I reserved the Premium Executive service for my employer, which was booked and confirmed three weeks in advance. When he arrived at the booth, he was told that they had no cars and he had to wait an entire hour. This is absolutely unacceptable, and if I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst service ever! Driver waited to pack in passengers then proceeded to drop off passenger based on time he picked up passengers instead of efficiently dropping passengers based on location.He passed our hotel and we ended up touring south beach round and round. This service is cheaper for those who are traveling alone however if you can fit into a cab or uber that would be more economical as one can share fare with co travelers to same destination. I was super nervous about taking the Super Shuttle from SoBe to FLL on a recent trip because of the reviews, but decided to suck it up in the interest of saving $$. The online reservation system is straight-forward, and I received a reminder call the day before our pick-up, as well as a call when the shuttle had arrived (which was right on time, I might add). The shuttle itself was a little creaky and you could feel every bump, so it wasn't the smoothest ride. We only had one other passenger to pick up, so that was a plus. It got us to the airport on time without any issues, so I was a happy camper. read more

The Worst. Waited 30 min on the sidewalk for the van. If you make a reservation to be picked up at the airport then they know when your flight arrives. Maybe I expected to much? Not quite sure what was complicated here. Finally we load up after some confusion with other passengers we get to the edge of the airport to only turn around to pick up another group of passenger who we had to wait for. They we not ready to be picked up and there was not enough room in the van for everybody. A complete disaster. Stay far away from those blue vans. Cannot book online; takes nearly 10 minutes to book and prepay for one simple pick-up; I've called and spoken to several employees, phone staff not the brightest, which is very frustrating. After booking and prepaying over the phone for one traveler, this traveler was harassed by the driver and made to pay for a second time. Booked a shuttle for 6 people from Port Everglades to Miami Airport. They were to show up at 10:00 a.m. I called 10 minutes before 10 and the man told me that in 10 mins. a van would show up. I called at 10:05 again and was told that one was on its way. I called at 10:20 and was told that one would be dispatched as they had forgotten me. I was on hold 15 mins. each time. When at 10:40 they did not show up, I made alternative plans and ditched Supershuttle. I was finally called at 10:55 by the driver who told me that he was just dispatched 25 mins. ago. A horrible experience. Do NOT call these liars. They also contract with American Shuttle so you won't see a blue Supershuttle van. This company charged my debit card on March 20, 2015 knowing that they never picked me up from the Fort Lauderdale airport because they do not have a designated pickup area there. I had to pay Go Shuttle at the Fort Lauderdale airport which turned out to be much cheaper that SuperShuttle. when I called the customer service at SuperShuttle you can hear the employees discussing firearms and ways to conceal them in public without a permit along with things about their personal lives while you are on hold. It's my opinion that this is a ghetto company that should never have anyone's debit or credit card information. Please stay away. They will not pick you up and you will get the runaround to get a refund. They have stolen my money and will not hesitate to steal yours. Bad service is bad enough but this company are outright thieves! They are shameless and have no intentions on returning your money when they don't pick you up! read more

Requiem for Super Shuttle. Sadly, Super Shuttle in Miami is dsyfunctional. The Super Shuttle arrived 55 minutes late for a ride to the airport. after a second phone call. Inexcusable. Super Shuttle can save you some money over a cab, if taken at the airport. The drivers are never rude or abusive, the way Miami Taxi drivers can be. However, Super Shuttlle at the airport may subject the customer to long waits. Never use Super Shuttle for more than one person. A cab will probably be about the same price for more than one. Super Shuttle now sells online reservations to be prepaid with a credit card. The online reservation costs an extra $5. It is possible that Super Shuttle will give better service to customers who pay in advance. Super Shuttle is a low class operation in Miami. read more

