Holy cow can their customer service use a HUGE upgrade. Went there for a birthday party and was treated absolutely horrible from the minute I walked in. The attendee at the window was rude and curt. The person working at the food & drinks area was apparently "new" and while they weren't rude their manager at the time was and made sure to be extra rude for any employee who may have shown some level of kindness. There aren't many skating places around and this holds a specific nostalgic vibe for those who live in the area but I also feel like the employee and company banks on that. Knowing there is no where else to go they treat the customers however they want. The only saving grace with customer service was the 2 employees that worked in the skate rental area. They were nice and smiling. Change your 1-4pm management and employees. No sense in working in a place that is supposed to be fun when everyone in the place has RFB and looks like theyd rather be ANYWHERE but there, including the managers. read more

nasty behavior from the staff kicking us out of our birthday party when they hadn't given us the warning that they were closing soon. so we begin to cut the cake and sing happy birthday and they then started saying we had to go and that we "shouldn't be cutting a cake right now" when none of us knew they were closing. (they never made the birthday announcement for us) then the situation escalated and they start yelling at us to leave, all 16 yr old looking staff. plz don't bring your kids here for their birthday parties, respectfully. i am a server myself and i couldn't imagine speaking to my customers the way they spoke to us today. incredibly nasty. read more

This place in the 90's was a great hang out spot, stopped by today with my girlfriend and family and we where all horrified at the condition inside and how everything looked old and destroyed. The Wood floors are wavy, it's hot in there and everything smells like sweat. The rental skates where horrible the smell almost made us puke we all had switch roller skates several times and never got a good set. And the pricing everything was thru the roof!!! $15 dollars for a medium pizza?? $7 for a pitcher of coke??? Will never step food in there again read more

Well... I honestly hate giving bad reviews but this place was a huge disappointment. So first... we get there and there is NO ONE at the window. We waited and waited and finally someone came out. Ok so no big deal, right.. we'll yea the girl comes out with a nasty attitude. So we get the tickets and go in. Rent rhe skates and put our stuff in the locker. The locker takes our money.. so I go let them know and the same girl who sold us the entrance ticket gives us a bigger attitude Luke it's my fault the locker didn't work. And looks at me and says yea, sorry there's nothing I can do, so I asked her what do you mean, it took my money. And at that moment an older lady (who works there) passed by and over heard and said, just go and give her rhe 4 quaters..quarters... so she did and I got another locker. So we skate for a couple hours, went to buy water. They had NO WATER, NO Pizza and after the same girl with the attitude saw more people were ordering she told the cashier... "NO more cooking orders" meaning they had the food but didn't feel like cooking the chicken tenders, pizza or fries. Also gave attitude when asked for sauce. Everything was HORRIBLE and most of all the service was even worse. I can't expect much from a roller skating rink when it comes to food. But atleast be nice to the customers! I guess if you want to travel back in time..going here will definitely do the trick. The place is absolutely disgusting. They literally have not renovated or even cleaned it for that matter since it opened in the 90's. Chairs, tables, the rink, and even the skates are old and worn. Came in for adult night. Upon putting on the skates, there was a terrible smell coming from them. They don't even sanitize or spray SOMETHING in the skates! That's just plain gross and unsanitary. Didn't even bother to eat because the kitchen looked gross. Wouldn't have wanted food poisoning. If the county goes in there, they would probably shut it down for a number of violations. I don't even know how that building is up to code. No exits and poor lighting! Only reason they get another star is because the music was OK and the actual skating was fun. Must say this place is amazing. Friendly staff and management is on point with Covid guidelines and making sure everyone has a great time. Snack bar has plenty to choose from Pizza, Pretzels, ICEE flavors, Nachos etc. I will continue to bring my teen daughter to skate at this skating rink due to staff and management and the fun I see her have so that means she is comfortable due to she has autism. Floor guards are very watchful over the kids and helps them when they fall to make sure of there safety from faster skaters. Thank You Super Wheels. read more

