They might be really nice people, but I set an appointment, arrived early and was told that I would should get taken care of by my appointment time. They indicate that even with an appointment that you might have to wait a few minutes to be seen, but 25 minutes later I was still waiting. One of the stylists was cleaning the the other stylists area too, not sure what was going on there. I had plans for the afternoon and couldn't wait any longer. I needed a haircut and so I walked in with my friend Butch--who didn't need a haircut, cuz he doesn't have any hair--and I asked how long the wait was, as there were two hair cutters and they were both busy. Hanna said maybe ten minute and we waited. And sure enough, ten minutes later she sat me in her chair and cut my hair. And she did a great job, so I'm giving her a great review. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK HERE!!! First of all, we paid $22 and some change for the worse cut that wasn't even asked for. The long dark hair, Latino looking chick, she never told us her name, did everything wrong, here's why. My boyfriend (20) and I (23) walked in so he can get a very specific haircut, he told the long dark haired stylist he wanted a low taper fade around the sides and 3 to 4 INCHES on top. Haha just wait, it gets better. The stylist then repeated exactly what he told her back to him to confirm that is what he is wanting, she said "okay, have a seat". He sits down as she starts playing with his hair. The stylist begins flirting with him and the stylist IS NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION WHILE FLIRTING WITH HIM she begins cutting his hair to "fade" it along the sides and the back, starting out decent I guess.. then STILL FLIRTING NOT PAYING ATTENTION she goes straight on top with a size 3 attachment on the buzzer, (which IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 3 TO 4 INCHES ON TOP) and cuts it like barely BARELY ABOVE THE SCALP!! and THEN SHE REALIZED SHE MESSED UP. The way she apologized the entire SHE WAS LAUGHING LIKE IT WAS FUNNY! She did not feel bad about the situation at all, being completely okay with what she did. The owner honestly needs to hire people that know what they are doing and being professional while working. That was completely not okay. Him and I both were speechless.. She didn't even try to make up for it. I want something FROM THE OWNER to make it right for us! This was completely unacceptable. read more

We came here one evening because they were open an hour later than everyone else. We walked in an hour before closing needing three hair cuts and we were greeted with smiles. The two ladies were wonderful with our boys. They were patient with with our boys and took the time to make them comfortable with their experience. The second time we visited we were just as pleased. There were different ladies but the service was the same quality. And my husband LOVES the hot towel finish. These ladies will keep getting our business. read more

Went there today with husband. Must have been during a busy time. There were 2 girls working and one on lunch. The employee with purple hair was spending way to long on a young man who was getting his haircut and beard trimmed. She had long finished his haircut and kept talking and touching his beard. Really??? If you want to socialize and visit do it on your own time. At least wait until you are caught up on your customers!! Another customer noticed how long she was taking on this young guy. Anyway it turned out she cut my husbands hair and was done in a very short time. Hmmmm And she managed to do a good job on it and it didn't take 45 minutes to achieve this. Please be more courteous to your other customers and save your socializing for another time. read more

Caitlin did such a great job with my hair! I was looking like a shaggy mess, and she helped transform me to look more clean cut, helped even out my length, and even suggested layers that would look better. She was really quick, but I never felt rushed. She educated me on some Paul Mitchell spray for bleached hair, which she used during the cut, and I ended up buying it! I'll definitely return for my next cut. I don't think I've ever gotten a better cut for that price! read more

Amazon haircut and very friendly staff. Used to go to sports clips but this place is my personal opinion was better.

Sooo disappointing! I went in asking for a trim and bangs. I have long hair with existing layers but needed a refresh. I walked out with maybe 10 hairs cut in bang length and they're so uneven. I had to ask her to angle them. My hair is super thick and long and the amount of bangs she gave me was like what you would cut for someone with super thin hair. Looks so awful like a kid cut them. I would have asked for more but decided against it when I had to specifically ask for them to be angled so they blended in better. My layers are super uneven too. My left side layers are shorter than my right side layers. I paid extra for a blow out and again, looked like I could have done better. It's still poofy and not even straight. Really upset because now I'm going to have to pay more money to get it fixed. I should have known better. $40+ tip and I could have gone anywhere else for that price and gotten better quality. Bummed!! Edited to add: The stylist I saw was named Des I believe, with super short bleached blonde hair. read more

However I am so glad I did. Caitlin was so professional, knew exactly what I wanted and worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. I wanted to go lighter and wanted natural looking high lights with a nice cute. Customer service was beyond my expectations. Found my new spot even if it's a flight away! read more

I have been going to Supercuts for years. Tori, used to work at the Ave C location, and I would go to her throughout college for my haircuts. Tori cut my hair before my wedding, and now, I live out of town in Corinth, but I still go to get my hair cut by Tori. The other girls are good too, I've had to get a few other stylists to do my hair when Tori was unavailable. This may be the best Supercuts location in North Texas. read more

Terrible.. They don't listen when you tell them what haircut you'd like. My boyfriend showed his hairdresser pictures and gave very detailed and specific instructions on his hair cut and it wasn't a difficult haircut. The hairdresser didn't listen, and did the exact opposite of what he wanted. Will not be returning to this location again. read more

***Update -- The stylist, Day, and the store manager at the Rayzor Ranch location when to great lengths to rectify this situation. They were courteous, empathetic, and professional. I could not have asked for better from them. Not only did I not know that a person, Caitlyn Hill, could give such a bad haircut, but I never dreamed that Caitlyn would be so rude. Caitlyn Hill ruined my little boys hair. She took a razor and ran it all over his head in circles, not even in a pattern or anything. She left bald patches, and uneven ridges with pieces or hair sticking out all over. She then thought I was stupid and tried to convince me that it would look more even when it has product on it. She also said it looked like that b/c it was curly. Do you think this is the first time I have ever had his hair cut?! His normal place was closed, so we tried Supercuts-NEVER AGAIN. If you are incompetent at cutting curly hair, just say so. Also, she was rude and short tempered with him, and didn't even take the time to get the hair off of him. He was covered in tiny, itchy hairs when he left. Why is it that he is always well-behaved when getting his haircut, but only at this salon, with this stylist, did she try to act like she was having trouble with his behavior?
