I've been coming to this location for at least 6 months, if not more, and I am now on their monthly unlimited wash plan. 95% of the time there is someone to greet you at the pay machine and they all seem to be pretty friendly. The wash itself is a good quality wash and not time consuming. My favorite feature is the free towels available to dry your vehicle. It's is so convenient. Two reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars..... First reason, I know the towels are free to use but the last several times I've used the towels, it left horrible smudges and streaks on every window. These were different towels then the ones you originally stated with. It was completely horrible. Second reason, location! During the week it is practically impossible to get to the entrance without almost getting in an accident. The driveway to get to the car wash and out of it is the same driveway for Circle K and an Elementary School. WORSE set up ever! read more

Vacuums and air spray gun are always down. I have to move from one spot to another to find one that works. Towles are never stocked and there was one time that it took over 5 minutes for an agent to acknowledge I was waiting to go in the car wash while I seen an agent sitting around playing on his phone. Service is very bad read more

Plate did not scan, but quickly helped me through! I do find it inconvenient as this happens when visiting a new location for the first time. I wish it could be added system-wide. The monthly car wash pass is the way to go and love that it works valley wide at the various locations. If you wash your vehicle 2+ times a month then I feel this is a value for the monthly membership cost. With how dusty Arizona is, I can see this being utilized by many! read more

I don't have a problem with the actual car wash itself or the workers as they are just following the direction of their leadership. On June 28 I visited this location to wash my truck after I got off work around the 5 o'clock hour understanding that many people get off work at this time just like any other retail location, his is most likely a peak time. With that said, as I was arriving at this location off of 40th and Baseline, I arrived and found that the lanes to the police stations were blocked by blue cones. There was already another vehicle there waiting, and you could tell the driver was extremely frustrated. This was during the open hours of operation and presumably at a peak time of the day. We were advised by a worker that she was following directions and it would just be a moment that she had to do this another worker came out and they proceeded to film a video on their cell phone while customers waited. The worker was apologetic and explained this was part of her job. I'm not mad at the worker if she is simply following directions and submitted immediate feedback after my car wash on the company website and received a confirmation email after submission that it would take 2 to 3 business days for a response. As of today, I have received no response whatsoever. When I submitted was simply the frustration of a pain, customer made to wait at a peak time and why their leadership would force their employees to inconvenience customers who obviously utilize services such as a drive-through car wash due to the convenience and are most likely not able to invest the time to wash the cars themselves and other locations. With his many car washes that are available, I asked for a reasonable answer as to why anyone should keep their business with them if they are not keeping the customers as their number one focus they are many times throughout the day and early evening that a training video for example could have been filmed instead According to the Employee, they were instructed to do it at this time which by the time that they opened, the lanes backed up there were additional cars waiting to be served. The service they provide is very basic. It does the job, but there is nothing over the top. It's disappointing as a pain customer to submit feedback and be ignored The whole purpose of me posting to their site and not immediately coming to yelp was to give them an opportunity to speak to this event versus putting them on blast, however by not responding in approximately two weeks, that is extremely unacceptable and an industry where return customers are what make or breaks the business read more

Oh this one sucks. I don't think they know how to dilute the coaching solution my car came out milky and smear marks everywhere then when I went to wipe down the windows it smeared like crazy. They cancelled my membership after nearly 5 years without warning and then when I said something, they stated they cannot reinstate a membership and instead offered me a new one, at $10 MORE a month. Absolute joke. Went in person first to try to resolve this and then through customer service and got nowhere. Needless to say I won't be going back. JULY UPDATE. I have been emailing customer service since posting here and have gotten no where. Customer service is horrible. At this point I'm going somewhere else. As the owner you should have stepped in to fix this. Disgraceful. Also PEOPLE BE AWARE. My boyfriend also has a membership with them and they just raised the price without telling him. He has since cancelled his membership now since this company has such dishonest business practices. Mr Garcia! I have emailed you and would like a response. Thank you read more

While Super Star Wash has responded to my review... Take note when there's an attendant standing at the pay machine; they are blocking the menu screen where prices are displayed. Even when I said I only wanted a single wash NO MEMBERSHIP - the attendant nodded his head and proceeded to process my transaction acting as a "single wash" while actually entering me into the membership agreement. So riddle me this Super Star Wash how the heck would I know to cancel within 7 days if I believed I only paid for a single wash and there is no receipt given stating a membership? Super Star Wash this is dishonest business practice! I have called the customer service number and still awaiting for a refund. read more

