The clips on the apparatus which holds our drapes were breaking, and the one drape was hanging askew. Gerardo gave me some information on the two types of clips, we decided on one, and he went to work. He didn't like the way the one side was closing (not as smooth), pointed it out, and fixed it for me. He also inspected the other two drapes on the smaller windows without me saying anything. Disappointing that I can't use a local company and worse yet, I won't ever trust Costco for one of their "referrals". Accord to this person, Alec, they do a lot of commercial business.
