Pros: The carts go up to 45mph The arcade areas are entertaining The ax throwing area is similar to Topgolf, you have your own little area There's a area above the tracks to view the races Nice sized dining area Plenty of TVs by the bar Clean Cons: The wait, the wait, THE WAIT! Foods hit or miss ( wings and burgers were good, the pretzel and cheese sauce and fries were awful) Very slow process paying for activities Not very good system in place to know when it's time for your race Arcade area definitely geared for a very young audience. Still no way to book in advance Staff not prepared to answer FAQs (don't think it's the staffs fault) Sometimes to many racers at once, it's hard to have good lap times when someone slow is in front of you and doesn't move aside THE WAAAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! For Management/owners whoever has the power to make changes: The golden ticket concept before the grand opening needs to stay in place until the hype slows down which it never will. Having people wait outside for 45mins+ just to be told there's a 5 1/12hr wait to race is bad business model. Having scheduled arrival times will greatly benefit traffic, and being overcrowded. The point of purchase should just be that. Buying multiple races at once while busy limited my party, and I to only one track. There are at least for kiosks that aren't turned on, not sure what for, but if your guests are given some type of code at purchase, they should be able to put the code in to schedule the next race and print a ticket at that time. Calling next race up over intercom is not very efficient. There are only 2 monitors that shows the next race when it should at the very least just be a queue that shows the order of all the upcoming races especially since the race numbers are not in order, and have that information available on both levels of your building. Having staff read the rules over and over again is a waste of time.... The rules and regulations should be running on a loop in the waiting area It's understandable that you are your own entity and not like RPM but after your race is over it's almost like that's it, for $30 a race, there needs to be some type of take home item that showed you raced. A racing league needs to be established ASAP/ a combined track experience? OVERALL: Definitely a fun experience, guest try to be patient as Supercharged is only 1 month old and most likely still working out the kinks. Worth a try, but not the best place for someone on a budget. read more

I would not even bother with this place until they have an online reservation system. Got there at 1pm and finally raced at 6pm. First you have to wait on a line outside which is 1-2 hours to get in the building. Everyone has to stand in this line even if you are just going to the arcade. There is no one monitoring the line so people are constantly cutting and people are inviting their friends to their part of the line. Also when you do see a worker, they literally accepted a bribe to bring people inside. Once you get in the building you have to wait another 30-45 min in line to get your race ticket. You then wait about 2-3 hours for your race. Race was good but not worth the 4-5 hours of waiting you do all day. We played the arcade a bit to pass the time but you can only do that for so long. Other than that there is really no place to sit to wait. People end up sitting on the floor. There is one restaurant but it's packed and we had just had lunch so that wasn't an option. There was a bar by the axe throwing but no bartender and you could only get soda. We were also with kids so that wasn't really an option either. It's also very hard to hear the numbers of the races being called. They should have a board with the up coming races and times. Very unorganized! Might try it again next year after the hyped dies down and they have a better system in place read more

Last night I went to the axe bar and had Seamus as my bartender. One of the best experiences I had, the guy was on the money with my drinks and had a friendly and outgoing personality! I love this place it's my favorite karting place to go. I went yesterday and on my first race I placed first and I felt so good about the speed I was going. The wait time for me is generally not that bad since there is an arcade and burgers and brew so I can wait there or I can watch other races. The only problem is, when you get onto the track u need to wait until the other racers come in ( it's not that bad but it's a little annoying) my second problem is that some racers are put on the pro track but don't know how to handle the kart. I hope in the future supercharged can come up with a competition system where pro racers are put with pros and semi pro drivers and put with semi pros. Besides these two problems I love this place and can't wait to go next trip! read more

This place was amazing! The line to get in was wrapped around the building but now was it worth it! It has so many fun things for all ages. It has two ginormous go kart tracks and cars that go up to 35 MPH ( for semi pro cars) and 45MPH for pro cars! Definitely enjoyed my experience! Must try! read more

