Went to Super Optical because they were in my insurance network. picked up my new bifocals, no one fitted them for me, so I spent the first two weeks trying to get used to them and keeping them on my nose. Went back and "oh yeah, they need adjusting" and they did it. Then I mentioned that I can't use the reading part of my glasses unless I hold things very close. With the doctor and the manager present, she said they can set them to read close or further away, depending on how I usually read. Nobody ever asked and the doctor just stood there with his arms crossed. So now I still need my readers for reading. Pretty crappy attitudes and customer service. Never again. read more

Had an emergency with my daughter and they were able to schedule us in and assisted us with the issue within 24-48 hrs. All other optometrist had no available appointments for 4-6 months. They made the time to assist us and get us over to specialist that was needed. read more

I Highly recommend this eye care spot. Been coming here for years. Have never had a single issue in all the years I've come here. It had been about a year since I had my eyes checked and I recently came here late one day after they already finished cleaning their eye exam area for the day and they still took me in that same-day as a walk-in, immediately with no wait time. Dr. Jose R. Arnao was very kind and explained in great detail about the health my eyes are in. And voluntarily gave me some money-saving tips for when my vision insurance kicks in some months from now, despite not having vision insurance at the time of this visit. If I could leave 0 stars I would I've had two bad experiences back to back! after the first time i shouldn't of came back .. the first incident I forgot my mask but since the mandate to wear mask has been lifted i don't carry it with me I drove over a hour to this appointment and arrived 30 minutes early and when I entered I was rudely greeted and dismissed because I didn't have my mask I asked if I could run accross the street to the mall and purchase one and come right back since I forgot mine at home and drove over a hour out my way for this appointment and I was told no and that my appointment would be canceled due to the 5 minute cancellation policy it wouldve took me 5 minutes at the least to go retrieve the mask smh so I left and I called and left my number for the manager since they said he was out of office at the time the manager never contacted me so me bring me I gave the place another try and rescheduled so today I go for my eye exam for contacts and the doctor himself was soooo rude I've never worn contacts so the girls were helping me put them in and it was quite a struggle he got inpatient and rushed me out and told me to come back after 2 because they had to go to lunch I LIVE OUT OF TOWN!!! and my husband who had to be to work at 3pm and my son were in the car waiting for me so no I couldn't come back after 2 because he wanted to go eat so of course I had to reschedule once again and now i can't get my contacts for another 3 weeks because he says hes about to be gone for awhile this is the most unprofessional place I've ever been i wouldn't recommend bringing your pet turtle to this place for a eye exam . read more

Rude and condescending staff and Doctor. I heard them making fun of me outside the exam room. My glasses were expensive, but are very poor quality. The Doctor does not follow Federal Law regarding eyeglass prescriptions. Buyer Beware!! read more

Okay so normally I do come here to see Dr. Buckner and he is a very nice man and normally the front people are very nice and friendly however when I went with a family member who has never been there before ,the people there were the upmost rudest ever. They acted we were broke or something. The obese lady in the front scanned our money like 10 times. After doing that she put it up to the light 3 more times like if it was fake our something. Maybe they should learn how to treat people and have more ethic for customers they'll have people wanting to come back. I miss the days when the other ladies were upfront and were the sweetest and nicest people ever. read more

The optometrists are absolutely wonderful, and I would not hesitate to visit them again for my yearly exam. Despite a few setbacks with my lenses (I have a high prescription, so getting the lens geometry just right is understandably difficult), I was willing to give a 5-star rating simply on the experience with my exam itself. However, the woman who actually gave me my glasses was the most unprofessional and disrespectful women I've ever met in any optometrist/optician office in the 30-something years that I've been wearing eyeglasses. Not only did I have to overhear her and another employee laugh and joke about how bad my eyes are and the prescription strength required to correct them, I also heard them blatantly refusing to correctly adjust my frames. I would be fired for insulting one of my patients, as I imagine anyone else in a healthcare/customer service position would be. I am absolutely astonished at how brazenly rude and lazy the technicians are. read more

I flew from San Francisco to Florida for a 2-week vacation. I broke my glasses on the plane and had only prescription sunglasses. I just couldn't see myself (pun intended) wearing sunglasses for 2 weeks. I was going to try to find a place that could make me a new pair quickly, thinking that they couldn't be repaired. I went to Super Optical Express on the recommendation of the guy in the Walmart optical department (he couldn't fix them because they're rimless). A very sweet lady waited on me and said they could be repaired, and she fixed them. For free. I'm so grateful and so happy with the excellent service I received. read more

Went in to look at glasses, and it seemed like all of the employees hated the fact that they were there or that they were absolutely miserable for some weird reason. I am deeply disappointed in this place. I went there to get an eye exam and then purchased two pairs of expensive glasses there. My puppy recently ate some of the lenses out of the glasses. I wanted to order a pair of replacement lenses online because it would save some money. Both the doctor and the glasses salespeople refused to give me my pupil distance so that I could place my order. The doctor said the sales people could do it. The sales people said they would not give it to me. I do not believe for a second that the doctor did not note my pupil distance. This place has a cadre of con artists working there. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Horrible experience! Was there over 3 hours for eye exam and fitting, if you can call it a fitting. They made glasses for me but did not make the ones the doctor told me I needed and that I'd agreed on. The guy that fits them had his own ideas on what I would be getting. So I got lenses for distance viewing but not for seeing up close. He just made this decision, on his own, didn't even run it by me! I'd been there so long and with a back injury plus eyes dilated I just wanted to get home. Home is 30 miles away. These are the worst lenses I have ever had made for me & the worst service EVER. I am not even sure I should wear them to drive. Driving is why I need them! I cannot even watch TV wearing them. I cannot go through all that again so will just throw that money out the window. I don't have the energy to go back over there & deal with them again. Everyone in there working was in such a hurry! They had at least 8 employees and 3 patients waiting. All rushing around like crazy! Speaking so fast on the phone they'd have to repeat themselves 3-4 times, same as when I called for my appointment. Bad place to get glasses, VERY VERY BAD!~! read more
