For the first time, I ended up locking my only set of car keys in my trunk. I was able to get into my car, but my anti-theft sensor went off and I was not able to open my trunk using the inside button. I was panicking as it took almost 4 hours trying to figure out how to get the keys out of my trunk. I called AAA and they said they only had two options for locksmiths who were way overpriced. I finally called a couple of local locksmiths, but they were either overpriced or would take 3+ hours for them to come out. I had used them a year ago and they did a good job but the way he treated me as a return customer very poor customer services. Do not recommend, I used Orange County Locksmith and they were excellent, here in 10 minutes and very helpful on the phone. After seeing the response from the owner, he did not tell everyone the whole story. I never tried to negotiate a lower price and I agreed immediately to the price he quoted and because I had called another company who did not answer before I called him, he denies a repeat customer after he scheduled the job. A friend was surfing Sunset Beach and someone watched him hide his key in the wheel well. They ended up taking his key and opened the car, taking his wallet and phone too.
