First of all this place won't even give you a rain check even after a monsoon hit while I was trying to dry my car!! I hadn't even been able to start vacuuming before the dust, dirt, and rain completely ruined my car wash!!!! When I came out of the car wash I noticed my car was still wet. Like the dryers didn't even touch it when I went through them. Other car washes like Super Freak Car Wash usually always gets my car dry except with the back and a bit on the grill still having spots to dry. My car had been to San Diego and back and still had loads of bugs on it. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. SUPER FREAK HAS ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB AT WASHING AND DRYING MY BABY CADI! You would think they would be more accommodating to off road style vehicles since they are directly across from total auto pros (a business dedicated to off road upgrades) and one the closest car washes to all the major dealerships on camelback. If you have a roof rack like this or similar get the cheapest wash here for a "quick fix", otherwise go to Super Star car wash on 7th st and Rose lane. I still need another car wash and I personally won't be returning here ever.

I said I would do it only if this wasn't going to be a reoccurring monthly membership and he said no, it wouldn't be. Well, I did get a charge in my bank statement from Cobblestone for a new month!! This is fraudulent as far as I'm concerned. I will be disputing this with my bank. Don't trust these people!!

SCAMMER ALERT!…read more Beware! The current employees are running a scam at this car wash. The tall, male, blonde employee is telling customers they are only offering $14 car washes for the next two weeks. THIS IS NOT TRUE. When I got to the gate the attendant told me they were only doing the 15$ and 20$ car wash because they ran out of soap and they wouldn't get anymore until Monday, therefore I couldn't get the 7$ car wash. First red flag, didn't make sense but I ended up paying for it as a line had formed behind me and getting out was going to be impossible. Once I got out of the car wash I went to the vacuum station to dry off any water marks, all towels were dirty and there was only 5 towels in the bucket. Managed to find a semi clean one until I notice the paint to my car was COMPLETELY PEELED OFF! NOT ONLY IN ONE PLACE BUT TWO PLACES!! My car paint is taken care of and my paint was NOT LIKE THIS before entering this shittyyy car wash! If I could I would give this a Zero. Called my bf and he told me he used to go to this car wash too until it fucked up his paint too. BEWARE, horrible car wash. Wouldn't recommend this car wash even to my worst enemy!

CAR OWNER BEWARE. I visited this location many times before, and, had pretty good results. But…read morethe purpose of my review is the lack of customer care at this location. This past Saturday, my daughter and I stopped by for our wash. Anastasia was such a sweetheart! She got us checked in and off we went. Half way through the tunnel, we heard a loud POP! I look over to my right, and my mirror is smashed. The arm was on a mission to take it off. Once we were out, we pulled into a stall and spoke with Anastasia again. The manager wanted nothing to do with me. He didn't even bother to come out and look or even express an apology for his machine damaging my car. I was informed that they'd do an investigation and call me 3-4 business days later. Understanding they're busy, I did call Monday as I cannot legally drive my car. No response. So, I filed an insurance claim. While waiting for a response, I researched their policy. Apparently, they don't cover damage to vehicles over 5 years old and after market parts. My car is 10 years old and this is the factory mirror. Still waiting for a response. While on the call with my insurance, I was told that Quick Quack has more claims than other car washes. For the $21.99 I've been paying monthly, I'm discovering cheaper is not better. There are plenty of other car wash places that are comparable. So take my word of caution and DO NOT VISIT HERE.

Overall, I'm satisfied with all the 4 Super Star business I've visited prior to this local. Today, I'm taking the time to recognize this location as their complimentary towels smell fresh. I went there and bought a special subscription and the wash was surprisingly better than more expensive places like cobblestone. I had to fill out a paper receipt for the "contract" but I took a few photos to get all the details. Don't forget to do that if you want to do a subscription. The manager helped me with it and was nice. I just felt bad for the girl handing me the towels and air freshener because she looked like she was rethinking her life choices and you could tell she didn't want to be there and I don't blame her. These places might be shady but the employees aren't usually involved in the scams, they just need a job. The wash was pretty decent getting off all the bird crap and dirt that has accumulated on the car for months. The only residue was very tough bird poop specs and dead bugs on the front bumper, but no car wash is gonna get that off. The vacuum area was clean and the towels provided were fluffy and bright and looked new. My happy friend was restocking the towels as I was drying and I found that I only needed one towel to dry and wipe the inside of the door jams. I just hope that when the time comes after my promo ends, I can cancel the subscription easily. I marked my calendar to do it several weeks before like the receipt says.
