They put my spare on and told me they would pay for fixing the tire and to get it fixed and bring back the bill and they would take care of it. I brought back the bill and the manager contacted me and asked if I would be o.k. getting just half of the bill reimbursed. I told her no since it was their employee that broke is so they I expect them paying the whole bill. She then said that they have to open an investigation. This happened at the end of April and I have yet to hear back from her. I am beyond angry about this. I know the young man who broke it was sorry about it but sorry doesn't pay me my money back. Needless to say, I will never use this place again and I will make sure nobody else I know will go there.

I had a pretty terrible experience in getting our car detailed. I purchased a used car from a local…read moredealer who did an alright job cleaning it, but I made an appointment here for a "complete" service for $240, the outside was alright, it lacked some simple attention to detail in the grill area and door jams, but hey it's a car, and it won't be perfect forever. The inside however, was so bad it should be considered fraud for what I was charged. I think someone put some armor all on the dashboard and called it done. There was not even basic vacuuming done or obvious dirty wiped. They were understanding at first and offered me $120 refund which was fine because it covered the inside work that wasn't done and it's a lesson learned. It went from bad to worse when I went to get the refund. Partially my fault, I said I'd come in after my last meeting at 4pm but when I arrived at 4:50pm the manager was gone and nothing could be done for me. After I left and followed up the next morning the manager told me the owner said no refund and to give me a hand written $50 off note to use in the future. I ask if the owner would please call and they never did. Now I can't even reach the place by phone. This was my favorite regular car wash for the last 4 years but now sadly I will have to find somewhere else. Don't waste your money on their detail and look up "Integrity Detail" in Waukesha. It costs more but at least it will get done 100%.

I actually submitted the video that the manager pulled up showing my car driving in, no damage. Conveniently, the camera when you drive out is "broken" so they don't capture the condition of the car leaving. Therefore, they can't determine if it was from the car wash. What a terrible place. Do not get a car wash here. The brushes are too aggressive.

Management had police have us leave giving her her way instead of just telling her to drop it. I will not be spending any more money at Kwick trip- anywhere. This situation is absolutely unacceptable as she blocked us in and the car in front of us also refused to move making it impossible to leave even if we wanted to with no repercussions to either of those parties. I spend upwards of $20 per day on food and drinks In store, fill up two to three times per week. That's $400 a month in gas and nearly $500 monthly on in store purchases. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest anyone wanting a company that treats them unbiased vs picking sides over another guests temper tantrum does the same.
