DO NOT SUPPORT THIS OWNER OR COMPANY!!! The driver was Jamaican so for some reason he made me and my partner sit on the floor of the bus to allow more people on. The drive there would have been fine, but the driver started a conversation with the last group of people that got on. He started saying that "they" are pushing "faggot" stuff on TV. He said there are commercials and movies of two men kissing and "it's fucken disgusting" . He said "god is going to flood the gays out until they repent their ways". He said that's why we have hurricanes, earthquakes and tornados". God wiped away 600,000 fags in the 80's and will do it again. Once we got off the car, he was disturbed we didn't tip him. I called the number on the car and on the business card that states it's for comments and complaints, turns out he was the owner. I explained what happened and why I wanted to speak with the owner. Well instead of apologizing he said "he wasn't talking to me about it so I should mind my business, then stumbled and said he never said those things. I repeated what he said word for word and asked him again who is the owner. He was out of homophobic comments to say and hung up on me as he shouted let it go. read more

Our flight into FLL was delayed by several hours. Eagle was able to reschedule our driver. We called him when our plane landed and only had to wait outside for about 15mins. He arrived very close to the scheduled time for the return trip. We did need to circle around once to pick up another couple, but for us that was not a big deal. read more

Prompt, however we did have to make several stops for other ports before taking us to the airport. Be sure to give a long enough buffer time between your flight and the time you expect to be picked up. Fortunately we made our flight on time. The driver wasn't too chatty which we appreciate. I didn't know what time I should have scheduled a pickup after my cruise to the airport, but Eagle was super awesome and prompt the whole way even if I was a couple hours off. Definitely nice not to have to worry about everything and just have a phone call take care of things :) read more

We had a terrible experience with this service. I made reservations for the shuttle to pick us up from the Miami cruise center at 11am. I made this reservation almost 3 weeks in advance. The driver picked us up at 11:30 (which was fine; shuttles often don't come on time). He called to tell me he was arriving at the cruise center and was extremely angry on the phone. He said that by picking us up he would not be able to pick up an even bigger party somewhere else (presumably from whom he would get a bigger tip). He said he would take us to the FLL airport, but I told him that our reservation was to drop us off at our hotel (near the airport). He said that wasn't true, so I showed him the paperwork to prove it and he got even angrier but said fine. When I got off the bus, I tipped the driver $5 (the shuttle cost $20), and he got very angry and said that next time I need a ride, I need to take a cab because a $5 tip was not worth his time. Others on the shuttle didn't tip him at all because of his bad attitude. read more

I was told they were going to pick me up at port of Miami and take me to my hotel in Ft lauderdale and quoted a price. We got picked up and I have the driver the address and he said no and dropped up off at the end of the terminal and said he would do it for $50 more. This is a shady company and left us having to walk a long way back to find another ride. read more

I was picked up at the airport in a van with no company name on it. Apparently they are not licensed to pick up passengers at the airport so they make you walk away from the terminal. The van was in poor shape. Driver was courteous but I would rather use a different company. They also charged me more than other shuttle companies with better quality service . My family and I used Eagle shuttle for our trip from Ft. Lauderdale airport to the Miami Port. We arrived early and called to change our shuttle and they were there to pick us up within 10 minutes of my call. The driver was friendly and courteous and called my cell phone to arrange pick up location. On the way home, we also called to change the time and they were once again very accommodating with our request. We only had to wait a small amount of time for them to arrive earlier than originally scheduled and we were on our way. I recommended this service to my sister and she is using them for the same trip. The price was also very reasonable and affordable. read more

Great service! We used Eagle for transportation from Ft. Lauderdale to Port of Miami and also for the return trip. Our group of 12 passengers had 15 bags. We had a different driver for each shuttle. Both drivers were friendly and very helpful, I think Thomas and Abel. They were right on time, actually even a little early. We will definitely use Eagle again! read more

