 stars above are for my stylist first and the establishment that brought me to her second. Oh, If I were to lower the rating it would be b/c the products are hella expensive. Then again, I don't really blame the shop. Most times, if you want great products you have to dish it out. Go Lakers. read more

This was my first time there today and I loved it. I have really long thick hair and I always get nervous trying out a new salon. I had Brandon today and I told him I wanted to cut off 3 inches from the length and to add layers and that's exactly what he did. It came out great! I definitely found my new spot and new hairstylist!!! Thanks again Brandon! read more

This Supercut is very clean and the staff are very friendly. However they work very slowly. When I walked in the lady who checked me in said the wait is only 45 min, but after almost 2 hours I was still sitting. read more

I've been bringing my son here for the past three years and honestly, I have never been disappointed. It helps that he sees the same person every single time, Letty. Letty always gets it right every single time. My son will only get a haircut if she does it. =) It's funny how kids even know when they get a bad haircut, lol. read more

0 start, they do not have respect to customer time and turn. No matter if you call ahead to make appointment or walk in, they never provide service on time, delays over 30 minutes. In this situation of Covid specially omicron, they do not care about health and over occupying the store to have costumers sit and wait really close together. After all I did not get haircut. This is the worst Supercuts among the others based on ratings. I NEVER recommend it to anyone. read more

I went in at dinner time on the Friday before Christmas. I did not have an appointment and I kind of expected the place to be busy and tempers to be short, but that is not at all what I encountered. Yes, it was busy, but everyone smiled, made eye contact and greeted me. The wait time was short and my stylist, Shannon, was great: she asked questions about what I wanted and took a little off at a time, making sure to let me know what she was doing. I will definitely be going back here when it's time for a trim! read more

Manager is great here ! Try Paul Mitchell Lavender and mint Shampoo and conditioner it works wonders read more

I have been here a few times before to get my hair cut and styles and had no issues. However I came the morning of my baby shower to just get my hair curled (I already washed and dryed) and they wanted $60 for just the curl. They settled on $40, and I dealt with it. Then my hairstylist began to ask personal questions about my relationship status and why I wasn't married yet. Worst, she asked me if I planned on breastfeeding my son and proceeded to tell me (with customers on both sides of me) that I need to make sure to lotion up my breasts because they are going to hurt and chap like crazy. I was embarrassed and felt like it was none of her business and didn't even know how to respond, I just said my hair looks great, paid and left. My hair didn't even look great either for the $40 curl! They have definitely lost my business! read more

Customer service is horrible. Estimated wait time was 30 to 40 minutes. I waited over an hour and only three were ahead of me. They do not value walk-ins at all. read more

Online check in is useless still waiting 30 minutes later No cool to waste people's time read more

Each and every experience I had has been awful. I simply just come for a trim and my hair is cut uneven , short, and not the way I explain to the stylists. Would not recommend. read more

So I check in online at around 4:15, said theres a 10 minute wait, had a 4:45 appointment (?) And 2hen I got there at 4:30, I didnt get my haircut until 5:02. The lady cutting my hair was the slowest I've ever had! I finally finished at 5:45! 43 minutes for a haircut when usually it only takes about 15 minutes! And to top it off, I dont even like it!!! I usually have good experiences here, but this time, today, it was really bad! And I also noticed since coming here, they charged an extra $1!! Terrible, not happy at all, and very disappointed!! I dont know if I'll come here again read more

Great Customer Service! Peter took me today without a reservation. He gave me a great haircut . Peter Was quick and efficient. He could have turned me away or told me to come back later, but he didn't. read more

