I've been coming here for about a year, it's always plenty of space; the washers have size options; and the dryers are strong.

This laundromat was spacious with a variety of options for different weight load washers. I liked that there was an app so you could use Apple Pay to start the machines versus just using quarters. I couldn't find any password for wifi though, but maybe you could ask a staff member who might be there on a week day (we went on a weekend). Lots of counter space to fold laundry with street parking and a parking lot in the back. read more

Summer's Laundry - Dryers - Laundromat Near Me - San Bruno, California

I stopped by around 9am on a Saturday and had a great experience--no crowds, no waiting. Parking was easy with plenty of spots nearby, and the laundromat itself is spacious with lots of machines, including a good mix of large and small washers and dryers. Everything worked well and did a great job with washing and drying. I appreciated that they accept mobile payments, though you do need to download an app to use it. There were also plenty of tables and laundry carts available, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. The place was super clean and well-maintained. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the prices are on the higher side--$11 for a medium washer--but at least that price includes settings like extra wash and soil, so you're getting solid value. read more

I've been in both warm weather and chilly. This is an awesome establishment, when the weather is warm the doors are opened and you can enjoy the beautiful breeze. When it's cold it's still a please wait while you clean your close. Things to note, the cost of washing & drying runs up pretty quickly so I recommend being intentional with what you wash, I'd come with a large load and not something simple to get your moneys worth. Parking is abundant but you must pay for street parking. read more

I've come here for prob the last 8 years. Will commute to come here just because it's always been super clean management/workers are respectful and super helpful! But these dryers suck! First I wish I could add $2 as an option then process the payment on the newer app. 4minutes on the left 6 5min on the 4 right side per 25c so that sucks I have videos of these dryers starting and stopping about 45seconds throughout the entire drying time, session ends & your clothes are still wet! Add more money, still not dry. Transferred all the clothes (and these weren't big loads) into the 5min dryers and boom 10mins and they were done. It's a hassle to get a refund through the app. I have video of the machines doing this.. fix the dryers then you would have ppl rotating in and out faster.. stayin an extra 30-60min is annoying.. read more

Went here to use a washer/dryer to wash my comforter. The place was clean and had plenty of of open washers and dryers. The price varies depending on the size of the washer you use. The mid sized one I used was $11/load. They have onsite coin exchange, or you can use an app to pay with Apple Pay. The one thing with the app that I did not like is that there are fixed amounts of $ you are required to load into the app, so I ended up putting more money on the app then I needed for the laundry machine. But overall a good experience here. read more

Visiting the area...this establishment is clean and reasonably priced. I've been here in the area for 3 weeks and have used this place 3 times. There are plenty of machines. Plenty of parking behind the building if street parking out front is full. read more

This place is located in down town San Bruno off of San Bruno Ave. It is very clean and has up to date machines. They open at 6 am and close at 10 pm. People are friendly and helpful! All machines have the option to pay by quarters or credit cards/apple pay! I was surprised by this in a good way! At least people have options to use whatever form of payment they choose! Doing laundry here is fast and efficient! read more

Came here the last few times to wash my clothes. This place is by far one of the best places to wash clothes due to the cleanliness and amount of water used in the washing machines. Usually most laundromats I been to use an embarrassing amount of water and my clothes don't even get entirely wet. This place is not like that. Unfortunately when I came today the place looked a little dirty and some machines kind of smelled. I blame this entirely on the people that come here to use the machines as they don't take care of the nice machines. The poor owner who I've met is such a nice hardworking gentleman and I dont expect him to keep this place spotless. He needs help from the customers but a lot of people that come here are idiots and have no respect. I will still patronize this place because I know the owners try to maintain this place and I like the washing machines. Prices are average and I wouldn't say they are more or less than other places. Couple extra large machines for blankets and such. Bring cash 5,10,20 dollars bills and they have machines to exchange for coins. Def recommend this place but if you come please respect the facility.. read more

As my family and I were staying in an Airbnb that did not offer a washing and drying machine, we had to find a laundromat. Summer's Laundry had great reviews on Google which drew me to do wash my clothes there. The review on Google included free Wi-Fi, but I was not able to use the free Wi-Fi. However, the laundromat did take contactless pay (tap to pay) options. The laundromat was very clean, and or clothes or washed and dried in a timely manner. There is also parking in the back for people to use instead of parking in the front. read more

Been coming here for years! I came in today and they have PayRange now which is so efficient. No more going to the ATM or dealing with quarters. Love this laundry-mat read more

