For those who prefer not to use quarters, be aware that the business will place a hold on your credit card if you choose that payment method. However the last two times ( one just moments ago) I was waited on by the most unprofessional girl. She was nasty and loud and outbid control. I had dropped a sweater off about ten days ago that was hung on a wire hanger and stretched to the point of being completely Mis -shapen at both shoulders. I wasn't upset, just asked for it ti be redone and put on a hanger so the bumps would go away. That was my first experience with her. She pummeled me with accusations like how does she know I didn't put it in the hanger like that, why did I wait a week ( it was a holiday and they were closed and I worked so I could get there in a day or two) why wouldn't I just try wearing it ( it's summer, for one, that wouldn't fix it, for another) did I even request it not to be hung ( of course not, any fine gauge cashmere or nice knit would normally never be hung) and on and in. I said... can you let me speak ? I am not upset, I just want it fixed. She replied there would be no promises made and I could check back after Thursday. Then today at pick up... she was actually nasty. She said I was not being reasonable and nobody cares if sweaters are hung like that, and I asked her why she was so upset about my sweater and me wanting it fixed. She ranted and insulted. I honestly cannot believe the way she spoke to me. The story goes on and on, but she would let me speak and was so unreasonable I just had to leave shaking my head wondering what the heck !?!?!

They came and picked up my items and replaced the zippers, and also dropped them back off at my house. My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

I am sorry about the customer that had no one to help them on saturday morning but the employee that was supposed to be there had a emergency and had to go to the hospital and we got someone in there as soon as we could. To the customer that left the bad review. I am sorry that you had such a hard time and a bad day. You have cats and as we tried to explain to you when they are soaked in cat pee you cant get that out with just washing in reg wash. we tried that with someone elses clothes which they had the same thing and we tried 4 washes and we found out you have to have certain things to wash them with which is the customers responsibility . The 6 load washers they are water saving machines . They are buit that way but they still give you enough water to wash clothes with and still come out clean as long as you put in the right soap and cleaning supplies to wash your clothes with. The dryers ,you can not put 80lbs of wash in one dryer and expect them to all get dried you have to split them up to dry a big load like that in different dryers and yes we care about our customers and reviews. I am willing to work with all our customers in getting them the help they need. Thanks Management
