I was there with about 15 colleagues for a team-building event, and the experience was genuinely impressive from start to finish. We rented a private room from the morning through early afternoon and actually spent about four hours using the space to get real work done before the fun began. Coffee and water were available when we arrived, and the room was comfortable and well set up for meetings, which made it easy to be productive. Lunch was a make-your-own taco buffet, which was delicious and worked well for a group with different preferences. The staff tended to us constantly throughout the morning and into the activities later on. After lunch, we did a scavenger hunt followed by unlimited-play game cards for the rest of the day. It struck a really nice balance between structured activities and free time. Since this was a Wednesday afternoon, it was relatively quiet, which made everything even better -- easy to talk, easy to move around, and no crowds...anywhere. Overall, it was a really nice way to host an off-site team-building day. Well run, attentive staff, good food, and just enough gaming mixed in to keep things fun. Our hostess Bree was so sweet and truly made the night special while keeping everything running smoothly. Our servers JJ and Jessica kept us full and made sure nothing stayed empty for more than a couple of minutes. Joseph, our bartender, was funny, super laid back, and quick with the drink orders, which is exactly what you want at an event like this. The manager Shania oversaw everything and was simply amazing. Honestly, the entire staff deserves raises. They were on it and were the glue that kept everything together and running. Big shoutout as well to Jeannine in guest services who helped me book the reservation and gave excellent food recommendations. We did an event package and the pricing was very reasonable for what you get. We had 2.5 hours of bowling, food, premium bar access, and shoe rental included. We had a whole lane to ourselves, #57. We pre-ordered chicken tenders, cheeseburger sliders, Caesar salad, chips and salsa, mozzarella bites, and french fries. To finish the night, we had the freshly baked and fried donuts. All of us agreed the food was good. My personal favorites were the chicken tenders, the fried confetti donuts, and the mozzarella bites. Most of the group came from far away, and by the end of the night we were already planning our next event. Everyone loved it and said they would absolutely come back. I highly recommend booking an event package here or even just reserving a lane. There is also an arcade downstairs that we did not get to try this time, but I am definitely looking forward to coming back and trying it and ordering more items from the food menu.
