Sir-I don't want to go back and forth about this issue on this forum…read more I had placed an order upwards of 25k. 1.My builder came to you with these 3 items and very clearly told you that the finish/sheen of these light fixtures is very different from the sheen of the faucets.We could have accepted a slight shade variation but this was way off.The fixtures were mostly unopened except to take a peek at the finish.At this point,you should have accepted it as all products that have not been opened or altered with in any way can be returned for a refund.But you refused to do that. 2.There were no more returns other than this.We had a tentative list of fixtures to be ordered but we had to cancel them because they were backordered and our house inspection was due in 3 weeks. I was going to order more fixtures in future but sadly I have lost trust in doing any business with you.You have to build a long term relationship with a customer.Sadly,that did not happen in my case.

Instead of working my problem, they focused on upsell opportunities unrelated to my problem. 90% of their time was spent looking for and quoting upsell opportunities presented in multiple proposals that I never asked for, and never wanted. Worst of all. They didn't fix the problem. The electrician replaced a GFCI but the very next day, the new GFCI stopped working and I was back to where I started. Despite informing them of this, they have been non-responsive as of this posting. In the end, my problem had nothing to do with the GFCI itself. It didn't need to be replaced. The problem was an 88 cent electrical outlet. If the electrician spent as much time diagnosing this 3 outlet circuit as he did generating unwanted proposals, this review would be much different.

On first glance it was your standard three light Hampton bay ceiling fan, but the shade was screw on instead of the type with a lip that is secured with a screw (clearly I'm no lampshade expert here). Apparently this is rare, and if ease of availability on the internet is any clue, yes, it's not common. I was hoping the lamp man would offer me an alternative solution... something less expensive than replacing the entire ceiling fan, but he did not. Ultimately we ended up passing the problem onto our landlord (with a note of apology!) when we moved out. I have no idea how he solved it. Beyond not offering much help, the lamp guy wasn't particularly friendly and certainly not efficient. I love the idea of a specific lamp shade store, but the execution just wasn't there. I do have one lamp that carries a more sentimental significance to me... perhaps when one of my kids knocks it over I will give this place another try at repair.

The new showroom feels like a museum experience. They played great music and the lighting was just perfection. The art that they curated for this was really creative. The large metal Man climbing the rope at the beginning of the entrance was an excellently placed artistic touch. I took so many pictures because it was a draw dropping scene to behold. I'm absolutely excited to bring my clients back. The wood wall vignette was my favorite. Everything in it was gorgeous. They had some really fun fans up that were streamlined and not something I've seen in any other showroom. I like the selection of exquisite lights displayed and also love that they carry the full Hinckley line. Some really innovative and creative items. He helped us install a transfer switch and exterior inlet plug for our generator so we can safely power our home during outages, and also rewired several breakers to create a dedicated group of emergency-use circuits that the generator would run. The level of knowledge and care he brought to this project was exceptional. Justin was very generous with his vast knowledge in the area. He took the time to thoroughly explain not just what he was installing, but why, and went above and beyond by educating us on generator best practices, including important dos and don'ts for safe operation. I definitely felt much more confident in my ability to keep our house running for my family than I did prior. He was also extremely friendly, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, he was very accommodating to our availability, and his work was fast yet meticulous. He ran multiple dry runs with our generator to ensure every targeted breaker was functioning properly, and even took the panel back off to include an additional circuit I initially didn't think would be necessary, but ultimately agreed was important for emergency situations. That extra level of diligence and care is rare. Justin is a one-man operation, but you'd never know it based on the quality of his work and professionalism.