I booked a one way trip from my house to the airport and they gave me a pickup window of 3:30am-3:45am which I thought was pretty early for my 6am domestic flight out of West Palm Beach. At 4:00am the van had not showed up so I called customer service. A woman answered who sounded like she just too had woken up. When I told her my van had not arrived and I was concerned I may need to arrange alternate transportation, she said "hold please" and put me on hold. I waited on hold for 15 minutes until I gave up and called back. Meanwhile I called an Uber just in case. I called back and I told the agent to cancel my reservation because it was over a half hour late and he too told me to hold because he has to speak to someone in order to cancel it. I was on hold for another 15 minutes before he came back and said he had cancelled the reservation. No apology, no courtesy. Horrible company. read more

Living on Key Biscayne means I get picked up first and dropped off last. And if I come in during the evening rush hour, particularly if there's a Heat game, I get a tour of downtown Miami as a van load of passengers gets dropped off. A couple of trips ago, it took me almost as long to get home as to get from Panama! But every time I consider taking a taxi, I end up calling Super Shuttle and not because of price. I like the service and the drivers like Carmen, who takes the bus work but drives like a pro. Plus I get FF miles! read more

I normally do not leave such feedback but felt compelled to do so in this instance. The female was scheduled to drive my mother and me from the Miami Airport Marriott to the Ft. Lauderdale airport. We had a shared ride van, but my mother and I were the only passengers. To start, the driver was early and on time, which was a good thing, because we did not have to wait. She was nice and pleasant upon greeting us. Once we got in the van is when the issues began. She asked us if we were going to the airport. I replied, "Yes, the Ft. Lauderdale airport." Then she said, "Ft. Lauderdale? Miami or Ft. Lauderdale?" I again replied, "Ft. Lauderdale." To which she replied, "Let me check." Really? Aren't the destinations included in the pickup instructions? Once she confirmed that I was correct, we took off. She could not remember how to exit the hotel parking lot. Then, she couldn't figure out how to insert her ticket into the feeder to exit. Once we hit the interstate which was right outside of the hotel, that was the real show. She was distracted almost the entire time. We hit a good patch of traffic, due to an accident, which of course was beyond her control. But, she kept taking her eyes off of the road. She was digging in her purse, taking out kleenexes, sun visors, and paying attention to items in the front passenger seat all while traffic was moving and not paying attention to move along with it. Then she continued to follow extremely closely to the vehicle in front of her and pressing on the brakes very hard constantly making us jolt in our seats each time. I don't think I've ever been so concerned for my safety as a passenger in my lifetime, but I was yesterday. At one point she slammed on the brakes so hard that all of our stuff (purses, souvenirs, sunglasses, etc.) flew off of the seat we were sitting in all the way to the front of the van while we had to brace ourselves for the hard slamming of the brakes. She didn't even apologize or ask us if we were okay. She just looked in the rearview mirror at me and smiled and laughed as if it was funny. When we finally made it to the Ft. Lauderdale airport, she didn't even help us get our things that had flown to the front of the van where she was sitting, she just got out and took the luggage out of the back. That was the worst trip of my life and I felt embarrassed that my mother was along the ride with me for that since I had complimented the service so much before the trip. She was extremely disappointed as was I. I am so upset now that I added an 18% tip ahead of time during booking because I don't think she deserves any bit of that. Normally, I am a pretty patient person and like to give folks the benefit of the doubt. But, in this case, the only good part of the trip was the end when we got out of the van. This trip definitely was not worth the amount that I paid. I have serious reservations about booking with SuperShuttle again, or at least the shared ride van. This was the absolute worst. read more

