Did not show up and would not answer or return calls. Finally texted me at 12:30 to say U Haul overbooked them. I had to return the rental truck before 2:00 so I told them we would not have a truck later in the day. This initiated numerous return calls to me that were harassing and claiming they wanted to make it right. They could have done so by only reimbursing the cost of the truck I rented. They are no where near Perfect nor Right and are No show.

The 3 left with all of my belongings while I was still finishing up in the apartment. I had to call him several times before he answered-- 30 minutes later. Note: I hadn't provided him the updated address before he left the premises so he didn't even know the exact location of the delivery. After several phone calls they met me at my new location and unloaded my things. In the end, I ended up paying a total of $1,160.

The big day arrived for the move across town and I had Antonio and his crew scheduled for 11am. He called and said he was running late and would be there when he could. Him and his crew got to my old condo at 1:30, but that was ok since the price was still right. Atlanta's Express Moving & Delivery was able to pack all of my furniture at the old condo, pick up several heavy pieces out of storage down the street, get to the new townhouse, and unload everything within a little over 2 hours. That was great if I say so as I have a lot of heavy JUNK. After they finished I paid Antonio his quoted price of $225 + a tip for each mover and gave them all a cold beer. They were very happy about the beer! I certainly recommend Atlanta's Express Moving & Delivery and will use them for my next move as well.

No issues. The second set, were 4 hours late, ruined personal items, left me without assembled beds or dining table for my children and my self for over 24 hours. I was promised multiple times that the owner would come and address the unassembled furniture, he did not show up. He called and sounded like he was concerned but ended not even responding or showing up. He has great potential and a few great guys but without proper logistics and communication, this company will ruin your moving experience. Still waiting on a response to the damage to my furniture, walls and floor of a brand new home. I tried to be understanding and easy going but when I was told by one of the movers that it wasn't her job to move certain items up the stairs and that I shouldn't be upset by the way my items where left or the poor communication , I felt a review was needed. I paid for a two story move. Twice. I'm pretty sure I moved more of my items on the truck just to keep it from getting damaged and keep it moving. Frequent smoke breaks, neglectful of personal items. They lost some screws to my furniture. My filing cabinet was bent and smells like cigarettes, we don't smoke, desk and dressers were left turned up on their side without out any consideration of placement. These photos are how they LEFT my delivery. The owner said he would return and assemble himself, but a different team showed up a after 7pm the next day and it wasn't until 9:38pm on Monday night that I finally had a bed assembled. It was a disaster. Left a mess of popsicles plastic in my sink. I would love to see this as an opportunity to fix the mistakes. At this time 5:43am on 8/3. No response. Moving day was July 31. I would suggest starting the moves at 9am as scheduled, instead of 1-2pm. Then you wouldn't be working till 1am and still leaving the job incomplete. I can say that the first two guys were great(although late ).
