After waiting 72 hours I'm able to write a review which will not come across as slamming this…read morecompany online. An acquaintance of ours recently had tile floors installed in their home over the summer. The pictures looked great and this company was recommended. We contacted the owner and set up or consultation for the plans we had for our home. We agreed and placed a deposit. It took one week, and our main floor and guest bath were all tiled. We were happy and excited to have the other parts of the house, bedrooms and master bath tiled. We saved our money and called for part two. The one item we added was tiling of our master bath- to include removal of the vanity and adding tile for a feature wall behind the vanity. We paid 50% in December and scheduled install for spring break in March. After verifying workers would show on Monday the week before, we moved all 4 bedrooms into the garage and began camping in the living room. Monday morning arrives and the workers do not show. They cancel for the day because they behind on another project. Day two goes great and we are excited at the progress. Day 3- the bathroom tile installer called in for the day. Day 4 all the floors are done and are being grouted. They dug holes in our brand new installed landscaping in our front yard. After addressing them to not so this, new plastic barriers and new landscaping that's less than a month old, they literally dug a second hole in our front yard breaking the plastic again. Day 4 also-The bathroom has very little progress.... Day 5- the installer comes with their child. We tell the owner we can not take anymore time off work and can not be there Monday to finish up as we can see it will not be finished. Day 6- kid is back on site working with installer cutting tile and installing fyi... we are communicating with owner that the full feature wall needs to be done- what we paid for- and the installer did not want to do. He felt the new vanity would cover it. IT DOES NOT MATTER!! if I want to change my design to two pedestal sinks the tile should be installed professionally and we PAID for it! But sadly, the worker left that day, saying he was done. Grouted over newly laid tile with no spacers and begrudgingly... and it looks horrible. We paid our contract but refused to have them back in our house. We hoped they would do the right thing... an unfinished, unprofessional job.... They did not, they actually blew our phones up to get the check cashed and verified at our bank the next day... We sent photos, we communicated, we weren't bad customers... we we're screwed over and exploited for not being "those" customers

DO NOT USE AZ STREAK FREE. Wow, lesson learned. Read Yelp…read morereviews before having a contractor work on your house. My experience is the same as Lorraine S. from Chandler in regards to screens. i first called in and left a message and got a call back from Romeo (son). Delightful young man telling me that they specialize in quality service. My long time window washers are out of business and as I told Romeo I am looking for a new service provider to come out every 6 months on schedule to clean windows. Romeo assured me they would fit the bill so I decided to give them a try. They did show up on time. The screens were already off in my garage-- marked where they were to go by the painters who had finished my house the day before. The screen fasteners were in a container Screens put on backwards, screens falling off. A dozen screen fasteners were still left over never reinstalled. Window tracks left dirty and some of the screens were still dirty. I did not notice this until my house cleaners found one of the screens had fallen off a door on the balcony And I took a closer look at their work. I called and left a message to call me to resolve issues. Guess what... no return call. Then I decided to look at their reviews and now know who and what I am dealing with. Also forget about the prices they advertise on their website. They upcharged me much more than the prices they are trolling with on their website. My total price was $360. I had to leave before they finished so I gave them a check and I asked they leave me an invoice which they did not. I will now have to hire a contractor to reinstall the screens properly. Stay away from this outfit.

As a first time installer of drop ceilings I had little knowledge on installing or determining what materials I needed to complete the job. Doug was extremely helpful, gave me multiple quotes on the spot until we met my budget, and even provided me with some useful links for help with installation.... And this wasn't even required in his job title as a purchasing manager! We eventually worked up a materials order, effortlessly! Doug was able to relieve a lot of stress I had with pursuing a new project I had no prior knowledge of. The company is extremely organized, we'll stocked, and clean! I did not need an account to purchase from WinRoc, and will definitely be going back the next time I need ceiling or wall materials for my next business Or build out project. Doug helped me find a modern look for my cell phone repair store, NexTech Repair, in Scottsdale. I was able to pay and carry the same day, all materials were neatly wrapped and they even loaded it into my truck for me. The loader seemed to be preoccupied but nonetheless was able to get all the materials on my truck, in one piece, with no damage. Thanks to WinRoc for helping me on my drop ceiling installation.

