3rd time coming to this supercuts, very fast service and has that clean smell you find in department stores. My stylist is Alli , I asked to if she could make my hair look Nick Jonas, mission accomplished....

The location: very nice, cozy, and clean. The vibe: Jess (the owner) is very kind and sits you down with what they could do and does a thorough analysis on your expectations. What surprised me the most is that their services are gratuity free and they don't charge you extra at checkout like a lot of other salons do which is a big plus. The products: their coloring products are ammonia free, which is great! Raven is often fully booked, so a lot of people get their appointment booked with her a month in advance so she is definitely amazing at what she does. She always made sure I was comfortable and it was honestly the best blow out I've ever had. It was a full on consultation. I learned so much from her! Definitely easy to converse with, explain how your lifestyle is (to ask for tips + post hair care), and she works with you regarding what you want and makes suggestions. My hair ended up looking better than I was expecting it to look.

From the beginning she made me feel comfortable and always kept checking I was okay with the lengths she was cutting. She was also very in tune with what would look good for my hair type. The salon was calm and relaxing which was super nice. Their prices are very reasonable for the services as well! I'll definitely be coming back for my next cut.

I was last there during the summer for a root touchup and she completely ruined my hair by putting the wrong color in my roots. Luckily I have a family member who has turned out to be a way better hairdresser and it was fixed in one visit!

My wife scheduled an appointment with Heather Page today and she got an email stating that Heather…read morehas confirmed the appointment. When we showed up 15 minutes early, we sat outside of the loft until 10 minutes after the confirmed scheduled time. We had to walk around the building to find another stylist to ask if we were in the wrong place or to where we could find our stylist (Heather Page) , and the lady explained that she didn't know and that we would have to call Heather Page ourselves. Which we had to google her number to even do so. We called her number, it was sent to voicemail. We then texted her asking if she remembered the appointment , which she texted back stating that she "Didn't even see that she had an appointment", and asked if we could just return tomorrow. She confirmed the appointment an hour prior to the scheduled time and took down our credit card numbers in order to be able to charge a cancellation fee if we didn't show up (it becomes insult to injury when she was the one that did not show up and wasted our time without any notice). needless to say, a terrible experience. Can we collect a $50 fee from her for her not showing up?

1 Star Warning: Do NOT book anything through this place…read moreusing Groupon. Total scam. I bought a $44 Groupon for a stylist named Madison at The Salons @ The Greene (112 Magnolia Lane, Beavercreek) -- and I've gotten absolutely nothing but ignored. She gives out her phone number and tells you to text her and she'll respond in 48 hours. It's been over 3 days. No call. No text. No voicemail. Nothing. I've called multiple times, left messages, and followed every instruction given. Zero response. Not even the courtesy of a "Sorry, we're booked" or "Let's reschedule." Just complete silence. This is NOT how you treat paying customers. I don't even want the appointment anymore -- I want my money back. And no, I'm not accepting Groupon credit. That's not what I paid in, and I shouldn't be forced to take store credit from a place I'll never trust again. I've already contacted Groupon and plan to file complaints with BBB, WHIO, and WDTN if this isn't resolved. I've also posted to social media to warn others, because this is nothing short of stealing. If you're thinking about booking here--especially through Groupon--DON'T. Julie S.

I was looking for a stylist for men's shoulder length hair. I came across one stylist whose door was open. I stuck my head in the door and asked, "Do you do men's hair." Then I noticed there was another woman in the room who was blow drying her own hair. The other woman, whom I assume was the stylist, remained silent and gave me the stink eye. I then walked around the corner and found Gentlemen's Hair Care. The door was closed, but it listed the name Janelle Freshour, along with a phone number and a website on the glass. The website was to some other hair styling business. I think it was located somewhere in Europe. It showed a total of 6 hairstyles for men. All short haircuts that you could get at Super Cuts. One of them, the "Flisar Style," showed a guy wearing a black wool watch cap. How is wearing a hat considered a hairstyle? Based on her website(s), she charges either$40 or $50, I'm not sure which. You could get the same cuts at Great Clips or Super Cuts for a fraction of that. Of course, if they botch your hair cut at Great Clips, they probably won't throw in a watch cap to hide it. But, hey, you get what you pay for.
