The receptionist is kind, and I've only had to wait for my appointment 1 time and my stylist found someone else to help get started. It is expensive, VERY expensive - it might be the only negative to the place and why I have a 4 star. They have a menu for drinks as well, if they gave you one free drink while getting your hair done it would help at checkout.

It felt like she was very suspicious of me. what I didn't say out loud but thought in my head was "really, I walked in front of you when entering the store. you must have been too busy talking to your colleague."
