This place is still awesome. We're still going here. I love the people that run the place, and everything comes out fresh. Even if you order it to go, they still make it fresh. Great prices and a great restaurant. It really feels like our sushi spot.

Looking from the outside, you would never guess that super sushi is a high-quality, family run business, but that's exactly what it is. The owner is super friendly and all the staff our family members. They use high-quality ingredients to give the customer the best experience possible. And they're very transparent with the quality of their ingredients. We asked the waiter what he recommended and he told us the ichiban, Seattle's best, and the dragon roll. The first two rolls were amazingly fresh and so good. I didn't even need soy sauce to complement the roll. The decor inside feels very authentic Japanese. The service was super friendly and very quick. I will definitely be back for a date night.

This is a small, neighborhood sushi restaurant. It's conveniently located at the corner of the intersection and has plenty of parking. On this particular weekday dinner hour, there were very few customers and the service was very quick and attentive. The menu is straight-forward, see my menu pic. We started with their egg rolls. As you can see in my pic, there are 5 and their dipping sauce. The dipping sauce was mildly sweet and had a somewhat cool temperature. The cool temp complimented the hot freshly deep fried egg rolls. As you can see, the rolls were very consistently made. There was a fair amount of wrappings to the amount of inside veggies. These rolls were mildly flavored and so the ginger, wasabi and dipping sauce enhanced the flavor greatly. We shared their Super Sushi roll. This roll had a good combination of tempura and raw components. The prominent item was the Spicy Tuna. While there was a kick, it didn't overpower the eel or other items. The dark sweetened drizzle was a good contrast to the Spicy Tuna. We particularly liked that the roll was cut into thinner slices than usual thicker cuts. This made eat bite an appropriate size.

So glad Super Sushi is finally open for indoor dining! Its been about 2.5 years since my wife and I have eaten inside the restaurant and we were excited to come back. Even after that time, David and Andy still recognized us and we spent a few minutes catching up on life and introducing them to our 15 month old son. David and Andy never fail to provide quality food and customer service. We arrived around 5:45 which was perfect since it was just before the dinner rush. We were seated quickly and we ordered a Super Philadelphia Roll, Super Sushi Roll, California Roll and 2 orders of Cajun Seared Ono. The Super Rolls were so good that we forgot to take pictures haha. The portions were generous and so delicious. The California Roll is an excellent value under $5 if you want a filler roll. The Cajun Seared Ono is a must try custom order!

So good! Super Philly roll, salmon sashimi, hot night roll add cream cheese, and spicy garlic.

By far one of the best sushi spots in Redlands/Loma Linda area. Super fresh fish, great service and very reasonable prices.

The interior was very cute and clean. The wallpaper was very nicely done and authentic. The lunch was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the server was so kind and welcoming. But then my mom suddenly got really hungry, so we looked for a nearby place to have lunch. My brother found this restaurant and said it had high Yelp ratings, and since my mom likes sushi, he suggested this place and we tried it. We ordered the lunch specials: three sushi combos and one sushi & sashimi combo. All of the combos came with miso soup and california rolls. All of the sushi here was really delicious, and the California rolls that came with the sushi were also very tasty. The wasabi was shaped like a flower, which looked very pretty and was a nice touch. The staff were also very friendly and kind. The cucumber pickles and ginger were extremely fresh and delicious as well. Everything we had was tasty, and the service was friendly, so I really liked this Japanese restaurant. If it were closer to home, this would definitely be a place I would come to often. FYI: My brother asked whether the owner of this restaurant was Korean, but we were told the owner is Chinese.

All the surrounding tables I guess is only for Ramen and non grilling food items as they dont have a grill in them. It was hectic and chaotic in here. Watching the 2 waitresses not only handling the food orders at the tables, but also making drinks, taking orders, bringing the food out, handling the front desk, to clearing the tables. Real props to them for still providing excellent customer service with each of their tables. Their food comes out fast, and they all tasted amazing. And their drinks too look visually stunning and tasted great. We ordered the following foods and drink: 1. Gyu set- comes with several meats that you cook on the fire. High quality. Great taste. Extremely tender and flavorful. 2. Short ribs- they were so good we had to get another order of them. 3. Sushi taco- 3 different types of seafood. Tasted really good, ended.up getting 2 orders of them. 4. Spicy tuna crispy wanton- lots of spicy tuna. Love the flavors. The crunch of the taco was really good. 5. Chicken karaage- crispy and tender. The sauce it came with was so good. 6. Tempura shrimp- 3 peices only. It was ok. A great appetizer to start with. 7. Spicy pork bao- bao bun was amazing. Pork was soft and tender. Good ratio of meat to bao. 8. Smoked brisket bao- not as good as the spicy pork. But was still really good. 9. Hand roll was also really good. Drinks: 1. White peach sake sangria- this drink was so light and refreshing. Definitely hit me by the time I finished it though. 2. Yuzu pineapple express- our favorite drink by far. Very pineapple forward. Sweet, tart and refreshing. 3. Tokyo tea- the midori made it look so pretty. The taste itself was very good as well. 4. Rising sun- Japanese whiskey. It was very whiskey forward, but it was also very smooth. I love how they had a little bit of everything here. Pork, chicken, raw fish, sushi, bbq, bao buns, Ramen, a whole bunch of different appetizers. Everything that we tried was really good, and put a smile of happiness on our face as we took a bite and tried them. There's a little bit of everything for everyone here. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks. It was not cheap. Every little thing added up. But we did order a lot of food and drinks. But everything was really good. Would definitely come back again!!

On my most recent visit, the experience was incredibly disappointing. We were told there would be a 30-40 minute wait, which we understood. However, we ended up waiting over an hour just to be seated. If Yelp check-ins are being prioritized over walk-ins, that should be clearly communicated so customers can plan accordingly. What really made things worse was the service. Once we were finally seated, a blue-haired employee informed us--without any friendliness or professionalism--that someone else would be taking our order. Her attitude was rude, and there was a complete lack of basic customer service. It made us feel unwelcome and overlooked. At that point, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. We ended up at Finney's, where everyone is treated equally and the service is consistently great. It's disappointing to see how much this place has gone downhill. Sadly, I won't be returning.

We went all in and tried the omakase, and while it's definitely on the expensive side, it was worth every penny. The chef hand selects each dish, and every course felt intentional, unique, and honestly like its own experience. The atmosphere is really cool and a little different from your typical sushi spot. You head down a spiral staircase into the restaurant, which sets the tone right away, and there's also an elevator for wheelchair accessibility which is great to see. Once you're inside, it has a thoughtful, intimate feel that fits perfectly with the style of dining. Service was excellent from start to finish, and the fish was incredibly fresh and high quality. The dishes were creative and unlike anything else I've had locally. This is easily a 5 star experience, and there's nothing else around here quite like their omakase. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for something special.

SERVICE: I used the kiosk and it was pretty easy to order my sushi and pay. My only critique would be that they made them HUGE. Good thing I have a big mouth, but I can't imagine my wife trying to eat these monsters. But, super tasty!! I'll try the restaurant next time, because if I am going to pay these prices, I may as well have some ambiance as well. But a big recommend from me!!

We ordered a Dragon Roll for the table, I ordered the Volcano Ramen because I love spicy, the hubby ordered the Eel Avocado Hand Roll and Beef Ramen, my MIL ordered the Miso Ramen.