BUYER BEWARE! QUALIZONA = SHADY, LIARS & THIEVES!…read more CONS - TOO MANY TO FULLY CAPTURE! Mike (one of the front men / co-owners @ Qualizona) came out to 'help' with a significant water damage claim. He is a smooth talker, he is the reason why contractors, in general, have a negative connotation associated with the contractor community, and unfortunately, I fell for it. He quickly provided all sorts of details and stories about the high quality work which his company is known for & quick turnarounds he promised to complete to get my home back to its pre-damage state. He also spun a tale which firmly created a 'fear' environment, stating work must begin ASAP or insurance would not pay for the damages, and how he would be the only person to trust in this process. He claimed this was because insurance companies ALWAYS cheat policy holders. He also claimed the goal of your insurance company is to NOT help you, and only pay for as little as possible. ALL lies!! Mike capitalized on my lack of experience with insurance claims, the full scope involved with the repair, and what he fabricated as he described of how things really work with insurance claims to his advantage. Mike created an 'us' (Qualizona & me) vs the evil insurance industry scenario leveraging the fabricated tale he told. He used this to have me sign a 'standard' & very 'contractor-friendly' contract immediately. The contract actually served to limit my rights, granted me no ability to cancel, nor get my deductible returned, put no responsibility on Qualizona to perform work within any time period, and no time line which work must be completed by. He stated I was in the best hands possible, that he was a former insurance claim adjuster & new all their tricks, and that Qualizona would be there any needed to help to ensure that all work would be completed within a two weeks maximum after signing the contract & paying him the deductible immediately via a personal check. As described below this could not be further from the truth. He also claimed I needed to sign his contract immediately to allow work to begin, and that Qualizona could begin working right then and there, while also managing the whole claim for me. Sounded great! ... but then reality hit. The next thing that happened was Mike received that signature on his contract, and a check from me to him (not Qualizona) for $1k to cover my deductible required by home insurance. Then Mike was kind enough to 'get right go work' completing about $150 worth of work towards the ~$20k total damage associated with the insurance claim. He then left my home in a VERY messy state, debris was EVERYWHERE. He deposited my check, and then he completed ghosted me for about 3 weeks. ZERO communication at all - I tried calling, emailing, contacting Hassan, leaving voicemails & emails daily - no replies from any one at Qualizona was received for weeks!! When Mike finally was able to briefly communicate, he often hung up mid conversation, and NOT ONCE did he, nor anyone from Qualizona show up as promised. He had all types of excuses ready (phone service issues, his phone breaking, his phone got lost, issues with his cell phone carrier resulting in it not working, flooding had taken down his internet connection, his truck had broken etc... the list goes on & on)... Mike has many other fabricated tales, often ones that contradicted his previous stories - he lied SO much he became unable to recall which tales he had told me. My insurance company reviewed Qualizona's quote and helped me understand what the scope of work that Qualizona had included in their quote to get my home back to pre-damage condition. Only through the support of my insurance company, and working to align work activities actually started, did we noticed Mike / his crew had only PARTIALLY completed one very minor item from the contract we both signed. The value of the work which was only partially completed was really only worth $150 total, when compared to the contract we signed. Mike then continued to dodge any work he had promised to complete for months. Eventually I had to just accept that he stole my $1k deductible, and I interviewed a few other contractors, picked the best contractor company from the ones which I interviewed (they proved to be reputable, honest & quick workers, who completed the full repair in 3.5 days) . I also found out many more lies that Mike had told as time passed. Some highlights include: Mike stated he was heavily recruited by contractor firms since he was well known & respected in the industry (in reality he really he had recently been fired by his previous employer). He did not have ANY insurance claims adjuster experience at all (as he claimed). He also told me he worked in Italy for years & knew the language, but when I asked him a very basic question in Italian, he had absolutely ZERO Italian language skills.
