Just got my eyebrows done Didn't have good experience the lady was totally on phone and even I clearly told her not to shorten my length nor make it thin !!!! but still didn't do good job , It shorten left side more and not even cleaned underneath...I usually get my brows done from the lady with glasses , but I don't recommend new lady !! read more

As someone who's been coming here for the past six years at least I am severely disappointed I had called several times letting them know I will be there about 15 minutes before closing as My Wedding was coming up begging them to not close early I got there was 12 minutes and they locked the doors on me I begged and even offer to pay double the lady looked at me and smirked she knew I was on my way knew I was rushing knew it was weekend and decided still to close early I debated for a while about leaving review just because I have been coming here for so long and it was the younger lady who did this to me and not the who I be the who has always great and kind I was really disappointed I did not want to trust anybody else I had just got out of work I left my job an hour and a half earlier than I was supposed to just to make this appointment before I leave for my My Wedding let's be honest doing eyebrows literally more than six minutes at that so the fact that I had 12 minutes to spare and they still locked me out and told me oh well is mind blowing especially since that lady knew I was a regular client of the Owner. So the ladies here were VERY sweet but I walked out with butchered eyelids after getting my eyebrows threaded. The service was $14 which isn't at all bad, but now my face is all scratched up. They also offer henna, which I got (another $10) and the design on my hand definitely didn't live up to the image drawn in the lil' binder they presented, but oh well. Every visit, I get my skin pulled off right underneath my brows. Usually two employees available. They tell me my skin is sensitive. Go at your own risk lol. It's always open and not too busy @10am-11am when they open. They do a pretty good job with eyebrows, & shaping and cleaning, through if you do have sensitive skin... be prepared to get scarred or scabbed up. read more

I usually come here once every two weeks to clean up my micro bladed eyebrows and and the older woman at the shop. Last Saturday she wasn't there, but a younger woman was. I've seen her before, but she never did my brows. When it was all said and done I left, paid my fee and even tipped without barely looking at my brows. After all, they are always perfect when I leave. This time I get to my car and look at my brows. My eyebrows were threaded so thin that she actually cut lower then my micro blade. Now I have tattoo marks above my brows, and I look like I have just came back from 1999. Very disappointing. Micro blades are supposed to be. Tried out this place for henna, I've been looking for somewhere to go that wasn't too far & I must say they did an awesome job! My friends and I didn't see anything we liked in the book they had so we looked up pics on our phones and she was able to do it. Some Lines a bit shaky, she worked pretty fast, but I'm not picky like that, best part I walked in knowing I would spend about $40 and to my surprise it was only $10 for myself and $10 for my daughter. My friends designs were bigger so theirs were $12 but that's still excellent for the work she did! We love henna! So will be back! read more

I believe anything above $12 for eyebrow threading is ridiculous, so the $10 deal is right up my alley! I love the results. ** And if you're new to threading, let me just say that I think it's the most painful hair removal method (vs. tweezing and waxing) and I cry every time (beauty is pain), BUT I appreciate the long-lasting results and the clean lines so much that the pain doesn't matter. Preeti is great, I highly recommend her to anyone. Just make sure you communicate what you're looking for and I'm sure she'll work with you like she did with me! I moved to the area a few months ago so I decided to give this place a try. I'm not going to lie, the first 2 times I came to this place the service was OK. I had a different person thread my brows each time and my shape was pretty much on the natural side (I think it's just safer for them to do a natural shape if you don't communicate to them what you want.) I have a 7mo and this place was fast and the closest to my house so that's why I kept going back. BUT this last time I went I have to say it was a great experience! I actually grew out my brows for about a month before coming back again because I wanted a different shape (obviously getting tired of the natural looking brows) I ended up with Preeti helping me. I showed her a picture of some brows I saw online that I really liked & wanted. I asked her if she could do that for me, she said "You know those eyebrows are filled in and shaped with makeup?" I told her "yes of course they are, but can you make my eyebrows that shape so I can fill them out myself when I put on makeup?" She said yes. After 5 minutes and some pain (any form of hair removal is painful to me) I absolutely loved my brows and the shape she created was really nice! I usually go to Oakland for my eyebrows but I've found this place and it's just as great the one I usually go to. I have sensitive skin and they always handle my eyebrows with care. It's a great inexpensive shop in a good location with parking and if you show up and it's busy, there's other shops & things you can do to busy yourself until they're free. I've been going on and off since they've open and I have no complaints. I make sure to get my stamp card punched or signed every time I go and they make sure I never forget either. So I came here for my first time on Sunday morning, I usually take the drive and get my eyebrows done at an amazing place in Dublin, but I needed my brows done asap and had work. Coming here was a big mistake. She didn't get there until 10 minutes after opening. And as she was doing my eyebrows my eyes were watering like crazy, which never happens to me. I figured it was just because it was very cold. Then, when she was done I looked in the mirror and was so unsatisfied. My eyebrows looked awful. I needed to get out of there. I paid, tipped, got to my car and cried because they looked so bad. My right eyebrow was WAY thicker, and each brow is a COMPLETELY different shape. I get home and look in the mirror again and realize she had cut me everywhere (explains why my eyes were watering so much. She cut me under both eyebrows and on the corner of my upper lip.