I got here at 8:25pm for a birthday party that's tarte d ay 7:30pm. I am with a newborn and asked about letting me in they a different door since it was for a birthday party and they have done that before plenty of times we have been here to celebrate other friends birthdays. Edrick, the manager I guess, showed up and told me I needed to make the line because the person only stand for the first hour after the time of the party. I told him it was 8:25 and he didn't care. I didn't make a big deal but I'm going to make sure somebody care enough to talk to that "manager" and make sure this doesn't happen again. I went back in the line and took a picture I'll be posting here while I find a customer service number, if exist, to let them know what happen. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I had my 14 year old son's birthday here. I figured it's something teenagers would enjoy doing. Other than the music and the skating everything else was a total bust. The package I bought was suppose to serve pizza, hot dogs and corn dogs. They gave each child a tiny slice of pizza and a 6oz cup of soda. That's it! No refills no second slice of pizza. I wish I could tell you it was good pizza but my son said the pizza in the school cafeteria is better. I don't know what kid eats one slice of pizza unless your 5 years old. I could have bought 4 little Cesar's pizza pies for what they charge for each kid. I was totally embarrassed and will never host anything here again! read more

The customer service in this location needs a revamp. They should fire most of their employees and restart on training. I came here Thursday with my kids to enjoy a coupon I had from Miami Dade. Naturally I call ahead of time to prepare as it is summer and a couple years ago my daughter broke her arm due to over crowding and children pushing and shoving. I get a confirmation after 3 is safe to come as every school would have left. I then ask about locker rentals for a girl to abruptly leave me on hold , take me off hold, and then shout at another employee about lockers. I assume she was new. I was told 25 cents for small and 50 cent for large lockers. I arrive at Super Wheels to be greeted by Dwayne who has the lowest voice. I felt like I was talking to a mouse. I hand him my coupon and cash and card. To be exact, the total came out to $22 and I hand him $20 in cash and told him to process the rest on the card. He decides to grab the card and proceed to charge everything on it. Thankfully I was watching and loudly asked him to stop and explain what he was doing. Then he proceeds to tell me to pay with a card it is a minimum of $10. How the hell was I supposed to know that? I don't read minds and there wasn't a notice about a minimum. At this point I am annoyed at space boy over here who wanted to be back on his phone. How did I know? His phone was next to the register and he was quick to be back on it once he left me through the doors. I went to the skate rental table to be shouted by Zohan, I doubt this is his real name, who kept yelling at my kids "what size?!" and of course my kids (who I tried my best to give them a good experience) were excited and talking about what arcade game they wanted to play. So I stopped Zohan from yelling and he looked annoyed. Oh boy, apparently doing your job is such a problem. Seriously just quit and give your job up to someone who wants to work. The minute he practically threw the skates at us, he ran off phone in his face to who know's where. My daughter decided she wanted tighter skates but guess what, Zohan has run out so fast that I had no one to help me. Mind you, she broke her arm a couple years ago at this business so even though she was fearless for coming back she was still cautious and decided to get smaller skates. I spent 15 minutes looking for Zohan only to find him in the kitchen sitting on the bar talking to staff. Him nor the kitchen staff were not wearing gloves while cooking and the dining area was a mess. At this point I sent my kids off to skate as I resolved more issues. Locker time. NOT ONE LOCKER WAS 25 CENTS AND THEY TOOK THE KEYS OFF THE 50 CENT LOCKERS. There were only $1 lockers and when I approached someone that I had called earlier to ask about this, they shrugged it off. My mistake was not getting a name. I went to the "Prize room" to ask for change only for Dwayne to grab my money and start conversing with another female employee. At this point I have been in this business for more than 20 minutes and have not stepped onto the rink. Dwayne held my money for a period of time while conversing forgetting I was still waiting on him. It wasn't until I voiced my anger that he had me follow him to the lockers (which most of them were broken to begin with) and fixed my problem. I wish this was the end of it but it isn't. The rink was supervised by one employee and I was grateful as I wanted my children to be watched but not even 5 minutes in and he left. The rink was unsupervised until another two employees entered as they chatted away doing circles ignoring the falling kids. One even went as far as showing off tricks while another mother and I were making sure the kids were getting hurt. In the middle of the rink is a mini rink for those I assume can't skate well. There was a broken structure with an orange cone warning to stay away. These are kids, imagine if the parents weren't there to warn them, the ridiculous employees wouldn't have done their job. I reported this business to the BBB and hope an investigation in underway. This business needs to restart and remove all incompetent employees, shut down or sell it to someone who actually cares. I use to come here as a kid so I was excited when my 8 year olds asked me to bring them, as I remember how much I loved it. Unfortunately, it was a poor experience from the moment we walked in. To summarize... very old, run down, dirty. The skates were broken even after switching them out for other ones and when we made it to the ring, the employees were flat out rude. Not only that, but today I had a problem with the transaction so I just refunded an accidental extra charge and he threw the money right at me. This place is FILTHY, cane for skating lessons and there are two dead roaches one in bathroom one by the water fountain. It doesn't take much to clean! Just detergent, a rag an broom. Been here many times for Birthday parties but today is extra filthy. read more

