Today I had to wait for one over a half an hour. I've been shopping there since they opened and had a dozen or more carts. Today four. Poor strategy and marketing. If this isn't corrected good and , I'll need to take my business elsewhere. I know I'm not alone with this challenge. Carts are essential to aging and disabled individuals.

I ended up going over to self checkout which also took awhile but when I finally got up to one I realized it's because the system is just extremely slow. I was able to wait and checkout before they were done helping that same 1 customer. I get being friendly and providing customer service but it's to a point you need to considerate that a line is forming and people are waiting & some with perishables. I also don't care to converse about the items i'm buying so the bagger being so chatty would have gave me anxiety.

I find it helpful to be a rewards member, you'll find deals throughout the store that help save a couple of dollars. Parking is always easy and it can be a quick stop if you need it to be. Essentially there was no event taking place. I did browse around a bit and ended up grabbing a few items. Seemed like they had great deals and some items you can't really get at other stores. They sell baba's hummus, which I love. The produce looked good and they generally had a lot to offer as a smaller grocery store. I do like that they mostly group items together so you can see all options in one place, like gluten free crackers and next to regular crackers. Same with some dairy free options for other items. They have a ton of parking and if you park underground in the ramp they have a cart ramp to get your items down easier.
