Very clean and very knowledgeable staff. I was impressed at the vast amount of different products available and how friendly the staff was. Very knowledgeable about product and allergen content. Lots and lots of gluten free food as well and a much better variety than other stores that I have been too. Steaks, sausages, fish, potatoes, lasagna, you name it. All fresh and delicious looking. I will be back to load up before I head back out of town. 5 stars for a fresh frozen experience with lots to take away!!!

The service is always very good and the deli keeps the line moving pretty quickly so you're not ever waiting too long. The store also serves a delicious variety of hot foods in the back, the veal parmesan on a bun is a great value lunch meal. The entire store has a really nice semi-European style and feel to it, accentuated by the fact that they offer many imported Italian goods. Take a chance and venture inside, you'll be glad you did.

I literally walked from the stand-up freezers, to the little booth displaying the dry-aged primal cuts of beef, along the butcher's counter, to the deli counter...I paused to look at bags of Picard nuts, and even almost decided to buy a package of pepperoni sticks - right beside the cash register! I have been there a few times for lunch and it is really busy at that time. There are quite a few companies around and a lot of people come here to get their lunch. The opening hours are shorter compared to its Toronto counterparts. I have not tried many items from their menu, but the chicken schnitzel is really good. The price is relatively cheap too ($5 - $10 range). The staff are friendly and efficient.