I came to this location due to the high ratings and the ability to pay with a credit card. The first machine I used was not working and then the next one was down too. So I lost soap in the machine and had to switch machines. No out of order signs were on the machine to alert me. Then I had to leave my stuff and find a bank to accept my card cause I didn't want to pay out of network atm fees. I would have gotten change ahead of time or went somewhere else had I known. The reviews raved about this place so I figured no coins to worry about and practically 5 stars. I let all this frustration go but then it was time to use the dryers. 8 large dryers and multiple small ones were not functional. I was washing down comforters. So I was lucky the other people let me have a big one. Unfortunately the reason was that the person before me had sharpie marker in their cycle and the ink was fresh in the machine along with a melted chocolate bar! I tried wiping it but It's all over my white comforters. Then the coins got stuck in the slot. I would swap but it is monthly wash day and families used all the other dryers. So to give a summary- staff is no where to be seen. They did not post signs on the machines out of order so I lost coins. The credit card network is not functioning at all. There is a ceiling tile missing and people are sitting on the folding tables. And there is not even a step stool available to help reach the back of the machine to clean it up thoroughly. There are a lot of options to do laundry and this will now be my last time here. read more

A laundromat that takes credit cards, Apple Pay, and quarters? Yeah! They have free WiFi as well and plenty of parking. While I was there, one of the staff came to tidy up the place and sweep the floor. Otherwise, it's a laundromat that does what it's supposed to do. read more

It. Has. APPLE PAY (and Android paid, etc)!! My husband and I were excited that we didn't have to stop by the bank to get cash after coming here. They do however have a machine that gives $5 bills and quarters if you have a $20 on you. They of course have the usual dispenser that only takes quarters to buy detergent, dryer sheets, bags etc. Very clean laundromat, they have a parking lot in the back and street parking in the front. The only thing that is a bit of a bummer is that I couldn't take a cart to my car in the back to help carry my laundry; the carts have extra tall hangers that prevent the carts from going out of the facility. Makes sense though, they don't want to lose their carts if someone forgets or is lazy to go and put them back inside. ‍ (#FirstWorldProblems) We went on a Tuesday evening, so it was pretty quiet. I'm sure we'll come back next month when we wash our bedding again! read more

I usually don't go to a laundromat but decided to wash / dry an oversized comforter in an industrial sized washer and dryer.  This place was very clean and not too busy.   Nice variety of machines  to handle different sized loads.  Prices seemed reasonable but as I mentioned it's been a while since I used a laundromat.   A real time saver considering it takes all day to wash / the bedding at home. read more

Dang you would think with these glowing reviews, there's a Cafe in here, someone giving foot massages and a lounge with video games... It's just a basic laundry spot. Someone is in here to maintain the place so you won't come across any trash which is a plus. Free wifi, look for the password on the back door. There's 22 machines all front loaders ranging from $2.75-6.50. Expect to pay an additional $. 25 if you want to wash your clothes at medium soil level. Plenty of parking in the back and spots to walk around while you wait. read more

Summer's Laundry - Laundromat Near Me - San Bruno, California

So far this has been the best laundromat that I've seen and been to in the south San Francisco/ San Bruno area. Down San Mateo Ave. this is such a conveniently centralized laundromat because it's located just off the main strip of that area. So there's plenty of activities to enjoy while waiting for your clothes or if you're just looking for something to do on an off day. Here are some of the pluses that I enjoy about this place. This place is so cost-effective and reasonable that it really does help when you have to do laundry, whether that's big or small loads. The machines are very well taken care of, they come in small medium and large sizes for bigger loads. The machines are real durable and show no signs of wear and tear. That's a real credit to the management who seems to keep the machines up and running so they're functional for customers. This is a pretty large space so I can hold a good amount of people and because it's large you don't have to worry about running in or bumping into people. There's plenty a room for everybody to do their washing, folding or any other activities here. There's free Wi-Fi so that's definitely a plus if you have kids and want to use it to play videos or just use your phone without wasting your data. Parking is pretty reasonable here. Some times are busier than other, so patients Maybe required because it's located in the downtown area. read more

First time using a laundry mat and this one im content with. Im glad they collect cards since I do not have time to go to the bank to get quarters for the machines. They have different sizes for the washers and dryers. I would say though it gets busy and cramped. Otherwise the machines work fast and thorough. No other problems read more

I came to this place to wash a lot of clothes from my vacation! I went off recommendations from yelp and let me tell you I am not disappointed at all! The place is clean and free Wifi! I spent $15 to wash and dry 2 large loads and one small load! Best place! read more