Those negative reviews below must be for a different SC because the SC on highland and day creek is by far the best haircut experience I have had in a long while. My exp : I walked into this bad a$$ haircut salon at 8:42pm, right before they close at 9:00pm. I kindly asked Ashley if they would take me and said I can come back because I do not want to be that schmuck that shows up before closing and makes the employee stay after. Ashley said yea no problem at all, we don't mind staying after as long as customer is happy. So then Ashley goes to the back and Michael starts cutting my hair. By the way, My expectations on walking into a supercuts is that I am going to get a basic haircut and i'll touch it up myself when I get home... Oh hellzzz no I was wrong. This dude Michael basically gave me best haircut ever. Then the coolest part was that he was actually happy & not pissed that it was going over 9pm. Then... Ashley comes up and starts fading the sides of my hair and giving Michael pointers on how to make it look even more bad a$$...It was cool to see employees giving each other tips and passing the clippers back and forth both working on my hair not giving a flying f that they closed 10 minutes ago... Michael was so chill taking pointers from Ashley...In today's world, people get hella butt hurt all easily so it was super cool to see the teamwork . --So im sitting in the chair thinking to myself like wtf these people hella passionate about their job at super cuts?...this is awesome.. So then I say to them, "I thought i was going to get a super cuts cheap haircut, and you make me all GQ'd out looking super fly" they reply their franchise owner is bad a$$ and approves making the customer as happy as possibly and always treats them (employees) good and with respect. Sorry for all the grammar and rambling but had to give these two amazing, caring, great people a review !!! I can't speak for any other employees at this SC, but I'll tell you one thing for sure - GO to this SC and ask for Ashley or Michael if you want a great exp. ---All love and good vibes, TT read more

All the staff here is very friendly and helpful. There usually is hardly any wait time at all. Then when it comes to the haircuts themselves the staff seems to always remember exactly what and/or how my kids like their hair styles. read more

So....I spent two hours and forty five minutes for color and a cut today. The gal moved so very slow the entire time. I asked to not go quite as dark with the color as before and she suggested a few highlights. She said she needed to figure the price, and went into the office for a good five minutes. When she finally emerged she quoted me $200 .....what? If I only did highlights on the top, it would be $180. $130 later I got hair as dark as it always was.....and 3 hours of my life I will never get back. Super....not so super read more

Megan is amazing. She's been cutting my hair for 2 years now and I don't have to explain what I want. She just knows. She's fast and gre at at what she does. read more

I don't usually leave reviews on here but I have to say the service I received from Carla yesterday (07/12/19) was one of the best experiences I've had in recent memory in regards to getting a haircut. Carla knew how to make good eye contact when speaking with me, asked good follow up questions, essentially had no issue with building rapport with me, her customer. She had briefly mentioned that the company had done a recent service training for the employees. That's actually good to hear and I wish more companies within this general region of the IE would do so as I have stopped going to many different stores due to poor/lackluster service. Thanks again for the great service (and cut) Carla read more

Great service! Make sure to get Davina, she did an amazing job on my hair! Definitely planning on coming back very soon.

It's been three months since my surgery and am still visiting for wash and blow dry twice a week. My prior review I recommended a call ahead. I stick to that. I also praised Nichol F. Since that time I have been seen by ALMOST all the stylists. I don't want to give names as I know I will leave someone out. None have disappointed. Anyhow, thumbs up to the Highland Ave location. read more

I can't believe the horrible haircut my friend received here. He asked for medium fade and it was not faded at all it looked like the girl literally just buzzed a "u" around his head. After he got in my car all I could do was laugh. My 9 year old sister could have done a better job. Then when we went back in another woman fixed it and asked me if it looked better, after I said yes she proceeded to get an attitude with me and asked me why I was being sarcastic, when I wasn't, it really looked a lot better. What should have been a 10 minute haircut turned into a 30 minute ordeal. Not only was his haircut horrible but their customer service was also sub par. Never going back here. read more

I usually hate getting my hair cut because there are only a few that can do a good job. I decided to give this Supercuts a try after not going to this location for some time. Back in February I found a stylist (Ashley) that did a great job. Since then I would go to her and I was always satisfied with the outcome. All good things must come to an end. On 8/21/13 I went to get my haircut by her and I was expecting a good job as usual. The result was a f**ked up hair cut. I felt like walking out without paying. I was with my 3 year old daughter and I didn't want the cops called on me for not paying. In short, I am back to square one. I will not be going back to this location. read more

Mandy is awesome... She cut my 3 yr olds hair and in the meantime another stylist ( who was very nice) tried to cut my 1 1/2 yr olds hair to no avail... He wasnt having it so I was fine with that... Mandy finished and asked to attempt with my other son and I said ok and she was able to cut his hair too:) Amazing!! She was very sweet and patient!! read more

