This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this store. The quality control is clearly lacking, and the customer service is nothing like it used to be. Progress felt like home and the owners made you feel like you were hanging out in someone's backyard bar. Besides seeing someone piss themselves on a chair I never saw anything negative here. They had amazing michelada beers that were perfect for summertime heat. Progress had the best Dodgers postseason watch parties. They would roll out the big screen and the place would be full of fans cheering. It terrible seeing this progress close. There is going to be a big hole left in South El Monte community.