5 stars for our bartender Meliodas!! 4 stars for the wait time but the atmosphere is great and there's plenty to do. I think they can become a bit more efficient with the wait to get people through the line but it is what it is with a grand opening. read more

We had a nice time this past Friday. Jackie the bartender was super friendly (as were the other bartenders - we just didn't catch their names) Sydney - the axe throwing cashier was super kind & quick to accommodate our party. Chase the axe throwing attendant was super informative and knowledgeable. Sad we didn't get to do the Go-Karts because they were booked - but that's too be expected since they're new and it was a weekend. Safe to say we didn't need the $50 play card. But we'll be back again to use it! read more

I've been here twice n each time my race was either cut short or the whole race was at 5mph..after waiting at least 2 hours....furthermore the service was terrible at the bar..waiting 30 min jus to order food...and several servers where rude. read more

If you're thinking about go kart racing here i would highly recommend you to save your money and go somewhere else. The race track needs to be renovated dangerous sharp turns and you waste 2 hours of your time waiting for a race. the food isn't good either. i think RPM raceway is better read more

Disappointing, underwhelming, over hyped, work in progress?? Take your pick but I'm not sure what the 5 star reviews are for? Seem pretty fake imo. My family and I have been looking forward to coming here ever since hearing about it and the tracks. Came here on 29th with my family. We got to the location 30mins before opening and there was already a line around the place (glad it wasn't too cold). Managed to eventually get in after 40mins to then have to complete the waivers (could & should have done outside). Then queued again to purchase karts and such (why can't this be done already? Why have to wait until Jan to book??). Karts we were in were the semi pro as we had 2 kids below 15. Karts were extremely disappointing compared with RPM which both my kids have attended (& enjoyed). Fake sounds, and severely limited speed made for an experience that none of my family would return for. The semi-pro karts should be priced lower then the prokarts given the poor experience. They are not much better then the bumper cars. There just running on a nice track. Who are these supposed to be for though is my question? Kids have to be 58 inches tall to ride but kids will find the experience less then exhilarating. As my 9 year old and 13year old both thought it was bad, never mind myself or my wife?? If you are into karting probably best to stick with RPM imo. As for the rest of joint, it's still a work in progress. read more

Only if you go during the week at 9 a.m!! Going here Saturday ruined my son's birthday. We got there at 10:00 a.m. and had a 3-hour wait. If you see a line outside, don't go. Leave! We were on a short line inside and had to wait that long. After 30 minutes he was bored, playing the few video games that they have. We killed some time at the restaurant which was empty and service was ok, food was good. The highlight was the birthday milkshake! 3 hours for a 7 minute ride. my parents flew 8000 just to have a bad experience here. this is racing, not bump cars! the attendants don't even flag the racers who are driving aggressively. when we complained and asked to be put on a different race without those people who were bumping into us, the girl attendant even gave us her attitude and was mad at us for asking her to do that. it was a very bad experience for us. the manager this time accommodating. i recommend going elsewhere other than here. the front staff were not accommodating or friendly at all. read more

Dissatisfied. Utterly. So mych hype. So little effort. Broken and dead cart for my girlfriend and i first race. Officials only waved one blue flag and i was stuck behind a slow group my entire race. Second race was worse. Too many people on one course without skill variations. Slow drivers weaving everywhere. Aggresive people making intentional accidents to pass the slow drivers making jams. Honestly Wouldn't come back unless i had the track to just my group. read more

Terrible staff I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Waited over 2 hours for go karting for them to tell me I can't go on them because I have a pre-existing injury. Meanwhile all the staff that were by the registers saw me and didn't say a thing and they didn't want to refund my money they wanted to give me a credit for the next time. read more

Super fun experience when you're ACTUALLY RACING otherwise me and my friends had to wait for an hour and a half!

