Another locksmith from another company came, charged a consulting fee & told me that my lock has a non-standard cylinder & cannot be re-keyed. Igor agreed to come to take a look. He showed up within 30 minutes. He took the lock apart and told me the same thing but continued to look for the replacement cylinder for two weeks. He came back twice to look at the lock. Somehow, someone had locked our restroom door at our office building and we could not find the key. For more than a week we were restroom-less and we even accidentally damaged a bit of the door jamb trying to get it open.
