However, the reason I was disappointed was because some of the services that were extra (baseboards, cabinets, windows) were not cleaned as I would have expected. There were some cabinets that were not cleaned and same for some baseboards. I was able to catch some of the blinds uncleaned before the cleaning staff left and they did clean after the fact. The cleaning crew was at the house for 4 hours, but we only paid for 3 hours since we purchased a few extra services. I understand the house needed some major cleaning but one would think they would have focused on the extra services and advice what areas of the house they didn't get to so I know what needed to be cleaned. I did reach out to Krysten about my dissatisfaction and she offered to come back and clean up those areas that were missed, but at the point we were already moving in and our families helped with the cleaning of these areas.

The day of the job, 2 very nice ladies showed up with all of their own cleaning products and vacuum. They took 5 hours at $75 an hour and I tipped them $25 each. They did a really nice job cleaning the vertical blinds in each of the 3 rooms and the dining area where the large window with sliding doors also has blinds. The rest of the house where I can tell they cleaned, they did a decent job, however I immediately noticed that: they did not properly clean inside the shower of one of the bathrooms because there were some cobwebs in the corner; they did not dust the walls since I could see some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms and near the vent of the dining area; the chandelier in the dining area was still dusty; the top of the bathroom cabinets were dusty; the washer and dryer are in a closet where the sliding doors are removed, the bottom tracks were dusty and clearly not vacuumed. I just feel that working in an empty home for 5 hours should not result in so many details missed. For the price they charged and the time they took, I was very disappointed. While I appreciate the punctuality of the ladies, their kindness and the quality of cleaning they provided on what I could tell was cleaned, I do not think I can work with this company again, nor would I recommend them.

Her service rates are different depending on what you need done (large home, apartment, business cleaned after-hours), is it your first visit, do you need the all the windows done, carpets shampooed, baseboards, do you have 300 Hummel figurines (BTW, why do you have 300 Hummel figurines?), etc. I have fur-babies. With that, comes FUR! I am always amazed, and I admit a little embarrassed, by the pet hair she picks/vacuums up. EECK! Best of all, by babies love her and she loves them back....thanks Adriana!! In the few instances I have needed to do so, She has been very good in moving my appointment times. With 24-48 hours she can generally cancel without a fee, within 24 hours, there can be cancellation fee. My opinion, rightfully so. If you were a small business owner that cunningly planned out your jobs to save fuel and time the LA traffic consumes, it is hard to fill in that 2 hour gap at the last minute. I have to admit, Adriana has been THE VERY BEST part of my day on several occasions.