Summer's Laundry - This is what it looks like! - Laundromat Near Me - San Bruno, California

Prices are good and machines work well but people DGAF about social distance lol. I walked in and there were at least 20 people in there. Some were loading/unloading clothes or folding but a lot of them were just standing around or playing with their young kidS (yes, plural). A lot of them also had their mask below their nose. Creepy men staring and gossipy women who seemed to be overly interested in my laundry (they were legit staring at me as I loaded/unloaded) but whatever. Oh and the kids treating the laundromat as their personal playground was weird too. read more

I used to love this place, and I usually go here every week. Unfortunately, this place got bad because some homeless customers are high on drugs and come up with soaking-wet blankets that smell like piss. I went to this place today, and I'm beyond disappointed since my clothes smell terrible. I will never come back here to this place. 1 star read more

It's a great matt. The only thing is they say they close at 10pm but really they lock the doors at 8pm (last wash) so unless you're already in there, you have to fight to get back in to get your clothes. happened several times to me already and it seems nonsensical during civid times to have to stay in there while your clothes wash/dry. read more

Super clean! Well stocked and easy access. But the best part!?? You can pay with your credit card or Apple Pay!?? excelente concept! Yelp as the time of opening wrong, because they open at 6am and not at 7am, last load is at 9:30. Overall glad that I found this laundromat. read more

This place has made me look forward to doing laundry. Nice spacious location. Parking is easy and the machines seem to be well maintained and not grimy like most laundromats. I've done my laundry all over San Bruno, and haven't gone anywhere else since Ray opened up Summer's laundry. This place is simply the best in town. This place is clean and new and the owner takes a lot of pride in this business and shows he really cares. I've seen him onsite a good 80-90% of the time I've done my laundry here and multiple times he's given out free cold drinks to every single person in the place. He is very helpful and you can tell he is an honest hard working guy. The washers that are 4$ can wash a ton of laundry so to the guy saying it's a ripoff doesn't understand the physics of washer capacity. Usually I can do my entire hamper in one machine either the $4.50 or the $3.75 and usually walk away from the experience down about $6.50 for a good 30-40 lbs of clothes washed and dried all in less than an hour. Best laundry mat experience I've ever had, and that's why I do all of my laundry here. Ray is the man. Free wifi is a nice perk to pass the time. read more

Summer's Laundromat is a newly opened Laundromat located in San Mateo Avenue in San Bruno. It is the most high tech Laundromat I have ever seen. It has new washers and dryers, marble tables for folding clothes, coin change machines, detergent vending machines, complimentary wifi, HD television, a toilet, a spot for kids to play, and plenty of parking. The owner, Ray, is mostly there to make sure the place is clean; supplies are replenished, and ensures that his customers are happy with the Laundromat. I highly recommend for you to take your clothes there to have it washed and dried. It is indeed an excellent Laundromat! read more

I never thought I would write a review of a laundromat, but their change machine alone is worth driving from Millbrae. You insert a $20 bill, and it gives you 3 $5 bills (PAPER bills) and $5 worth of quarters. No more raging because you only needed a dollar in quarters and had to change a whole $20. I love it. They seem cheaper than some other places out there, thought I could definitely see how it would get busy at peak times. read more

This place is so small & quaint. You have to know the best times to come in here. Otherwise, ur assed out on the right size washer or dryer you wanna use! I used... 1Large washer for 4.50 (heavy wash -- blankets) 3 Medium washer for 2.75 (medium wash) 2 Large dryer for 2.50 1Small dryer for 1.50 I liked this place because it's on the strip and there's all these different shops I can wonder around while I wait, and I Starbucks down the corner. They gotta dispenser for detergent and stuff, coin machine, and a restroom. They got a couple folding tables but I think they could have different sizes for laundry carts. Just sayin. read more

Love this laundromat! Cleanest and most well kept laundry place in San Bruno. The owner is the sweetest guy and has his number listed to call him whenever you'd like should you have any questions. Summer's Laundry - Be sure to read before selecting the wash cycle! - Laundromat Near Me - San Bruno, California

Great laundromat in a great location. Down San Mateo Ave, it's an area with great food options. This laundromat is reasonably priced with plenty of washers and dryers. The owners must service the machines regularly because they appear to be in excellent shape and work effectively. The best part is the large bill breaking machine. Okay... And wifi... But not having to break a twenty down to a huge pocket full of coins is awesome. A lot of places don't do that. read more
