I originally called for the house I was moving out of, but he was booked solid (he said). He even said he'll try to hook me up with his friends cleaning service, cuz he said he felt bad that he was too busy for me on the day I needed him. That didn't get mentioned again, which probably should've tipped me off. But, I got the impression that he's super busy, and since I still needed cleaning service for my son's house, I took his next available time for that. I was even thinking that I wanted to use his services on the regular, too! I thought I was all set...man...this guy ghosted me, I felt so weird, like what the hell? Did I do something wrong?? I read his reviews and he mentions he's a growing family business?? I don't see how his ignoring me helps his business grow, and his snarky response to Sheri H, probably won't help him either:( Picture below are just the texts that he didn't respond to, but I called him too, in between a few times and left him messages. First couple of times it rang like 4 rings then his voicemail message came on, but the last couple of times I called, it rang once, he obviously ignored my calls. It was little embarrassing lol, so I stopped calling. Haha :/

I was pleased with the estimate and their friendly service as well as happy to have finally some…read more"nice" wooden shutters installed in my home. In all the job was for $2,500.00 to do main room, kitchen, two bedrooms and my rear guest house. My frustration now is with the poor quality materials that were used, it's not solid wood per say but more like cheap particle or compressed wood which chips easily, the metal staples used to secure each shutter to the moving post (which you use to open or close the shutter) have begun coming out. The small magnets that were placed behind each shutter were of such cheap and fragile plastic that they now have cracked and broke like one of those Chinese buckets you bought at the beach... I would have thought they'd use more sturdy hardware... As I look at these shutters now I am dissatisfied with the materials but how are we to know in the moment, you get aa good fair quote and we presume (presume ahaha) that we'll get good service and or goods... I remember when the gentlemen completed the job they said if I have any issues that they would have to come and remove the shutter to take it back to their workplace. Id rather they come to repair or reinstall replacements here rather than inconveniently remove my shutter for how many weeks 2 or 3 or more until they're done. Just not happy with what I got for my money. Hindsight here is I would have paid more for better material but I "thought" I was getting good quality wooden shutters. Not impressed or pleased now that I look at them and the state they're in now 2.5 years after instillation. This is not a slight at their customer service, as they were polite and professional in all ways. I am simply disappointed with the poor quality materials used as I did expect better for my money but maybe that's my mistake? I would not recommend them if they bring over the big book for your to choose your shutters and they say we have to order them - what this means really is they're buying them from some place that turns out a cheap product and you won't be getting something that'll last which is what we all want isn't it, something that'll last! Remember the saying you get what you pay for... Well I thought I did, but maybe good/well made shutters are double or triple what I paid. I'll be interested if they get back with me on this... I'm not interested in them removing my shutters, leaving great open spaces in my windows while they replace with the same poor quality wooden (not real wood, more like pretend wood) shutters... I will at some time when I can afford it, find someone else to remove these shutters and replace with real ones, solid well made and will not mind paying more for that as long as I get what indeed I pay for as I clearly did not on this one:(