Had a great time with friends at Supercharged. Definitely recommend going on a weekday. Wait time for the go karts was not too long (about 40-60 minutes), and even then, you can preoccupy yourself with the many arcade games on the first and second floor. Drop and Twist Tower ride was very entertaining as well. Many employees were very kind, and ensured safety at all times. read more

From waiting around 2 1/2 hours to just get to the front registry, to being told it would take another 2 hours to wait to even get a single race which would last around 10 minutes, and another 2 if we wanted to race again for a second time or even more. None of this was disclosed on the potential wait that the customer can experience when coming in and trying to have race and some fun time. It's a joke how poorly it was handled, making the time spent driving here, and waiting just to be told that you'll have to wait another 2 hours in between each race that you'd want to participate in. read more

Had a terrible experience at the bar. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes while the bartender loudly chatted with other guests that had already established large bills. The bartender tended to these guests 4 times before he got to us and would spend 2 minutes at a time with these guests flamboyantly yelling at the top of his lungs. The person in charge of running this place should be commended highly. We went yesterday. Yes, it was crowded, yes, we had to wait about 3 hours to kart, but that's expected. Every single employee we encountered was exceptionally welcoming, polite, happy and most of all, patient. Not easy with the intense amount of customers they were handling. The restaurant was also wonderful and food was awesome. The karting experience was amazing. Really and truly a wonderful experience. Please keep up the great work here. As many people as there were, the customers themselves were patient, understanding and knew this is what it would be like. I'll be back for sure!!! read more

I get they just started but maybe should have held off until they had online reservations. On Thursday 1/19/23 my husband and I drove to this entertainment facility from NY,heard great things. We decided to do the go karts which was exciting. We purchased our ticket they gave us the run down, we signed a waiver. As we enter the go karts section they explained the rule; one main rule was absolutely no bumping or running to another kart since it's not bumping cars failed to follow these rules they will remove the driver from course. They sounded extremely strict with the rules so I felt safe. 3 mins into the race I had two gentlemen constantly hitting me purposely one of the workers said something but allowed them to continue on the race track. Employees were not paying attention on their phone ,careless. At one point I was bump extremely hard I hit the siding of the race track,ended up with a whiplash that caused me to vomit, feel dizzy and nauseas after the race( mind you I was 100% okay going into this entertainment) .I left the facility was a whiplash and stiff left shoulder was unable to lift my arm for two days. The lack of attention that were given on the race track is concerning . I do understand we signed waivers, but this was ridiculous. Overall place is clean and big. Will not come back to do the go karting. read more

This was one of the worst experiences ever for everyone in our party of 10 which included my son. We arrived and met our friends in the lobby so we could all walk in together. We were helped by a cashier name Ismail Hassan. He was very rude and had an attitude from the time we walked up to check in. He kept stopping to help other people and constantly putting us on hold as if we were not standing even standing there. I wish I was making this up but he made us wait a little over an hour before he finally decided to complete the check in. He then gave us the wrong tickets and never gave me a ticket for my son to experience the go kart which I paid for. My son's ticket was included in the package that I bought. We go over to get on the go karts and noticed he never gave me a ticket for my son. The ride started my son was not able to get on. I knew this was going to be an issue with Ismail Hassan because of our previous experience with him about 15 mins ago. So I go back and explain that we never received a ticket and again he became extremely dismissive. After I asked what was taking so long and told him that my son was getting ready to miss the ride which happened to be the last one, he walked away from me and said he was going to get his manager. He walked past me and went up to another employee or manager named Michael Fairy and started whispering in his ear for a few minutes in front of our entire party who is standing there looking confused. Then Michael Fairy walks over and says someone filled out my son's waver out incorrectly so he will not be able to ride. I then asked "so why did you charge my card for his ride?" He then said it was a mistake and I needed to fill out another waiver so he can get on the last ride. In the process of me filling out the waiver at the last minute I became frustrated and said "I can't believe this now my son has to rush and get on." Micheal Fairy then replied "since you have a problem now he can't get on!!!" He then had the police come over and another supervisor come over. This supervisor now said that I wasn't able to correct the waiver because one was already filled out. I then replied "Michael Fairy has the right to tell me I can't correct the so call error that I never saw on the waiver because he felt I had no right to be upset?" The supervisor replied "I'm not saying that." Even after saying that no explanation or clarification was ever giving and I was told to go home and send an email.