I reserved a shuttle for my mother and fiancee for an early AM flight arrival. I just got a call that not only was the shuttle 2 hours late, but they had to call them twice to get them to show up. I understand their little note about a shuttle not waiting for you on the curb when you arrive, but 2 hours late?!? Really?! Needless to say, this will be the first and last time we use them. Super shuttle in Miami is awful. Got to Miami and needed to go to the hotel. Super shuttle was there so we decided to use instead of a taxi. Wrong move. We were going to pay with a credit card and my husband was told we needed to pay the driver. Well he thought I paid and I thought he did. My husband gave him a tip and signed the ticket and we left. Two days later at MIDNIGHT the driver came to the hotel and asked for my husband. Apparently there was a misunderstanding and we didn't pay. The driver started yelling at my husband who tried to explain the misunderstanding and gave him the credit card. Was told he only accepts cash. My husband walked to an ATM at MIDNIGHT and brought the driver the money apologizing for the misunderstanding. The driver still yelling said we need to give him a tip. My husband said he got a tip the day of and the driver said, " no for my inconvenience today I want a tip". Yeah right... we paid you and we didn't complain when you woke us up at MIDNIGHT. read more

Through mistakes made by Super Shuttle Miami my family missed our flights and incurred additional costs to get home. On July 22, 2013 I purchased a round trip Nonstop exclusive van service for 8 people from MIA airport to Port of Miami and back to MIA Airport. My flight got changed so I called Super Shuttle at 8:36 a.m. to see about moving up the time. Was told that as soon as I cleared customs to call and have a van dispatched. Called between 10:00 - 10:15 a.m. for a van (original pick up time schedule for 10:16 - 10:31 a.m.). Was told van #509 was dropping off passengers and would be there to pick me up in a few minutes. About 20 minutes later I see van #509. It is full of passengers and drives past me as I'm waving him down. Now it's 10:36 and I call back. After being told it's going to take another 20 minutes because they had no record of my earlier calls. Then I asked to be given a supervisor. She still couldn't help so I had to book another shuttle service to get to the airport. At that time we got to the airport too late for our 12:00 p.m. flight. Causing all of us to have to rebook flights. Calling the General Manager today proved to be confrontational. read more

Beware! I have never written a review before, but i feel compelled to in order to warn others. We have used SuperShuttle in other locations many times without any problem, but the SuperShuttle in the West Palm Beach area is undependable and beyond horrible. We used SuperShuttle to pick up my husband at the airport. They arrived 1 1/2 hours late. We then decided we would never use them for airport pick up, but we felt we could still use them for pick up at our house since they give you a definite time they are going to be there. Last week they were supposed to pick us up at 5:10 AM. That was the time they told us they were going to pick us up based on when our flight was departing. I even received a confirming email the day before indicating they would be there at 5:10 AM. At 5:30 AM they still had not arrived. I was starting to panic and was going to call Uber, but I had already pre-paid for SuperShuttle. After considerable googling, I found a customer service number to call and learned that no driver had been assigned to pick us up. We then had a coronary while we waited and prayed that we would get to the airport on time. They finally arrived. Fortunately, it was early in the morning and not much traffic and fortunately we had TSA pre-check which is the only reason we made our plane. Of course we had planned to eat breakfast at the airport and that didn't happen. What added insult to injury was I then received a survey asking about our experience. I told them what happened and asked them to contact me. They didn't even contact me. I then followed up and asked them if they were going to contact me to which I got a curt response that simply asked well "did you make your plane?" Bottom line. Absolutely avoid West Palm Beach SuperShuttle. Call Uber read more

They failed to pick me up on time for an international flight and I was forced to take a taxi. I wrote a letter to ask for reimbursement and they blamed me. They were not interested in doing the right thing even if I had a confirmation number and witnesses at the hotel who were concerned that they did not show up. I had the nicest driver, Marilyn, to go to MIA, Miami Intl. Airport. I was the only customer in the shared van with no one else to pick up. I had a bad pain in my stomach and had just returned from the ER when the Super Shuttle van pulled up. I still had to change into warmer clothes for my trip up north. Marilyn said take your time (since no one else was waiting for the van and I was the only one going). This was just what I needed to hear!! I had already gone through extreme stomach pains so I could now get myself together in a calm and reasonable way. We made it to the airport in plenty of time and I could even enjoy some soothing yoghurts before takeoff!! Bravo Marilyn and Super Shuttle!! I had a great experience!! Now time to organize Supper Shuttles in other countries. Nice and Cannes France could definitely use some airport to front door, front door to airport service. At present, you have to take the current airport bus which stops at the bus terminal. Then you have to transfer your luggage to a city bus or taxi to take you to the front door! We need more Super Shuttles worldwide!! read more

