No color, layers, etc. I have been searching around to see where I could get a simple trim to take 1-2 inches off but the minimum cost elsewhere was $80+ for a trim. I found this place thinking it wouldn't be an issue since it's JUST A TRIM. They couldn't mess up cutting a few inches off, at least that's what I thought. I was so wrong. You get what you pay for. I was asked to stand for my entire hair cut which took about 20 mins & when i asked at the end if I could get it thinned he declined saying " you're hair is cut to be healthy" & then had me check out. I explained that I wanted a TRIM- a bit off the back and some blending. She proceeded to cut, but had trouble styling. (I had to ask her to put mousse in-I have very fine hair) She attempted to style but it was pretty sad. Very flat. The final straw was when I paid and it was $11.00 more than the last time. It had only been 2 1/2 months. Quite a price increase! Very dissatisfied.
