Didn't really have a good experience as one of the drivers was just ramming our group off the course. We asked to be on different race but the wait would have taken too long. The manager did an excellent job putting the credits into our account but the girl with the braids had a terrible attitude clarifying everything. She didn't really have a lot of patience dealing with processing the credit. Overall the manager kind of save them from a one star review but definitely more training is needed for their regular staff. read more

Visited July 1, 2023. The line wasn't too long and moved pretty quickly. You can save some time by doing the waiver online. Compared to other go karting places, it's comparably priced. However, think the heats for this racetrack were much longer or at least felt much longer than some others. You get a loose fitting hair cap which doesn't cover your face, and there are free lockers so you can store items you can't bring onto the track. There's a "speed button" you can press when it lights up for an extra boost. Sadly, didn't get a chance since if you can get into an incident or get flagged, they slow you down (which seemed to last awhile). At some point, the kart was probably travelling slower than a child crawling. The track had some ramps you go up and down on which was also different. Didn't play any games in the arcade, but it seemed to have a variety and was a decent size. Bonus: there are adult beverages onsite. read more

The place is great, very entertaining from the axe throwing to the cart racing there are video games and bar all in one. The place is obvi going to be packed and the timing will not be on point (we waited and extra hour for carts) but you are going to have to take the good with the bad, I guess. Anyway, there are so many options while you wait that you may not even feel the wait, just be aware of your number when they call you over the system. read more

Go Kart is fun! The games are OK. The customer service was not the greatest. The wait time for food was absolutely long! It wasn't busy, but it took some time to get served. The place was clean. It's shockingly cleaner than I expected. I was going in expecting something like Dave and Busters or even RPM raceway. Yet thank you to whoever is the janitor at Supercharged. They've been open for almost a year, so maybe in a few more, it'll be less. For now appreciated. The axes were fun. They use a laser projection to allow for games. We told them we've done axes before, so he said. OK, cool. Click the video and go for it. In my opinion. The hour reservation should not include the watching of the video. Or at least shouldn't begin until after the video starts or ends. Technically, we arrived early to the axes. I'll admit. I'm not a skinny guy. Yet I'm not huge either. I barely fit in the seats for the Go-Karts. The workers at the Go-Karts track. Did not give a flying . There were people spinning themselves out constantly. Bumping into people all the time. Being really rude and showing horrible go-kart etiquette. I'll admit. It's annoying when go-kart places kill the speed to tell someone to stop driving like an idiot. Yet that's better than here where they allow some riders to ruin the experience of others. I guess since we signed a waiver. They don't care. Yet they were on their phones, not even watching. Well. I'm off to my chiropractor now. Likely will not return and will just go to RPM in the future. Or just not do indoor gokarting anymore. read more

My experience here was miserable. Most of the staff at the go-karts seemed standoffish and rude. They were more concerned with getting the line of people from one ride to the next and less concerned about the customer experience. I went here with several family members to celebrate a birthday. A relative of mine left with a bloody lip from how violent bumper cars were. I ended up with an injured neck and a tension headache because two of the staff I asked for a neck brace wouldn't give me one. The first rudely insisted I make my way to the go-karts without one when I tried to ask. The second worker said that they couldn't get me a neck brace because they ran out, so I would have to wait for an race to finish so they could take one from another person. Well, the race finished, and to no one's surprise I had to do the race with no neck brace. Which felt painful when combined with the bulky helmets and the aggressive driving from the other racers. There should be enough safety devices for ALL drivers at ALL times. Also, the sanitation on those helmets is questionable. They get sprayed down after every race, but only on the outside. The insides of those helmets are disgusting. Lastly, the food offered at the indoor restaurant wasn't particularly good. The only good thing I can say about this place is that they had a handful of somewhat decent arcade games. I don't ever plan on returning to this place for an outing with family ever again. read more

Came to this place tonight we have to wait 40 min so we decided to go get a drink at the bar upstairs. The two woman bartenders were very nasty and we're telling everyone that they need to be patient as we were waiting up to 30 minutes just to order our drinks. For a Friday night they should have quick , NICE bartenders on. Place was fun but that put a bad taste in our mouths the bar tenders being so rude and not even saying sorry we are busy or anything just saying "you need to be patient" after we said hi can we order drinks after sitting for 30 minutes. read more

The lines in here are just something else, they make you wait outside for a good hour then another hour waiting inside, by the time you get to the cashier to buy the tickets to race you have to wait another hour? I understand it's a new and big place but three hours? To do like a good three races? By the time we got the cashier and they told us we have to wait another hour me and my boyfriend just went to play the arcade games instead :( The arcade games were nice but waiting three hours for a big go kart place I don't think is worth it, If you plan on going here wake up really really early anddd you can't reserve a time to come you just need to stay in line, Maybe if you can make a system to reserve your spot for this place it wouldn't be that bad :( I wish I could rate this place better but I don't want people to waste there time as we did (P.S. Went there with my 2 boys (15 and 12) and we felt the whole experience to be below average and much overhyped. Arriving: We arrived there at 10:15 (15 minutes after the opening) and waited one hour and fifteen minutes to buy tickets, waiting a good 40 minutes in line outside in a freezing day. Waiting for the race: After the wait to get the ticket, we then waited for our race. One race on track 1 and one on track 2 for my youngest as you need to be 15 to drive on the "pro" track 1 even if the kid has the required height. We waited for another one hour and fifteen minutes for the track 1 race and one hour forty five minutes for the track 2 race. All for an about 7 minutes race. The race: it is a fun track with a lot of turns on two levels but the problem is you don't really feel the speed for that exam same reason! there are too many turns and no long enough straight lines to speed up. The cars have engine noises coming from speakers and what it seems air coming in the back to give you the impression of speed but not really cutting it for me. Axe throwing: By the time we were done with the race, it was time for our axe throwing one hour session. And it was already 1:30pm by then, remember all for a 7 minute race. The axe throwing experience was ok, you get your lane for your set time. They allow you to order food and drinks while you play. Food: prices are actually reasonable for a venu like this, knowing they could really take advantage and charge much more. The food is ok, what you would expect in this type of venue. So in all we arrived at 10:15, left at 2:45 and spent over $270 for one race, one hour of axe throwing and 2 entres and 2 drinks for a party of 3. I did it once but won't do it again as the wait is killing the fun and no matters whether this is the largest indoor karting at this point. read more

