Whats the point of making an appointment online 6 hours early to make you wait? I pass on Supercuts

At 1:30 there was 3 clients waiting and 2 in the process of getting their haircut. I was turned away because one of the employees was leaving and there would only be one stylist. Why would one go home and why don't you schedule employees? Does covid or the cdc say that hair stylist can only work 3-4 hours or only schedule 2 employees first 4 hours of business and 1 the last 4 hours? read more

I went into Supercuts to get my hair cut and colored. My hairstylist Denise helped me decide what color would be good for my hair type because of how many times I've had it bleached and colored myself. Walked out of there more than satisfied with my hair cut and color and have decided to request Denise every time I need a trim. I also got my eyebrows waxed and liked how they came out. read more

I've been going to the same gal at a salon in Orange since I was in high school, but the trip out to Orange is a bit far. As long as I know what I want and how I want it and that it will definitely look good, I'll come here instead. For anything new, I'll go to my usual stylist. That being said, I was appalled the last time I came in here. I sat down and was essentially ignored by the woman doing my hair, she barely spoke at all. And the whole time this loud, boisterous blonde stylist, an older woman by looks of it, made loud rude comments about her customers after they left, including kids. Definitely NOT something any customer wants to hear, or SHOULD hear. If you want to talk trash about your customers, DON'T DO IT ON THE JOB. The salon IS clean and they use decent products as well. Overall, I'd only suggest this place if you're looking for a quick trim. Expect the wait to be about 30 minutes+ though. read more

I went in for a quick haircut because I had some breakage around my hair. I started getting a haircut with an older lady who has really short hair and appeared to have tattooed eyebrows. Turns out she took over an hour to cut my hair and did not listen to me whatsoever! She cut waaaay more than what I wanted. It was so over cut that now my confidence is shot! Not only that but it is super uneven! I'm embarrassed to have this cut! I told her it was uneven and she said if I went home and it was still uneven to come back! Like wtf? You tell your customer that? Then the manager came over and tried to fix her mess but at this point there is no salvaging. I've cried all night because of the outcome and how badly this lady messed up my hair! Now I have to wait about 6 months to be able to go somewhere else to see if they can even it out! Needed a hair cut on a Sunday afternoon. Tried this place out due to the high yelp rating. Got in and out without an appointment within an hour. Steph did a good job at layering my hair. I have really long, thick and frizzy hair so it's usually hard to cut my hair but she did it with ease. However minus 1 star because I asked for 1 inch off and she cut about 3 inches off. Although i do love how it's one base price for all customers $17. Cheap! I usually get charged extra because of my long thick hair but not here. With my yelp coupon, it came out to $15! Nice! Kayla cut my hair. I loathe getting my hair cut, so much so that I used clippers on it myself for years. Tried Stews, a place near Staters in murrieta, a place near barons in murrieta... no bueno. Kayla had the right amount of take charge, the right amount of consult. I got what I wanted, even though I didn't articulate it. That chick is awesome! You parents with kids on the spectrum, or with other development challenges...the other gals were working soooooo patiently with a kid under 8 who was really challenged by the sensory overload. I came in for a simple trim on my long hair. It was in the middle of my back. The layers had grown out, so she cut and layered my hair, it was afterward (she didn't show me the back of my hair) that she cut off 3 inches! Two inches more and I would have a bob. My bangs were side swept, I wanted them evened up. Instead she cut them off and there was no more side swept. Honestly they were an inch above my eyebrows. And when she pushed them to the side there was a big notch in them. I asked how she could fix it, and she asked me if I wanted them textured and I asked would that help? Ad she threw up her hands and said "they look fine I can't fix them any better". My twelve year old daughter gave me the look like "really"? I looked like a 10 year old whose mother didnt know how to cut bangs. They were block cut and too thick and thicker on one side than other, hoppy and uneven. But i was so focused on the bangs not to realize how short my hair was and the layers were awful. They were chopped off in the back and not blended. One of the worse cuts I have had. I ended up going to a local fantastic SAMs that my husband goes to and asked the manager if she could fix my hair, and when she showed me how bad it was, I was even more shocked. She had to recut my layers and blend them and recut my bangs so now they are thinned and blended and now I don't look 5 years old with block cut bangs. I believe the girl was new, but if that's true, she should have asked for help instead of throwing up her hands and getting frustrated with me because I wasn't happy with my cut. I am going to have to wait months for my hair to get back my length. It is now shoulder length instead of middle of my back. Very unhappy, won't be back. read more

