attended a kids bday party from 3:30-6:00, plenty of time for the kids to skate and have fun, cold beer for the adults, fun music and vibe over all. I found the staff incredibly helpful and pleasant, there were always young girls wiping down tables and cleaning up. Worst place I have ever been to. This place needs major renovations. The skates are all broken when you get them. The place smells as soon as you come in. The bathrooms are all dirty. Took my daughters to experience SW the other day since I have so many fond memories of HW growing up. I was not decided on whether I would skate seeing as how I am WAY too old for such foolishness. I tried describing the rink to them and their response was ,"You just skate in a circle over and over?" So we walk in and .... EEEEEEEeeeeek!!!! I get butterflies in my stomach! The music, the lights, the smells (yes I know...they could use renovations- but I'm a sucker for nostalgia)... I am transported to my youth! I decide that I MUST skate...quads of course. I end up tearing up that rink with my girls. We smiled and laughed so much that our cheeks were hurting. I had invited my sister-in-law and cousin-in-law to meet up and when they arrived they had the same reaction. How can you not love this place? Why did I wait so long before returning? Aside from having a blast, I worked up a crazy sweat and I felt like I had a wonderful full body workout the next day , all while having fun. You MUST go. You must take as many of your fiends and family as possible. Good old fashion fun! My only qualm aside from needed updates is they could have used an extra ref on the rink. The one that was there was chatting with a young girl (oh l'amour ) and there were several safety hazards that he did not correct (a woman pushing little kids and a young girl running on the rink for about 15 minutes barefoot and dancing). I went for a Sunday afternoon session and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff and patrons were friendly, the floor was smooth, and the music was great. I love skating .... but I hate managers with shitty attitude. If you have money and don't care to waste 80 bucks in food and skating you should come here. I asked for a cup of water and they were trying to charge me stupid 25. Cents for ice. Completely horrible experience! From the entrance fee ($15 each) to the cleanliness (the bathrooms were atrocious) to the DJ that kept repeating the rules instead of playing music for the kids to skate to. The DJ even went as far as requesting that if anyone was chewing gum, they were to throw it out immediately as he didn't want to risk the gum falling on their new rugs. These rugs are at least 30 years old. The only silver lining was the lady that gave out the skates (she was lovely) and the guy at the snack stand was interested in helping. Wow... The place looks awesome! Super Wheels just completed a full renovation from New Carpets, New Walls, New Menu and a New Floor. As summer approaches, many new staff were hired and trained (ok so a training period) and two special VIP areas were installed. Even the game room is better than it has ever been (& I have been skating here since 1986) The place has never looked as good... the food is Great and the floor is like... AWESOME. There is no place that you can take the entire family that has so much to offer. No place is perfect but this place really tries. Prices are the same for over 10 years and not many places can do that and maintain the level of service. I absolutely love this place! The music is always great and the staff is so nice. I love skating here I always have such a good time. Most of the skates are in pretty good condition in my opinion but if you have your own skates, you should bring them. I love coming here during the night session on friday and saturday it's so fun. I've heard the monday adult session is also fun too. The food could be better and they could add more to the menu. The place in general could use upgrades aesthetic wise but it's still a fun place to hang out with friends and family. I also wish they had more locations that would be great. read more

This place is for young teens and adults wanting to experience a club like atmosphere with their friends. It definitely needs updating in regards to the rental skates and decor. The booty shaking base music is borderline inappropriate for youngsters. It seemed awkward that a medium sized skating rink has a large oval in the center intended for God knows what venues. All we saw there were kids that were way to young to be moving like a stripper! I will never take my children there when they are old enough unless management governs DJ with his verbiage and music selection! I sincerely hope that whomever is in charge of this place will want to update it and make it more family friendly for those of us that still have core values and are trying to raise children with values. read more

i personally don't see why people hate this place so much. i don't go often, but my kids birthday parties are there yearly, and sometimes i do take them on the weekends, but not an everyday type of thing. Yes the skates my stink but what skating rinks skate don't stink? i really like that the djs always listen to my requests, they may take a little long when playing games, but my kids love winning the prizes that are given to them. i will continue taking my kids there, and hopefully grand kids. it is a great place for my 1 teen to spend time that's not a teen club that is a bad influence, she loves dancing and flirting and this place is a good humble place for her. read more

Complete and utter garbage customer service. Very rude and impolite cashier at the window. The coupon was free admission (not valid for special events), but apparently an all day skate session is a special event. My girlfriend and I questioned the cashier, but it was useless being that the cashier stood there and had trouble comprehending our simple question. My girlfriend then took my $20 bill to pay for our admission. (website indicates $10 admission per person + $2 for the skate rental) After handing over the hefty admission fee, the rude cashier closed the door on us. She then proceeded to ask me my age...We paid for both of us but apparently the admission plus skate rental is much more than $12. Plus my girlfriend clearly said that it was for both of us, but the clerk couldn't understand that. We then demanded our money back and the clerk responded with "Happily," which was clearly sarcastic. It's her loss for losing two paying customers. Point is: Super Wheels needs to hire better employees or work on their website and update the prices. read more

Not really the best place for a party. We booked a party for our daughter at this locataion 6 weeks in advance. We were really surprised at how disorganized they were. We arrived a half hour prior to the party to set up and were not even allowed in because they said they were closed til 1:00 PM. We should have been told this in advance! For the first 40 minutes of the party, they gave us only stale popcorn and water. I kept asking out planner for some soft drinks but had to wait. We ordered their deluxe party package and later found that we needed extra food because the deluxe package really didnt provide very much. Tiny slices of crappy pizza and scrimpy looking corn dogs. They told us prior to the party that we could order additional platters as the party went on but failed to tell us there would be a huge delay in getting any other food. The service was so bad that I had to go to the concession stand and get burgers and pizzas myself. Some how this was faster than getting it from our server directly. When I spoke to the manager, she seemed overwhelmed and very discombobulated. It appears this place is totally mismanaged and very kaiotic. Sadly disappointing! They certainly all need a lesson in customer care and communication. I dont think we will be returning. read more

This place is okay, could use some renovation. The bad part is the temperature, it feels like you're in a meat locker. They don't seem to know how to set the temperature to a cool but comfortable environment; everybody (kids and parents) are complaining about it. I'm really torn on this review, but we had such a great time that it merits the fourth star. My 6 year old recently took up skating, so I thought it would be an awesome idea to have a skating party! I filled out the form online & called to confirm if the day was available so that I could start working on the invites. They told me I should fill out the guest list they sent me, and return it to them the Wednesday before the party, and that my hostess would be giving me a call 3 days before to go over everything with me & answer all questions. I sent everything in, I called to confirm, everything was good. My hostess never called, and when we arrived for the party I had to fill out the guest list again, trying to remember everyone I invited off the top of my head. That's about the only thing that really bugged me because I had questions. There are 3 packages you can choose from for the bday. I chose the middle one, which in hindsight I should've gotten the less expensive one. When I did meet my hostess Yvette, she was very sweet and helpful. She was quick to get me anything I needed. We ordered food, and drinks- everything came out fairly quickly. Time flies when you're in there. I hadn't skated in years but quickly remembered once I got in the rink. I think I had more fun than the kids!! We actually ended up going back the next day because she got a month's free pass with the package I got. The skate rental area is stinky, smells like feet- but that's expected.& they play awesome tunes, new stuff & freestyle. We will be back for more fun!! read more

If you don't like fast forwarding "HotWheels' like15 years, keeping in mind that absolutely NOTHING has been changed.... the floors are the same, they smell, the skates might smell but they roll!
