The first time, I couldn't get a hold of Peter; the other guys drilled out 2 deadbolts and it took about an hour. Then, a few days later...I did it again. The lock was old and stubborn, so he had to drill it, but he had extra deadbolts in his car and installed a new one right away and gave me the keys. Everything was handled smoothly despite the situation. The after-hours service fee was $150 plus the extra work, which was fair given the circumstances.