My two young boys were taken as walk-ins on a Friday, and it could not have gone smoother. When my 2 year old started to get a little antsy, additional staff stepped in to help distract him with stickers and smiles to help keep him still. For my 8 month old, the stylist was patient, helpful, and kind. She gave him so much love while in the chair, and was super patient with his little turns as he kept wanting to stare at her beautiful make-up. Supercuts in Menifee Racial Profiling. Today my 12 year old daughter experienced racist racial profiling for the first time. The hair stylist first told me they prefer that her curly frizzy hair be straightened out first before they can cut it. I said I had never heard of anything like that before. Then she said she would have to charge $1.00 per minute to brush out her hair. I said no where on their pricing board was this listed. She then got her manager who told me it's an unwritten rule. I said that if it's not written on the pricing board I'm not paying for that. That I would be happy to brush out her hair. Then the stylist said she had to wash her hair first and charge me before she can cut her hair. We have been going to this location for years have never been told about her hair having to be straight first, pay $1. a minute to brush out, that they have to upgrade the sale by adding a wash. My daughter was very confused and didn't know why they were talking to us, treating us this way. The whole time we were there no other customers were told they had to have straight hair first, had to be charged a $1. per minute to brush out their hair, to be forced into an upgraded sale of hair washing. Shame on Supercuts. EVERYONE should be treated equally. This was clearly racist discrimination against people of color read more

Just went here and the pregnant girl with the blonde hair.. I should have know better when she looked like she didn't want to be at her job... I'm very unhappy with my sons cut.. I asked for a 1.5 on the side and to just trim the top and I told her I wanted to keep the length.. she took the razors as she was cutting his back and sides and was chopping his hair all around.. I asked her why she did that and I got a response that this is how she does it so it falls forward or something.. I told her that Is not what I wanted and that I specifically stated to keep the length ..she then tried to tell me that I need to know the lingo they use and they get this cut all the time.. I said this isn't even a cut you hacked his hair and it's crooked.. I tried to talk to another girl And she agreed it wasn't great and was so nice and said she would fix it free of charge or the other girl could fix it and I declined politely and said no I don't want her to touch his hair .. I told the girl Stephanie that the stylists had a very poor attitude and looked like she didn't want to be there.. she apologized..Why did I leave paying for this haircut????I didn't want to make a scene in front of my 7 year old and it's just hair but, I will not be back but, I get your tired and pregnant but then take a day off if your not feeling it .. rather than doing a horrible job .. Chemaica is TERRIBLE!!! I called the day before to ensure getting a stylist who is good with thinning out thick hair, and was assured that Chemaica was good. I am trying to grow out my hair, and one side grows faster, so I asked to simply level the length of my shoulder length hair, and thin it out. After HACKING my hair for 45 minutes into TWO INCH random chunks, THEN she told me she DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO THIN HAIR!!! :( Another stylist came over and spent 20 minutes attempting to fix (impossible to add hair back on!!) the mess Chemaica made of my hair. Of course it is still a hot mess! FURIOUS!! It will easily take me 2-3 YEARS to grow back the horrible chunks she butchered into my hair. So much for growing out my hair!!! She should seriously be fired for a complete lack of skill. read more

The online check in is great, the best feature is that you can choose your favorite stylist from the drop down menu. It is a very popular place which is why it is so busy at times.