So, I just got a haircut today. My hair was upper back length, and I wanted it cut to my jawline. I was a little skeptical because I have been to a different super cuts and they really fucked up my hair. But this time it was great! Stephanie did my hair and she made sure before she kept cutting more off that, that was exactly how I wanted it. She was more focused on what I wanted with my hair instead of giving me her opinion and it turned out great!! Will definitely go back. read more

Went in for an eyebrow wax and left happy! Brittany was friendly, customer service oriented, and overall gave me a great experience. All the hairstylists were friendly and greeted me as I walked in. read more

I usually get my hair done in Hollywood but since moving to Rancho, the trek out there is sometimes more difficult to make than I like. After some needed self-honesty with the state of my hair, I decided to check out this Supercuts for my very much needed trim and I was very happy with the results. This shop has a bit of the edginess I look for in a salon (pink haired and tattooed employees are a selling point for me). I walked in without an appointment and was helped fairly quickly. The girl who cut my hair (I can't remember her name) was well-informed and very friendly and my hair turned out exactly as I had hoped. I'll be back and I plan on bringing my son in the near future. read more

Horrible service.. they are extremely slow. Check-in online and over an hour later when I came in with my daughter, there were still three people ahead of her. Waited forever just to have my daughter's bangs trimmed. read more

I've been coming here since this place opened, about 10 years now. There is always a steady crowd of customers. I usually get a pretty decent cut. I mean it's supercuts, not a fancy salon so you get what you pay for. My only issue is that when they first opened, there were a few women that were there for several years, like family or friends after a while. Now, I literally see an entirely different crew each time I come in every couple months. I must have seen about 30-40 different stylists in the last 2 years and had my hair cut by a different person each time. What's going on with the extreme turnover? Hard to develop a relationship with a stylist if she's gone next time. read more

I just want to say THANK YOU to Alana! She did a amazing job on my hair. I had to go to her after another hair salon butchered my hair and took too much off. Alana managed to keep my length and even everything out and relayered my hair and it turned out great! She took the extra step to blow dry my hair to see how it looks when its dry to make sure im happy with the cut! Highly recommend this place and to go see her! Shes amazing!!! read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would, first off, I waited around while one worker just sat around. Then, when I sat down to get my hair cut the lady was very rude to me. But on top of all that they gave me probably the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. They made it look nothing like it does in the pictures, cut it very unevenly and way too short. I would've been better off letting my hair grow to my feet. Anyone thinking about getting their hair cut here I strongly advise you not to. I will never be getting my hair cut here again. You'd probably be better off having a monkey cut your hair. read more

I chopped my hair here and I go to Mariah every time...she never disappoints and I trust her any day with my hair!!!

Brittany has worked on my whole family. We call and make reservations with her so we know she is there and available. She is super professional and has a excellent attitude. Have always been happy with the job she does. My grandson loves her because she can make his hair "smooth ". My family and I will follow her where ever she goes. read more

Staff is friendly. Stylist Shawnta is great. 3 stars, because the prices are just ridiculous. A trim alone is $18, I understand paying higher prices at certain salons, but definitely not at short cuts. The wait is pretty quick when it is full so that is a plus. read more

Been here multiple times for a haircut and both Natalie and Rebecca do a great job. I let them know I like my layers well blended and they do exactly as I request. It helps that they provide amazing customer service. They're so sweet and always smiling. I used to pay $50 at another salon, so $18 here is a great deal to me! Especially since the girls cut my hair just as good. read more

Excellent supercuts location. I learned to call ahead to put my name on the list and rarely experience a wait time. I've got my haircut here about 4-5 times by Rebecca and Shawnday, both do a great job and I was very pleased with the service. Very nice atmosphere in the shop and hairdressers have always been very friendly and accommodating to what I needed. Will be returning here as my preferred hairdressers of choice read more

For the longest time every where I went nobody was cutting my hair the way I liked it. I was losing my hope in the hair cutting industry. Even Expensive hair cutting places were dropping the ball. Finally found some one that cut my hair the way I Like it. Thank you Supercuts. read more

I just HATE that they charge a 2$ fee to request a stylist. That's just ridiculous. I don't really have a complaint about anything else

Been back and wait times have been much better. They are always pleasant and do a good job. Glad I gave this place another shot.
