The quality of haircut here differs widely depending on who cuts your hair, and the good ones don't seem to stay long before leaving to work somewhere else. I like using the app to make an appointment; I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Everyone is friendly. Often, they miss a hair here or there. Easy enough to fix at home. Sometimes, it's a little more egregious. Occasionally, I get a great one. Today, however, I got such a bad haircut that I had to go back to get it fixed. I received by far the worst haircut I've ever received in my life from this location. Annarae was my stylist. The wait was extremely long despite me setting up an appointment beforehand. On top of this, while I was getting my haircut 4 strangers came in through the exit and started messing with the equipment on the other stations. It was both unsanitary and alarming because it appears as though they were just her friends or family. Instead of focusing on me, she was focused on gossiping with those people who were now taking up chairs in the salon. Overall I'm completely dissatisfied with the hair stylist, the location (completely unappealing), and the fact that people can walk in and play with/touch the tools that are being used on their customers heads without any sanitization. read more

Took my toddler in for his routine haircut. Normally, at other Supercuts locations. We have a decent experience. However, this time at this location, the woman working was terrible and it was frankly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. She was incredibly rude, and I tried on three separate occasions to spark a conversation with her and ask how her day was and she was cold and wouldn't make eye contact with me. She was violent with my toddler and was jerking his head in different positions and causing him to whine and cry, it was a scary experience for him. I considered ending the haircut right there but the whole experience was just less than 5 minutes. After looking at the past reviews, it seems to be, it is the same, dark-haired, heavyset, Hispanic woman, who is awful to customers, and solidifying a bad reputation for the Supercuts location. If I was the franchisee, I would fire her in a immediately after reading all these reviews. What is even worse, is right when she finished up the haircut she all of a sudden started to try and be friendly and make conversation because she knew the payment was coming. When the tip question came up, and I selected no tip she said thanks in a sarcastic passive aggressive tone. I just smiled at her and gave no response and walked out with my child. read more

Customer service wise, the Mexican lady who always "opens" is super rude to customers. Opens up late, and when we walk in, no smile, just a look of inconvenience we are here. As my son is getting her haircut, three more guests walk in, same thing, no "hi welcome in," or any form of hello. Just a "you need a haircut too I guess?" My 12 year old son went in with my husband today and had his hair cut by Sarah. He told her he wanted a 5 on top and a 3 on the sides. My husband even told her that he plays hockey and likes it longer on top and shorter on the sides. She took a #3 and just buzzed the top of his head. He asked her what she was doing and she said she thought he said a 3, and "sorry". He literally sat in the chair crying because he had no hair left. My husband paid and left. I called and asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one on duty. I told them I wanted a call back today. Of course I didn't get one so I went in and spoke to Sarah. She said with a smug little look on her face that he told her he wanted a 3. Total lie. I told them I want to hear from the manager and left. I know it will grow back, but for now, my kid is distraught and she could care less. We are going away to a family reunion for 2 weeks and he will not be seen without a hat on now. We went to get a haircut at Supercuts today, and I couldn't find the location. I called because I was in the parking lot and the gentleman on the phone sounded very disappointed that we were coming in. When we finally arrived, I was asked by a female if we had an appointment and said no. The girl that was cutting someone's hair didn't say anything else. When the gentleman was there came up to us he asked if we needed a haircut and my daughter needed a short layered cut. He let me know that he only does straight cuts atche bottom and doesn't do girl haircuts or layers. He just cuts the bottom. He let us also know that the girl that was there was leaving and it would only be him and he couldn't help us. I would suggest having the appropriate staffing and people who actually went to work. if this was my business, I would be mortified. read more

Nick saved me. I can't even begin to say how much I appreciate his service today. He fixed a botched haircut that was done at another location where most of my length was taken off.