I walked up to the kiosk without a reservation at the Miami airport and was on a shuttle in 15 min to Hollywood fla. There was a lot of traffic and the driver took back roads to get to location so it took longer but that is not the fault of driver. I made a phone reservation for return trip that night and a shuttle picked me up on time and got me back to the airport in time. Very good experience. read more

First time using super shuttle. I was very impressed. From the hectic Miami international airport to north. Miami beach. From the time I made my reservation to the time I reached my destination everything went smoothly. My flt was delayed 2 hours and within 5 min of getting to the kiosk my family and I were on . Reserved a shuttle from FLL airport to a hotel near MIA airport. Called their number and was given a 7-10 minute estimated arrival. Driver called me within 4 minutes to verify time and pickup location. Driver called again when he arrived and helped us locate his vehicle in the crowded curb. Ride was quick and we were dropped off at the entrance of our hotel. For this excellent service from an airport to a hotel almost an hour away, it was worth the $30 pp. read more

I had not previously flown out of MIA and SuperShuttle was absolutely the way to go! Rather than figure out how to use MetroRail or parking, I chose SuperShuttle and would do so again! Their online reservations system was Super easy. The driver arrived 5 minutes early, was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Once we arrived at the airport he provided my gate information and helped me to understand other things that helped to make my whole experience relaxed and easy. I'm not a stranger to travel in general; he was just very helpful. When I arrived back at MIA, I was able to easily get on the shuttle to return home without prior reservations and with no hassle. My brother in law used super shuttle to go from Miami airport to my hotel and then booked them again the next day to go from my hotel to the port. He accidently left a book on the first leg and called immediately after reaching the hotel. They told him that they would bring it to me the next day since they were coming to pick us up again. When he called today to finalize time to be picked up, he was informed that they were going to charge him to bring my book with them. I found this utterly disappointing that the company could not accommodate a simple request especially when we are paying to use their service. I would understand the charge if we had not booked them for the next day, but this charge when they are coming anyway is frivolous. I will never use them again. read more

I have always used SuperShuttle instead of Go Airport shuttle from Fort Lauderdale airport to South Beach, purely because GoAirport always estimates a minimum 1.5 transport time on their website. The last three times I used it, I had no one else in my van and got to South Beach in about 45 minutes (without traffic). They now send you a link where you can track the shuttle's arrival much like Uber. I recommend! read more

My ride was confirmed in advance. Upon arriving in Ft. Lauderdale, I called Supershuttle and was told to the driver would arrive in 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I called Supershuttle and was told my driver would arrive in 5 to 7 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, I called Supershuttle and was told my driver would arrive in 5 minutes. After waiting 5 minutes, I called Supershuttle and was told my driver was 1 terminal away and would arrive in less than 5 minutes. After waiting another 5 minutes, I took a cab. All these calls are documented through Supershuttle's call center system. In requesting a refund, I was told to call Ms. Mardochee at x2295. Amazingly, she doesn't have voicemail. I have now left 6 messages. The telephone operators each time have said that they hand-wrote the messages and left them on her desk. So far, no return calls. read more

I had booked the van in advance to travel from Fort Lauderdale airport to Sunny Isles Beach. This would be a 30 minute taxi ride. I called for the van as soon as I got my bag. That was at about 4:30 pm. The van did not show up until 30 minutes later. Then we waited for 2 other pickups. At 5 pm we were still sitting at the airport. Finally we left the airport but to my dismay we headed in the opposite direction from Sunny Isles. Passengers needed to be dropped off in Fort Lauderdale. Ok fine, maybe it is close by, I thought.
