I was never told what type of skylights were used but I now suspect they are the cheapest lowest quality as they cut corners. I'm not going to bother to call them based on my call to them regarding the drip edge. They had a total lack of interest in my problem. If you choose to use DeKalb Roofing, keep your fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong because they just don't care.

The person I was assigned to (Samantha) doesn't answer messages and doesn't return my calls. I was promised last time I called in that the owner would call me back on Monday morning with an update. It is now Thursday and I have all but given up. I'm ok with companies telling me if the project is not for them; I'm just really disappointed that they never paid me the courtesy of giving me an update either way because I have now wasted 45 days waiting for a quote when I could have been getting on with fixing my house. This is not how you run good customer service and not how you run a good business.
