I've been using this company for the last five or six years for all of my car key and locksmith needs, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. They've always been reliable, fair, and extremely knowledgeable, but one experience truly showed me what kind of people they are. A while back, my car was stolen. I managed to find it late at night around midnight and had no key to drive it. I called Sean expecting maybe a voicemail or a callback the next day. Instead, he answered, left his home in the middle of the night, and came out to make me a new key so I could get my car back on the road. That alone would have been above and beyond. But it didn't stop there. One or two hours later, on my way home, my car died on the freeway. I was stranded again, and once again, Sean showed up. He came back out, helped jump my car, and even escorted me all the way home to make sure I made it safely and didn't get stuck again. I was having a problem with the door locks on my 2002 Mercedes E320. The locks wouldn't open and my mechanic changed the remote batteries, checked fuses and tried everything he could until he concluded that the only fix would be to take it to a Mercedes Dealer for the repair. I called Mercedes and frankly they seemed pretty uncertain about how to proceed but felt the trunk door lock would need to be broken since they couldn't open it. Wasn't comfortable with their plan so I called ING would had previously replaced one of my remotes. They came to the house, got the trunk lock to open without breaking it and diagnosed the problem and then referred me to a shop who eventually fixed the pneumatic locking system. Sean is a miracle worker. We lost a key ring that had our house key and two fobs from an Audi (2019) and Volvo (2024). Sean came over this afternoon and knocked out all three projects (front door change, made new fobs for each car) and even threw in a bonus tune up on our side door. More importantly, he did everything. Not just a new perfectly matching key fob for the cars, but also cut a new safety key for each, and programmed all 4 keys on a new frequency, so that the old/missing keys can no longer be used against us. And he also changed the lock on our front door and made 5 copies on the spot. ING pricing is more than fair, and certainly better than the hose job you get from the car dealership. What they charge is criminal and they should be put in front of congress for what they do to customers who have done nothing worse than fall victim to petty theft of keys. I will never call another locksmith in Orange County again. I Sean and ING will be my first and only car. I highly recommend. read more

I contacted ING Locksmith after a recommendation by local McLaren dealership. We had a missing key (the only key) for a McLaren SLR Mercedes. This is a very "specialized" car and needs to be handled with care. We originally ordered a new FOB and blade from Fletcher Jones, but it wouldn't program as it was supposed to. The batteries got replaced in the car and the FOB still wouldn't program. So we weren't able to move the car from the storage location because steering wheel was locked, etc. So I reached out to ING Locksmith and spoke with Elyana. She was able to get Sean over to our location within a few hours the same day. Elyana handles the quotes and kept me informed as Sean worked away. It was not an easy job and required more time to fix as the EIS - Electronic Ignition Switch on the car wasn't communicating with the car. Sean took the EIS home with him since it was going to require several hours of work to fix. This was greatly appreciated as Mercedes & McLaren weren't able to offer this help without the car being in their possession. We needed the car ready for a big car show in Las Vegas, so time was of the essence! Sean returned the next day with everything fixed, made 2 FOBs and blades and we were good to go!! He took the time to show me how both remotes worked fully. The price was less than receiving 1 non-programmed key FOB & blade from Mercedes!! This made my boss VERY happy! Sean was impeccable with his work on this $350K car. He kept screws and all parts well organized as he disassembled things. Got charged a $75.00 fee for canceling an appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time. Was not aware this was their policy until after I was charged and never agreed to it. Called on a Friday and set an appointment for the following Tuesday. Gave credit card over the phone to "hold the appointment." I fixed the issue I was calling about over the weekend and canceled the appointment early on Monday, a full 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time. Got notified a few days later that there was a cancelation fee of $75.00. I was never told over the phone that there was a cancelation fee and I did not agree to any terms during scheduling. read more
