You know i've been coming here for almost 6 years and tell me why today was the WORSE hair salon experience i've had in a LONG time. I looked online and it said zero wait time so i went in and thought the website wasn't lying. The red haired stylist said it would be about 10-15 min wait. 45 minutes goes by and i finally get called. It was an older lady doing my hair and she was nice. When she was shampooing my hair she had extremely sharp nails and scrubbed my scalp which usually i would LOVE if it wasn't so hard. She got peppermint type shampoo in my eye and had water running down my face and was clearly in a hurry. By this time there was probably 6 people in the waiting area. She asked if i wanted regular blow dry or round brush blow dry. I said regular. She used the round brush hair drier thing instead. Which would never be a big deal. Now, i did not get a haircut today. Only shampoo and blowdry as it took forever i simply didn't have the time for a haircut and due to the shampooing disaster I decided against it. Anyways, a hair cut, shampoo and blowdry WHICH IVE GOTTEN BEFORE is $36 after tax. I never got a haircut and she said it was $40. Then said she put it in the system wrong when i questioned it. She then changed the price to $32 which happily I payed and tipped. about 10 minutes AFTER i left they called and said it was $40 and it was my responsibility to come back and pay it. Absolutely not. As a business owner myself that was EMBARRASSING on their part to call a customer after THEY screwed it up. read more

The location of Supercuts is conveniently next to Starbucks! I did a walk in because I was in the area, and was surprised to find out I didn't even have to wait for a hair stylist. I was immediately given a hair stylist and it looked like I came at the right time! Ashley was super nice and understanding about the look I wanted. She was really quick to style my hair and I had a nice time chatting with her when I was getting my hair cut. I will definitely be back when I'm looking for a quick haircut and I'm in the area! Great customer service and value in my opinion. I've been to several over hair salons in Anthem but Supercuts has actually better service! You also can also sign up for the Supercuts email and they will email you coupons and discounts going on. The ability to check in for your appointment on your phone is also available too. read more

I went here the other day because my hair was in desperate need of a pick-me-up. My haircuts are never anything special, and I don't have a go-to girl. I typically grow my hair out to donate it, and my haircuts are far and few between. Feeling this summer heat and just feeling MEH about my hair, I called on my way over to ask what the wait was, and they had none- perfect! She put my name down and as soon as i walked in i got in the seat. Carly was my stylist, she was so great. She asked what I wanted and she understood exactly how I was feeing and what my hair needed. Im not much of a chit-chatter but she kept the conversation going and it was easy to talk to her. She was super sweet! Definitely a great experience, and Id go back in a heart beat. read more

The staff is immature and unprofessional. My patient had been a regular customer, after a change in management many good stylists have left leaving only the inexperienced and self absorbed, wanting only to do as they like and not as asked. After being told "I don't want to do it if you aren't going to like it." We decided to go else where, until circumstances made it unavoidable. The appointment was made and we arrived on time to find out there was several more ahead (time management?). So we sat to wait...this is when I noticed that the employees were playing 'not it' as they would go to the computer and scowl, then say they needed a break or wanted to switch. Service is about a customer and providing the best experience, these kids think its all about themselves. read more

I have been going here since 2004 along with my son and other family members every time they came to visit. We always saw Alma. When I went in her 530 canceled. I was her 6:15 but I went In early. Jami was able to do the wash and cut sooner. Today I come in and the new girl brunette was rude, unprofessional, tangled my hair up while washing on purpose. Then grabbed the smallest comb she had to try to get the tangles out she made. I asked for a bigger wider tooth comb she got mad. She brought me a brush and it was dirty had other people's hair still in the brush that she took from the "clean" station. She was even more mad, said she didn't care if I came back. I've been loyal to that salon for a long time. I thought I'd give a new person a try since Alma isn't there anymore. Ibrushed my own tangles out, as she washed my Hair with some purple shampoo like I'm suppose to know what it is. I do straight across in the back with long layers and framed around the face. She cut it all uneven on purpose. Nothing matches. She ruined the ends, took more off then asked. Missing about 2 plus inches and it's all choppy and uneven. I asked for an inch off the back and 1/2 inch off layers. She didn't even check her work. I still tipped her as much as the cut. If you want return clients you shouldn't treat them that way. Alma had a lot of clients and I'm sure they will follow her. I tried to give the new girl a chance. There are a million options I come here to support Anthem businesses. I guess I'll look elsewhere! read more

I brought my 9 year old girl in for a haircut after she accidentally cut off a chunk of her own hair while grooming the dog. I was totally impressed with the great care our stylist took in keeping us safe. Everyone wearing masks, all the seats and equipment being sterilized as we watched, and only one other customer in the business while we were there. Our girl got a great haircut and a conditioning treatment and she felt pampered by her stylist. Cudos to Supercuts for making this a fantastic experience! read more

So I went there after I called and made an appointment and I still had to wait 25 minutes. Not happy about that. However I showed them a picture of what I wanted my hair to be really short and she did a really good job with that. However they advertise the hot towel treatment with any cut you get whether it's the cheap cut or the most expensive. I watched other people get their hair done and they never got a hot towel and neither did I a little disappointed in that one. But I'll probably go back to the same one hairdresser anyway and have her cut my hair again only because it looks nice now read more

I went in there and while getting my hair done one of the stylists had a family member come in ... I wasn't sure what happend but after they left the stylist was visibly upset and went directly to her manager and said she needed to request a day off the first week in July as something came up- he manager then stated very obnoxiously nope schedule is already out.The stylist said her mom just told her some devastating news and it was something that couldn't be changed-her manager then looked at her and said-you need to go ahead tell your mom we put the schedule out a month in advance and needs to plan better . The stylist looked about to cry but walked away . This is not the first time I have heard the manager talk like that to her employees as I go in a few times a month between myself and children and she is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not only be putting this review however I will be telling whoever I know NOT to go to this place that promotes such unprofessional management.