I came to this car wash last night last minute with my boyfriend and were helped out by Ash on both cars, She was really sweet and helpful i actually might consider getting a membership the next time i go, I've been to this location before and am always left happy with the service:) read more

They send out phony text messages saying you've won a free car wash. When you get there and open the message further, it says you have a half price car wash. I backed out and left because I don't like being tricked into something using deceptive practices. I'm sure they've sucked a lot of people in with this scam because they've already driven there. read more

You guys owe me $20.95. This business has created fraudulent memberships for many customers, signing them up for memberships without their consent. Just look through the reviews. I disputed the charges and all were found in my favor except for one. Apparently they provided documentation for that charge, but it is fraudulent and I expect a full refund for every payment. I don't care about the quality of the car wash, which happens to be poor as it knocked off a piece of my side mirror, I just care about people deciding to do business with a company that defrauds customers on a regular basis. read more

Went to get a wash back in March. Attendant was "taking orders" at the payment machine with an iPad. Ordered a regular wash, proceeded through the automated machine. Started receiving charges monthly on my credit card.... Thing is, I have not had my car washed there since the original time. Called the number listed to inquire on the charges...which was always a recording. Called the credit card company to report fraud. My card expired thankfully! Will not ever use this company again!! read more

I haven't had any bad experience with this car wash. The only thing I would recommend this place is to wash their blue cloths better sometimes they smell funky. Other than that there is no issue, the workers are friendly. read more

This car wash I haven't used since March 2023, and after that I haven't been to the car wash but recently, and honest truth people. They been charging me $24.95 every freaking month! I didn't sign up for anything and I told my bank to block them and make them give me my money back. I was calling there customer support on Sunday but they don't work on Sunday and I send them a email that same Sunday. I haven't heard back from them and I'm just piss off. They are taking my money away and I'm just a perosn who loves there car wash but if they keep doing this, I ain't going to there car wash anymore with my card and just usuing cash and going diffrent car wash. I need them to respond to my email ASAP. I wnat my money back and I want a full refund on the money you guys stole from my card without my dam permission. Super Star Car Wash - 40th St & Baseline Rd - Cracked .. - Car Wash Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Don't complain or the manager Gia Dean will threaten to call the cops. Two weeks ago I signed up for the unlimited pass and they told me I could use it on both of my vehicles with a sticker I can just not put it in my car and just pull it out when I needed it with either car. they said will give it to me next time because they were out at the moment. I went today asked for the sticker, they told me I was misinformed and it can only be used towards one car and the sticker must be in there. I was frustrated as this was not what I was told. The manager then comes over to put it on my car, I asked her to not touch my car, she immediately began giving me an attitude. She accused me of yelling, which I wasn't my tone wasn't kind but I was trying to get across my frustrations of being missold across but still normal volume. I used the word fuck, I did not call her names I just use swear words as an adjective because I'm an adult and I can. She said I needed to leave even though I was not done with my car and then threatened to call the police on me for using the word Fuck. All while not helping me with the issue that I was missold. I used to only come to this car wash so did my husband and in laws because they live in the same neighborhood and after today none of us will step foot in there. I was frustrated that I was mis sold and now I'm appalled that the manager would threaten to call the cops on me over airing my grievances. read more

I would have given a 5 star rating, as I do like all the convenience of having towels and a vacuum on hand! But, when that nice young person taps the screen for you and puts your card in for you they are fraudulently signing you up for a monthly subscription that you don't know about until you find it on your statement and then have to grieve it. They have gotten 39.90 out of me that I hadn't caught and disputed with my bank. So a warning don't let those attendants help you with purchasing your car wash. If you've had the same thing happen to you, go to the federal trade commission and report the fraud, as I have done. read more

The staff is nice enough but my car was not vacuumed properly twice in a row. I went through once and had them vacuum the inside and when they gave it back I still had crumbs of some food I spilt. There was a whole fry on the floor. I asked for it to be done again and the fry was still there. When I asked the manager to have it redone the second time he just didn't seem like he cared. I payed over 30$ for the mega wash package and honestly wish I just payed half that price and went to cobblestone and did the vacuum myself. You would think that if they wanted more customers they would at least make sure first time customers had a really good experience so they'd come back. read more

