Love this place. Nice, clean, and quiet just the way I like! I usually go to Nikki for all of my hair needs.. Every time I get a ton of highlights and a color. And I'm never unsatisfied with the outcome. She takes her time and actually gives you what you ask for. And she'll work around your schedule, which is a plus! I called in to make an appointment and she was able to get me in that same day. Pricing was average, well worth it. The place wasn't very hard to find either, just right behind CVS. And the owner was sweet.. Really enjoyed my first experience here and I will be back to get my ombré! read more

Asked for short layers. After the cut, I was unsatisfied with cut for these reasons: 1. Layers were not short 2. It was obvious where the layers began 3. My hair looked like it was just cut horizontally, no blend in between layers or the bottom. After nicely stating my concerns, she made the layers shorter but neglected all else. I stated my concerns again and another lady came to address it and with one look she said she saw the problems. She fixed everything but not the bottom since there wasn't much she could do. I did not mind that the cut was bad as long as she fixed it but I did not appreciate that she would let me walk out of the salon with a bad hair cut, she was unwilling to apologize or admit it wasn't good. The other workers supported her, I understand that supporting and empowering your employees is good but for the sake of good hair and costumer service, this place lacks integrity. At the end I was not happy with the cut but didn't want to be rude so paid the unreasonable $20. I will never return to this salon. My intentions are not bad with this honest review, hopefully it can save others from another experience or if read by owners, hopefully they will change. read more

This place is a joke! I walked in to get my daughter's bags trimmed and was treated terrible. The gal working seemed like she was in utter shock that I didn't have an appointment (at a place similar to Supercuts, come on!!!), and made it very evident that i was an inconvenience. Frank has been cutting my hair for about five years now and just started on my son. I'm so glad I decided to bring my 6yr old here. He gets a way better hair cut then he did at the little kid shops that don't even know how to fade or style anything other than a little boys cut. New look salon does it all from little kids to men's fades and women's hair. Your best off making an appointment because they book up quick but take cash or debit cards for payment. read more

I needed a simple trim and every salon I called was $40+! Not here, it was $20! Heck ya! Nikki is so nice and so personable. The salon is so cute and isn't overwhelming like most. I have looked all over fresno/Clovis for a good place to get a hair cut and I finally found it! Frank and Jason are pros at what they do! Both are amazing and I'd recommend them both to anyone who wants their hair cut! They are almost always booked up, (both a good thing and a bad thing) so make sure to call to schedule an appointment!!! As long as Frank and Jason are cutting hair there, I will never get my hair cut elsewhere. 11/10 read more

Had two previous experiences here and they have been great. Just went today to get my 9 year old daughters hair trimmed. I walked in with no appt. No one greeted us then finally a lady said they were booked. She asked another stylist there who was a guy if he could cut a little girls hair he rudely replied "nope tomorrow ". I will never go back there again. I don't care if it was a bad time or what. I will be spreading the word also as to how we were treated. read more

This place is awesome ...from the moment you walk in the door, every one is so nice and the decor is very pretty and professional...I got the Hollywood treatment!!! I felt very excited and loved my experience with Danielle.. she treated me like no other salon has .. the girls are all so nice and lovely to be around.. I had ruined my own hair at home with bleach and needed a bad fixing but no worries I left feeling great about my hair even got a cut and I feel wonderful definitely worth going here really worth it I won't go anywhere else they also do nails to ... First timer, called for an appointment, and scheduled me right away. I walked in a hot mess and walked out with healthy, well-taken care of hair! Cookie did an awesome job being extra careful and making sure I was comfortable and happy with my hair length before letting me walk out. Thank you Cookie! She was honest, gave me helpful advice for future hair care, and gave me exactly what I asked for. The atmosphere was quiet and comforting. I'm new to the area and I saw this shop going into CVS one day. I called for an appointment and went and got a cut and highlights from Nicole. She did an amazing job!! I truly could not have been happier with the outcome although I was hesitant at first. I was not sure what I wanted to do exactly but I knew I needed to cover up a lot of gray. Nicole took her time helping me choose the colors and cut best suited for me and kept my look current. I was referred to go here by my sister, but she did say to see Nicki, but Nicki wasn't in so I had Courtney. Courtney was neutral nice, but not friendly, I wasn't impressed. I went in for a trim and to get my bangs cut. She only cut my hair from one part, after I told her I part my hair in different directions. You know stylists usually comb through and cut from different angles to make sure everything is even, nope she just cut from one side angle and started going for my bangs. I had to ask her to brush through and check it, she did from one more angle. She did my bangs which were ok but she didn't even brush my hair up and run her fingers though and when I got home I see she missed a whole row of my bangs so now I have to different lengths of bangs. It Wasn't the worst haircut I have received, but definitely the most basic. Courtney needs a refresher on customer service and how to cut hair. Definitely going to make an appointment with Nicki next time. read more
