After my first wash, the red also bled into my lighter/highlighted pieces. I reached out afterward multiple times asking for the formulas that were used on my hair and never received them, which has made trying to get my hair corrected by another stylist even more frustrating. I did receive a refund which I appreciate but unfortunately that doesn't undo the damage or the time and money I now have to spend on a color correction to which I was quoted from $600-1,000. I understand that color doesn't always turn out perfectly but this was nowhere near what I asked for and the lack of communication afterward made the experience even more disappointing. It's so hard to find a stylist that you can trust your hair with but I'm so glad I found Shena! I have pretty dark hair naturally and Shena did a beautiful work on my hair. She's super realistic and careful. She assesses your hair situation and makes sure to take that into account whenever lightening the hair. My hair isn't damaged at all thanks to how careful Shena was! I also haven't even had any breakage since getting my hair done!