This place is run down and overpriced. The ceiling tiles are falling out. There are leaks in the ceiling and most of the arcade games are broke. Not only that but the arcades that do work will take ur money and not give you any tickets. Management will do anything possible so you dont exchange your tickets for toys. They will tell you that the computers dont work so they cant exchange your tickets, yet they dont disclose that when you buy the game card. read more

I've been coming here for over 25 years. If you grew up in Miami, it's a rite of passage to go to Hot Wheels now Super Wheels. The appearance of the place is exactly the same. They really spend no money on updating. They may have changed the carpet but I think they have rolls and rolls of the same carpet from the 80s hid in the back somewhere. They serve beer and those cheap copa wine things. The pizza taste good. The skates themselves need updating. They have new speed (newer) skates for an extra 5. All the workers were nice, no complaints there. Overall even though I think I fractured my tail bone falling on my butt you can never have a bad time rolling skating. Wow! This Roller Rink gets it. The DJ is actually a DJ and mixes tracks adding beats. The skate guards actually skate the floor and enforce the rules of the rink. Great place to bring the kids for the day time sessions. Nice variety of snack food & games. read more

super wheels hasn't updated a single thing in their facility since i was 8...that was 19 years ago! i came here to celebrate my birthday this year since i love to skate, and it hasn't changed one bit. the rug still smells exactly as i remember it- badly. skates are probably 19 years old too, if not older. this place really needs to do MAJOR upgrades. read more

This place is pretty cool for the most part. Not many of these around so you gotta deal with what you got. Place needs a bit of a remodel and the floor where you skate definitely needs to be changed. A few spots are pretty rough and the wood is a little warped in some areas due to a leaky roof. Staff is pretty friendly but you can't expect a whole lot considering they're mostly teens. I'm a regular here and know a lot of the older staff that have been here for a while and they really are pretty cool people. I just can't stand the very inconsiderate people that come to skate here. They'll cut you off, bump in to you, and keep going like nothing happened. So rude. I almost want to stick my leg out and trip them when they do that. But I know that's not this place's fault, I just hope they can monitor that a little closer. I don't come as often because of this. I'll of course come back, but most likely on a slow day. read more