They are quick to sign you up for their service however if they break your vehicle they will not fix it. I was dealing with a guy named Gabe which is a manager of this station and he completely ignored my request for the fixing of my mirror to which it was broke by their machines. I've never used a place like this to wash my car but I was borrowing a vehicle from a friend who lives nearby and I decided to meet them there as they wanted me to have a clean vehicle. Overall I was actually impressed as they just do a basic wash on the exterior and then you pull your vehicle into one of the stalls to use the vacuum towels and everything else to detail and clean your car. They have a time limit they would like for you to use but if anything you just need to honor it and be respectful to the other around you. If you spend 30-45 mins because u want to wax your car then your abusing the system. It took us longer as we were pulling Cheerios & other junk from van as if zombies attacked and we living in the vehicle for a month. I would definitely consider using this place as one of the options for a vehicle I have when the cooler months approach as it's easier to stand outside to clean the vehicle vs the hot summer temps. Vacuums are pretty strong and pulled up dirt and the dry towels made available in the stalls helped to get everything looking crisp and cleans. I do like that they have compressed air as one of my biggest peeves is when water comes out of the side mirrors onto the car when u drive away. read more

Let me tell you a little something about this car wash. Do NOT go behind a large truck with big tires, it WILL get stuck. You know what will happen next, your sedan WILL have damage from an unintentional forced rear end collision as the car wash mechanism continues, and moves your car in the direction of the stuck truck with a tow hitch that lines up perfectly with your bumper to leave a beautiful dent with a bonus scratch. This was no one particular persons fault. Accidents happen and the truck made it through the initial car wash, what's to make someone think it would get stuck? Car washes ARE private property, that means even if you're involved in an accident, unless your car is TOTALED, the police will only issue and incident report number. Most if not all car washes have disclaimers that they assume ZEROOOOO responsibility. We are all adults, read the fine print. I do appreciate Victor stepping into action and attempting to resolve the issue diplomatically and professionally. Car washes are like haunted houses....enter at your own risk. Update: While Operations writes that I should have received information for the vehicle/truck in front of me, you cannot force people give your their insurance information. read more

Discovered a charge on my card when I haven't been to this car wash in two weeks. Last time I was here I declined the membership offered to me. Looks like they still signed me up. I was on hold for a long time to get this refunded to me. What a complete violation. I've loved coming to this place but there's no way I'm handing my card to anyone anymore in any locations. read more

Don't come here unless you want someone to either pester you to buy a membership or be completely condescending to you. Pulled up with a coupon today at around 8 am for a free car wash for being new to the neighborhood and was having trouble as the screen kept buffering and or taking me to prompts to buy a membership. After 5 minutes a man walks towards my vehicle and I'm thinking he's going to help me. Before I can even explain what my issue is he very rudely tells me to follow the prompts. I explain I am, but it's giving me a hard time then he cuts me off and says "FOLLOW THE PROMPTS THATS ALL I'M GONNA SAY" as if I'm an idiot. Still not doing anything to help me but argue with me and I have to go back and forth with this guy and call him out for being rude to me for him to finally make some effort to help me. What a joke. Thanks, Marcus for the warm welcome to the neighborhood. Won't be back. read more

DO NOT purchase a membership here. If you ever decide you want to cancel for any reason, you are met with obstacles and silence. Back in maybe September of 2023 I noticed I was still paying for the membership here. I went to cancel as I no longer needed it and couldn't get on the phone with anyone. I send in a request for cancellation to their customer service email and don't hear back until DECEMBER 1ST 2023. Which is hilarious as they promise a 3 day turn around for response (All the while I continue to be charged for the membership so I'm not sure how they couldn't locate me). Customer service agent Maritza Mendoza then asks me to provide more information as she has troubles finding me in the system, which I do pertaining to my claim 192452. After this, I follow up via email a handful of times on the progress. I don't not hear back from her until JANUARY 4th 2024 after I commented on an Instagram post that was advertising their awesome membership. I warned that I wouldn't sign up for any memberships if I were you! Understandably I feel this way as it's been 5 longs months (almost 6) of me emailing a brick wall with no response, not being taken seriously. Apart from reaching out to the better business bureau to hopefully get some of this made right, I'm out of options except for spreading the word that this company is a sad façade for a business and I wish I never went there to begin with. read more

Do not even have a discussion regarding their monthly unlimited plan. I had no idea they had signed me up for the plan till a charge appeared on my credit card. On the day the charge hit my credit card I went to their Baseline location, which is close to where I live, and was told there was nothing they could do that I need to call to cancel. I immediately called the number provided and cancelled. This all happen on the same day . . . the charge hit my credit card, I physically went to the location to make sure the monthly plan was canceled, when I could not cancel in person I called the number provided and officially canceled but they refused to refund the charge to my credit car. read more

Staff is courteous and responsive. Towels are always well stocked and vacuums are pretty strong even at the end of the day.
