From the lively atmosphere that the workers contributed to to the nice looking and clean place on the inside, the inside of the store was appealing. Now with the haircut, I was quite satisfied. They asked me if I wanted the same as last time, and they did have the records. I told them yes, but after they had done my sides, I decided I wanted the top different, and they were fine with me changing. It turned out great! Overall, I am satisfied with the service, satisfied with my haircut, and happy that the workers were very personable. If one thing needed improvement, it would be to make the outside more appealing to attract more customers. If anybody needs a quick haircut with satisfying service, I recommend this place.

She described my hair in terms of Great Clips "math": "It (the database) says you have a 3 on the side, but we could give you a 2-1/2 on the nape, and it says you have a 5 on the top, but it's 2 or 3 inches at the cowlick, and it couldn't be a 5 'cause hair only grows a half-inch a month, it's more than a 5, so ...." Remember those old "paint-by-number" art kits? I think this was a "cut-by-number" that went terribly wrong.
