I booked her party 5 months in advance and paid for two extra hours, specifically because I wanted the gym privately for the full 4 hours. Our party was scheduled from 1-5 PM. About one week before the party, I received a call saying that the last hour (4-5 PM) would now be open play, and that the pricing for the second additional hour had changed. While they said they wouldn't charge me the new price since I booked far in advance, I expressed how upset I was that this change was communicated so late. Had I known sooner, I would have adjusted the party time to avoid open play altogether. I was then told on the phone that there was no guarantee anyone would come in during that last hour, which turned out to be completely untrue. On the day of the party, we felt rushed to go into the party room and was told we couldn't enter the play area because another group/party was already using it, meaning our party was overlapped with another event. To add even more stress, I received a call the day before the party saying there might be an additional cleanup fee. This was surprising, especially since my friend has hosted two parties here before and was never charged a cleanup fee. What should have been a joyful, stress-free experience for my daughter's first birthday turned into unnecessary anxiety and frustration due to poor communication and last-minute changes. I'm really disappointed, especially given how much I previously loved this place. Unfortunately, I don't think I'd host another party here again.

One of them even heard me mention it on the way out and still didn't bother to check it. If my toddler had been potty trained, I honestly would've left to take her somewhere else to use the bathroom. I was really disappointed because when you're serving children, cleanliness should be a priority throughout the entire establishment. We decided to bring our kids here on a wet and rainy Saturday morning at 10:30AM to let them get some steam out .... and boy did they. First off, all shoes must come off when in the play area. It seemed that no staff members check your bags, so if you end up bringing something inside your bag, chances are it'll make it in. I love the fact that there aren't a whole lot of tall apparatus, like super tall slides, because it's really unnecessary for little kids. There are plenty of slides though, but, of a reasonable and safe height. The obstacles in here feel endless and there are plenty of interactive activities too, like immersive games to play. Also, there is a staff member monitoring the gate into the play area at all times as well, which is nice to see. Although we weren't here for any birthday party, we did observe quite a few take place in the celebration/cake rooms. In fact, I ended up walking into an empty party room just to see how big the room was and it felt like it was a bit on the small side, however, it seemed like the parties that were happening squeezed quite a few people inside. The parties seemed VERY, VERY well organized. I observed the staff announcing on the loudspeakers for attendees of respective parties to head to the party rooms when it was time to eat and I noticed staff members assisting the party parents with decorations and moving gifts, food and cakes. Back to the play area, there was a staff member vacuuming parts of the play area every so often, although it seemed like it was more for show because whatever they were doing didn't seem all that productive. Also, there didn't seem to be a whole lot of policing of the play rules either as I guess it's expected parents will do it. If you're wondering about food, there is a small eating area with benches and quite the menu of food (e.g. pizzas, quesadillas, pretzels, desserts, drinks) that they sell - definitely more than I've seen at other places. In fact, we ended up eating here because the menu was interesting enough and the food/combo was worth it where we got the Large Pizza with 5 box drinks for just $18. At the end of the day, our kids absolutely had a blast here. They loved all of the activities and it never felt boring for them despite the fact that we were here for 2.5 hours. Our kids loved it then, and still climb on weekly (almost daily basis), 2 years later (now 4 yo and 6 yo). It's both entertaining, and I noticed our 4 yo has been progressing with climbing skills more advanced than his peers. We had an installation question about boards to be mounted on the ceiling, which was promptly answered by customer support. Assembly was not difficult. Many small parts, and took us few hours for couple of evenings after kids were asleep. But detailed instructions with diagrams, and not anymore challenging than Ikea furniture. Overall great service and happy customers! Have been recommending product to other parents. Including photo: both like our floor matts permutation (works well), as well as ceiling boards for tension to be spread out, had to be a bit creative with recess lights nearby.