A fun time for me and my guys. Got there early and signed up for 2 races each. Quick and easy. There was about 1/2 hour between heats. Heats were clearly notified over the loud speakers & the upstairs viewing area was large enough for spectators like myself to take pictures/videos. 2 stories of arcade games, so we bought a $50 game card to split amongst the 3 of us. Had a couple beers after the races- I couldn't decide, but the bartender suggested a beer and I loved it! We had lunch at their burger joint. Their server Aaron was friendly & quick. I got the nachos, which was HUGE & my husband & son both got the pretzel burger with fried macaroni bites. I guess they were a hit because their plates were cleaned!! A wide variety of games to choose from. Place was clean, not overly crowded. We go back again. read more

Lots of space. Mid level number of games. It's not that busy and we still waited to play them. Interesting special drinks. Go to Tommy's or Top Golf if you want food. We got the nachos which were kinda more like a greasy potato soup. And the Mac and cheese burger that somehow managed to be dry even being smothered in a ton of liquid cheese. Weird uniform choice for the waitstaff... service bar is like half the size it should be... watched food get misdelivered 4 times.... the liquor bottles sitting next to the kids cups is an interesting layout choice then add the back of house silverware container, the garnish fruit just left on the bar and the white claw buckets filled with random bar items... yikes. someone designed half this place and gave up. We arrived the day after Christmas and there was a 5 hour wait! Parking lot was totally packed, and it was impossible to get back in.

This is an amazing place. Been here three times already. Once for my bday in January, another during Memorial Day weekend, and once again today. I have won 2/3 races I have participated in. The only one I didn't win was a sixth place finish during the first time. The food there is just simply amazing. Chicken, whether it's boneless wings or tenders, feels like heaven; same with the pretzel. Highly recommend this place in terms of eating. However, even though I had fun despite the place not being as crowded today, winning on track one for the very first time, my dad entered me in the Semi Pro track one race (My first time was on the Pro level). This was mainly because the lady at the register in the front asked me for my age, and promptly registered me for that race. My suggestion is to ask whether a guest wants to be placed in Semi Pro (Slower. much easier) or Pro (Faster, more complicated) if they choose to do track one. This way, I'll be satisfied with my order. Can't wait to have a blast another time down the road! read more

Way too expensive for track time. 7 lap races, at $82 for 3, comes to almost $4 a lap, plus they're going to slam as many people as they possibly can on the track in a given heat, so it's impossible to get any clean laps in. Highly recommend literally anywhere else. NJMP arrive and drive has more powerful karts, outdoor, bigger track, and cheaper. Utterly disappointing from Supercharged. read more

Worst experience ever! First off, I drove 1 hour and 37mins to enjoy the experience just to stand in a very long line in the cold and be told there was a 5 hour wait for the go karting but once I went inside and spoke to the front desk, I was told about 3 hours. So, I went upstairs to do some ax throwing and to eat. I had to wait over an hour for burger and fries just for it to be VERY cold& EXTREMELY dry. The waiter was nowhere to be found the whole time and didn't apologize for the long wait. Keep in mind, after arriving at 6pm, playing arcade games and eating I was then told i'd be called at 9:40pm to finally do the go karting. I went to sit by the waiting area around 8:50pm, at around 11pm i went up to see what's taking so long for me to be called. One of the employees told me they called my number over an hour ago which was impossible because i was waiting for 2 WHOLE HOURS in the waiting area. The man had a nasty attitude and wouldn't accommodate me nor allow me to go with the very last group since they were literally closing up in my face. I was highly upset and couldn't believe the unprofessionalism! All in all i was there from 6pm until 11pm waiting to experience the go karting and wasn't able to. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more

Waited 1.5hrs on line outside just to get in the door. Once inside I was directed to another line that took 40 minutes to buy my karting tix. Ok, got my tix. Now had to wait another 1.75hrs for my turn to race. Add this up. Four hours in lines and waiting, for a 7 minute race. Once you do get to kart, it is fun. Super charged - is super bad Everyone is rude. Over priced (Have to say the riding part was cool) but everything else was not worth it. (Drinks are terrible) Once done with race. We have to sit for 5 minutes and get yelled out if we try to exit Restaurant food terrible. Even waitress told us what she did not recommend. Dessert came out before drinks did. The go carts are awesome. Great track. Competitive. Love it. Didn't bother with the ax throwing. If they had battle axes, hen I'd be all in but looks like they are just chucking tiny hatchets. Didnt bother with the arcade area either. The go carts are all I'm personally into. The restaurant area is ok. Nothing special about burgers.
