My insurance covers $300.00. They instructed me to a wall with about 10 frames that were cheap looking and cost about $20.00 so they're trying to tell me I have to pay $280.00 for single vision lenses that are just for reading. When I asked again, I was told yes, this is what they covered. Would not break down the lenses and frames separately. I called a few optical stores and the going prices for regular single vision polycarbonate lenses are between $60.00 to $120.00 dollars so are they trying to charge $180.00 dollars for frames that look like mediicaid frames. Do not buy glasses from this place and shop around as they are trying to rip off customers. I understand making a profit but cheap looking frames for almost $200.00, I don't think so. Reading glasses in pharmacy look better than these frames.

Called again today and now they are telling me they want the lenses back. 2 months later. I already got my glasses redone someplace else. How the hell do you want me to get the lenses back. Lucy is the most DISRESPECTFUL AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. She called me now at 11:52am telling me she was waiting on me to return the lenses. Lucy was the one who took my refund request and told me to keep my glasses. She is now trying to cover her ass by telling me that she never told me that. They say they have the BOGO, which I tried to purchase and it came out to both lenses being $400 and when I said charge me for one it was $200 so there's isn't really any type of deal. If I could get a refund and just never return I would. Read the reviews because they're not wrong. Don't come here for an exam or for your lenses. There's definitely better places. I hate going to the eye doctor…read more.. BUT Dr. Batista is the absolute best ophthalmologist I have ever seen. I've gone to many a Vision Works or For Eyes to get my eyeglass prescription. They always get it wrong. Dr. Batista got my right prescription and I'm doing better than ever. The practice is small, but always booked. That is why some people are complaining about the appointments. But his patients know how good he is and that's why they deal with the wait time. However, the appointments, go very quickly. I arrived for a full eye check up and eyeglass prescription update and the whole affair only took an hour. That is unseen in this kind of practice where Drs sometimes take 3-4 hours to do this procedure. This is not an emergency eye issue doctor, for that go to Bascom Palmer. This is a regular eye check and chronic issue doctor, and he is great. The staff is kind. The facility is clean. The technology is top of the line. The doctor is patient, and understanding especially with people who do not like seeing the eye doctor. (Like me.) I highly recommend him. He's the only eye doctor that my primary doctor goes to, and that says something! Don't pay attention to the ppl complaining about the appointments, just be timely on your schedule, and make sure you schedule your regular appointments. He's worth scheduling the appointment 2 months in advance.