Used Eagle Shuttle service for transportation from Hilton at the airport to the port. They arrived on time and got us to the port. Trip was good, service was good. They were to pick us up at the port the following Saturday morning. Called when we got to port and they told us where to go for pick-up. Waited and waited some more. Called several times before complete melt down THEN was told the shuttle to pick us up did not have Eagle Shuttle on the van BUT another name and we saw this shuttle go by earlier but of course not knowing made no attempt to get on. How dumb is this?? Do not use this service. Too many to choose from to get stuck with them. read more

I would not recommend. I booked over the phone days in advance to go from the Miami cruise terminal to Ft. Lauderdale airport. Van picks us up and others, drives to Miami Airport, then peoples apartment in Hialeah and then 95 minutes later our airport. Cab ride might have been 10 or 15 bucks more for my wife and I but would have been 35 minutes. Terrible service with scheduling who is getting picked up. read more

For anybody looking for transportation in the Fort Lauderdale-Miami area I found a great shuttle called Eagle Shuttle Service. My husband and I just traveled to Florida and needed transportation from Port Everglades to Port of Miami. It was difficult finding a shuttle that would do this service and I called some that didn't even bother to call back. Then I found Eagle Shuttle Service and right on their website they had the option to make my reservation from Port to Port. The reservation was very easily made online, prices were listed and I didn't even had to call to check if they provided this service. When I actually did call just to confirm the pick up site, they actually answered unlike most shuttle companies I called in the area that only have answering machines and call you back. When making the reservation I put the info of the ship we were coming in and they immediately looked up the pier it would arrive and met us there, turns out I didn't even had to call, they already had all the info. The trip to the Port of Miami was quick and comfortable, our driver Jennifer was great. Shuttle showed up on time. They offer a wide variety of transportation in the area, from Fort Lauderdale to Miami in shared or private vans. Whatever you need they offer and at competitive prices. I was really glad we found them because it's the most hassle free service you can get in a shuttle, just go online, make the reservation and sit back, they'll find you. No need to be all worried trying to spot the van, if they don't see you they call to let you know they're there. Excellent service, just google Eagle Shuttle Service and you'll find them. read more

This service could have been better if we weren't promised services that weren't offered. First, we were told that a car/van would be waiting for us at the airport in Ft Lauderdale when we arrived. I wouldn't have minding waiting for a short amount of time but we waited 30 minutes before the van came to take us to the Port of Miami. After being dropped off the driver and manager Jennifer told us to call when we got off our cruise ship and a van would be waiting in the parking lot and would circle around to get us. Again, this was not the case. We waited for 1 hour after receiving the run around. The only good thing is that the driver from Miami to Ft Lauderdale was nice and very apologetic. The company has 3 vans but seemingly only 1 driver at a time. We could have found better companies and not waited for such a long time. Maybe the company should stick to transport in Ft Lauderdale and abandon travel to and from Miami. I highly discourage using this company! read more

I wish there was a negative star rating available. We used Eagle Shuttle this morning from the Port of Miami to Ft Lauderdale airport this morning. The only positive thing I can say about this service is that we are still alive. The driver drove way too fast, only slowing after all of the occupants screamed for her to slow down, but she would only slow for a short period of time. She also would take her eyes off the road, going onto the shoulder of I95 twice. While waiting for more passengers at the Port of Miami, the driver smoked which blew into the cabin of the van. The van seemed to have a suspension problem and didn't seem to be well maintained. After dropping off most of the passengers at the first terminal at FLL, the driver called the guy who had gotten most of us to get on the shuttle at the port. She was very upset that she didn't receive any tips. When we left the van at our terminal and I paid her, I told her that she would receive tips from me and other passengers if she would not gamble with our lives, she got indignant and claimed she drove the speed limit and never took her eyes off the road. What makes that statement scary is she didn't even remember or ignored a van full of people yelling at her to slow down and pay attention to the road. She claimed that she is the owner of the company. Stay away! read more