Hadn't been there in years, and heard a few friends talking about "old school mondays" and decided to pay a visit to memory lane. As many have reviewed it seems to have been stuck in a time capsule for the past 20 years but who ever said that was a bad thing? Personally I love the fact that you have a all access pass to your youth via a solid/physical location; only a few places like that left in Miami. The notion of bigger,better,faster has missed this placed and thankfully the remodeling gods have overlooked this place. Decided to take my daughter and her friends here for some skating. This was our first time visiting. Everything seemed good at the beginning. A couple of minor issues with the skate rental at the beginning (they gave us the wrong sizes twice) but it wasn't anything that would detear us from having fun. My girls were enjoying the skating at the beginning and not so long after that, everything started to go down hill. We decided to order some food. Me and my husband went up to the counter and ordered some burgers and hotdogs. Nothing out of this world. After 15 minutes we asked what was taking so long and the kid behind the counter said " don't worry we're going to take care of it now " NOW? You mean no one acknowledge the ticket? That's when frustration took over. We waited another 15 minutes and he handed us 3 burgers and one hot dog. We were missing 3 more hot dogs and 2 pitchers of soda. He said " can I help you" I laughed and said yea you can finish giving me my order. He proceeds to ask why else do you need. ::: face palm::: are you kids kidding me? We asked the cashier girl why do we see them making a thousand hot dogs and burgers and we're still waiting, and she said we have parties here. So I guess what you are saying is that, that's more important and everyone else not involved in a party waits 45 minutes for their food. Yea thanks for making us feel like shit. In the end we waited 45 minutes. No apologies, no care in the world. That put a major damp on the whole place. Let me remind you this place works by sessions, and every session is about 3 hours, so I practically wasted an hour waiting for food. The other time is wasted on the "DJ" interrupting with his shout outs and asking everyone to stand aside while he invents games for Kids to play, when the majority of people there just want to skate! Not be interrupted and forced to do what one person says. It was hot and crowded and no where for anyone to sit. Bathrooms disgusting, and kids running the place.Definitely would never return. The staff is unfriendly and they don't know what they are doing. I CLEARLY asked for a size 7 1/2 and they gave me a 10 1/2 and when we asked them about it one of the employees was very rude to us. We ordered one of each skate and they charged us for 2 pairs of the same skate. We had to go back and they were impolite. The skates are never cleaned and some are broken. They put them back on the shelves and leave them there till the next person comes. Overall the worst place I've ever been. read more

We had a great time here. Loved the mix of music and there were lots of kids. Food prices are OK, can't expect much cheaper for concession stand type food. The only thing i didn't like is that lockers are coins only and that they don't allow you to record or take pics while you skate. In an age, where social media is everything, you really think im not going to record my kid's first time skating or take a selfie or whatever? It's just a ridiculous rule. Maybe just have patrons sign waivers at the door that if they fall while trying to skate and take a selfie, they will not sue. But don't tell me i can't capture memories that I'm making with my family! That's just cruel. read more

Ok so I was super exited to go roller skating sense I have not gone in years. As I look it up in Yelp I see the name has changed. When I use 2 go it was called Hot Wheels. With that said I got supper excited thinking it was a new establishment because I remember even I use to go many many many moons ago the place needed upgrades but I come to see it has not changed a bit and worse than ever. I still had fun skating around for a hour but everything else was a bad nightmare. Zero renovations and everything is old and run down. I wish I was an investor w $$$$ so I plan the renovations for the roller rink. It could be so cool and a fun if they renovated to this new century. But if u like to travel back in time this definitely is an option. I hope it does not closed down. My suggestion come after u've had a nice dinner, BYO drinks, skates, and if u want to play games make sure ur smart phone is equipped cause all u can do here is enjoy the rink! read more

Had a great experience at Super Wheels. My nephew injured himself and the manager, Richard, was so helpful and genuinely concerned about my nephew's well being. Richard even gave my nephew a game card since he didn't want to skate anymore. I would highly recommend Super Wheels to anyone! read more

Awesome place to get some family time in as long as u like dodging obstacles like falling people. I think that's part of the fun. You have to like upbeat 80-90 dance music and hip hop, atmosphere is semi dark lounge great for people watching if ur not down to get on the skate floor takes u back from the moment u walk in. Needs major renovating. They could really turn super wheels into a hip, clean, trendy place and make tons of money. But it's just run down and that is certainly losing them money. I can tell how much business has slowed over the last 10 years. I also don't like how they don't let you take pictures on the floor. I understand it's dangerous, but in the center part of the floor where no one is skating you should be able to take an innocent picture with your friends.
