Very well maintained machines. I see the same old guys clean these machines by hand every time I come here. It's time for them to replace the floor though. I understand the floors get wet by people and machines, but it's time to replace these vinyl tiles. read more

I was a dedicated customer of Super Wash until over $500 of laundry got ruined here. I started going to this place because of the rave reviews, but I ignored the one review that, like mine, reported clothes ruined and the greedy customer service she received. I'm tedious about checking my laundry, emptying out the pockets and turning things inside out. I washed my clothes in the newer large washer as I usually do and put them in the new large dryers on the far back wall. Upon removing my clothes from the dryer, I found MY FAMILIES' ENTIRE WARDROBE WAS COVERED IN DRIED BLACK GREASE. Like another reviewer, I spoke with the owner over the phone who said "we are not responsible", even insinuating that "maybe my daughter left a marker in one of the pockets". I DON'T THINK SO. I went back the next day to speak with her again and had the following conversation: me: "I understand that you are "not responsible" for what happened to my clothes, but this happened in your machines. I would hope that your staff is constantly checking and cleaning machines because I would hate this to happen to another person." owner: "We have our signs. We are not responsible." me: "Over $500 of my family's laundry was ruined. I do not expect that you replace them. I am not holding you responsible for doing that. What I would like is a refund for the cost of using the machines that ultimately ruined my clothes. The machines were a total of $11." owner: "Again, we are not responsible." This conversation continued back and forth for a while. MY HOPE WAS THAT SHE WOULD VALUE OUR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP OVER MONEY AND AGREE TO A COURTESY REFUND. In the end, the owner held firm in not giving a refund, though she did say I could come back and she would pay for (1) washing machine ONLY. All of this over a measly $11 that ruined over $500 worth of clothing. I highly do NOT recommend. I'll give business to business owners that actually care about their customers. read more

It's Clean! And so well maintained! That's all that matters to me. Whenever I go there's always an attendant and it's never overcrowded.

I travel all the way from the city to wash here. Laundry has an attendant and they also so wash and fold! They have giant, triple, double and single loads. There is a yummy froyo place next door if you're wanting a treat while waiting. I'm usually done within 1.5 hours from wash to dry. Can't beat that! read more

Very nice manager. Got here at 7:00am and they were already up and operating. They provide everything you need to get your clothes done. You can also drop laundry off and they will also wash and fold for you. Great clean affordable place. read more

Great prices. Good service. Wonderful attitude. And *always* on time. When I drop off my laundry here, I know that it will be ready in the time they promise it. I never worry. They always take my laundry with a smile, in the bags it comes in, give me my "ticket" and an accurate estimation (usually a day or a day and a half away) of when I should pick up my laundry. I've used their wash&fold about 10 times, and never had any problem with lost or damaged clothing. I'm always in-and-out in 2-3 minutes, regardless if it's for drop-off or pick-up, and they make special effort to remember my name. read more

Nice clean laundrymat (which isn't easy to find). Everything went smoothly until I tried to dry my clothes: since I had lots of clothes I put them in 3 different dryers. I put 2 quarters in each dryer & put the temperature on high. ~15 minutes later I returned to find clothes in 2 of the 3 still pretty wet and the interior of the dryer not very warm. So, I mentioned this to the owner & his response was the I needed to put in more money. I've been to my fair share of laundromats & I'm pretty sure that the dryer heat isn't as good in many of the dryers at this locale as it should be. read more

Very affordable wash and iron service. I have had consistently good results from them. I don't do my regular laundry here because our apartment has laundry but they do have clean facilities here. read more

My first time using their facility and I like it. They have different size washers and dryers. The staff is quite friendly. The folding tables has two shelves to stack folded laundry which is nice. Did my laundry on a Monday afternoon and it's not crowded. Located in a private lot so there's parking. It's also next to eateries like Wingstop and McDonald's, Yogurt shop and a Chinese retaurant. Oh also a restroom for patrons. read more

They do a great job with Wash-n-Fold. The time I save in having them do my laundry and fold it, is worth much more to me than what I pay for this service. They have managed to give me consistent service every week for 6 months and counting. read more

I take my dry clean here and each time it comes back nicely done. I took my cream coat in, and it didn't come out as nice as I would have hoped also it had a button that was about to come off, i would have expected it to be reattached... However, very happy with cleanliness of the place as well as the price.. Service is very friendly as well :) read more

Clean facility and my comforter was well-cleaned and efficiently dried in the larger machines. Reasonably-sized place with clean surfaces for folding clothes as well. Coin changing machine. Clean restroom but no hand dryer or paper towels. Staffed by a pleasant and helpful attendant. Had a good experience and will definitely use this place again. read more

I went in to take my laundry to them for wash and fold at $1.50 per pound. It was the first time I have ever done this, but taking care of my mom, who had a stroke, and my autistic son has caused me to fall behind lately. When I went to pick up my stuff, everything looked great. The the woman, who was very nice, told me my total was $205.13. I just about got sick when I heard this. The woman politely explained the bill. My son's clothes were charged at $2.50 per pound. They told me baby clothes were charged a little more, but these were size 10 kids, not much smaller than my clothes. Then for my little bath mats, these were charged as rugs at $2.50 per pound because she said they had to be washed separately, it was one load anyways so how is that different. The biggest shock was that my sheets and towels were by the pound but my mattress pads were charged per item about $15-$25 each, my fleece blankets were charged the same, and small throw blankets the same. These items came to $105. They charged dry cleaning prices, not to mention the cost to wash them was about the cost I paid for them new. She gave me $20 off, and I had to give her everything I had to cover the bill. If I had been told these prices, I could have just thrown them into my washer at my mom's like I always had done, no special care or washing directions ever needed. I drove home in tears, having no money left. It wasn't fair what they did and I felt completely taken advantage of. How they can practice business like this is beyond me. Make sure your are ready for the excess costs involved in this wash and fold business, and if you can afford it, consider dry cleaning for many items or just purchasing new ones...it will cost the same. It was a hard lesson to learn right before Christmas. read more

Four stars for the facility, two stars for the people (including zero stars for the angry old woman who turned off the TV and loudly tapped on the floor... and ignored my complaints by affecting not to understand English... while I finished folding). I was not late... I started all my clothes twenty minutes BEFORE the last wash time posted at the door. Don't be their last customer! read more

What I love about Super Wash is the fact that somebody is always on duty there and the place is immaculately clean, has a restroom, plenty of parking out front, and a very friendly and helpful staff. And, NO, I was not paid or asked to write this review. read more

Awesome! I've been using their wash and fold service for several years now. I drop off a basket of clothes and linens and pick them up clean, folded perfectly and in plastic bags. Very reasonably priced and very nice people. And... they've never lost a sock! read more

It gets the job done! My only complaint would be the dryer (22) ripped some of the threading on my clothes. So now, I'm randomly pulling threads from pants and shirts throughout the day. read more

I came here with my mom she washed about 4 comforters and I had about 4 loads of clothes. The washers were reasonable and worked fine ,but when we used the dryers seems as if my clothes wouldn't dry thoroughly after attempting to put 5 quarters iin I still wasn't satisfied so I had to add more quarters in. My mom was very disappointed in using the dryers as well she put almost $2 for 1 comforter and still wasn't dry. I had been to other laundrymats and never added more than 4-5 quarters in order for them to dry. I am never goin back to place.. Ever! read more
