First time going to this place. Very neat and cute inside. Soft relaxing music right when you walk in. Lots of different services advertised on their entrance wall. When I walked in, there were 2 women in-front of me. During their services, it was very quiet and relaxing. I prefer this type of ambiance compared to places that try to talk the entire time hehe. Came here to get eye brows and lips threaded. Decent job for the price. Usually when I get my eyebrows / lips threaded my eyes tear and I want to sneeze, but this lady did a great job and barely hurt for some reason! She was great. Threaded, took her time, then tweezed and trimmed. Offered lotion at the end and applied it with a tissue. Would probably come back again, I hate doing my eye brows myself. read more

I'm so happy I found this spot to get my eye brows threaded. The inside is really nice and clean and service was quick. My eye brows are micro bladed so I only get them cleaned up, however, people have messed up before in the past. This place so far so good, I will be coming back as the location is nice with good parking and hours are nice as they stay open till 7pm. read more

Have been to this place a number of times. The owner does a good job but it's hit or miss with the other threader. On the weekend of Mother's Day I spoke to the owner she said she would not be in but the lady threading was good. They have a point system to get a free threading and I had finally earned one. I go in and get my eyebrows threaded and told the lady not to thin and a spot I was growing out. She hands me the mirror and my brows are horrible. One really thin and the other still the same. I was upset but walked over to pay and let the lady know I had a free eyebrow. She told me no I can't do that. She was an older woman so I understood she might not know how to use the system. I go in to pay and usually it lets you type in your number to earn more points. I asked her if she could please reset so I could get points for paying full price. She said no again. I was very upset at this point because there's never been an issue with entering the phone number. My eyebrows looked so bad and I had a trip to Disneyland for Mother's Day. I text the number for the owner as she had replied in the past and let her know the situation...no response. I wasn't going to leave this review but I've gone about 7 times at this point and have only liked it maybe 3 times always giving another try. I'm officially looking for a new place read more

I wouldn't recommend this place for a Brazilian wax. After the service, I was handed a hard paper towel because I was bleeding, which was really concerning. It honestly felt like the mom and daughter weren't very experienced or didn't know what they were doing. They also had me sit and wait about 10 minutes before starting, and I've never had two people do a wax at the same time--that felt really unusual. On top of that, they missed quite a bit of hair. I was sore for days afterward, and I've had plenty of waxes before and never experienced anything like that. Overall, this was a huge red flag for me. read more

I write this review after giving this a 3rd chance. This place is new the inside is trendy and lots of parking space. The first time I went I was satisfied with my eyebrows and for $10 I was glad to have found some place that was inexpensive and did a good job. So I went back, had the same lady that I did from my first time there I thought great I let her know to not thin my eyebrows any further. As soon as she was done and I look they're thin in exactly the spot I told her I didn't. I decided to give this place a third go thinking maybe it was just a bad day for her. I go and it's a different lady there this time I let her know how I would like my eyebrows. As soon as she hands me the mirror I notice that my shapes are different for each brow. I really hoped this place would work out for me unfortunately it hasn't. read more

No appointments needed! I was able to walk in on a random day and met the super sweet owner of this beautiful establishment. It was so pretty and clean! They were soo welcoming (i had my kids with me, i appreciate their patience so much) and answered all of my questions, the location has alot of parking which is a big plus! also wanted to add that its so hard trust anyone with brows. i got my brow threaded and i didnt have to say anything but Simi did her magic and got my brow shape back to life, sharp and clean! just the way i like it Thank you and more power to the threading salon 1000000/10 would recommend. read more

Im so glad this opened in the area. I have been here twice now for eyebrow threading as a walk in. The prices and service are AMAZING. Compared to other places I have been, they are gentle and I can definitely feel the quality of the products they use. Customer service has always been great. This last time, I beleive it was the owner who did my brows and she went as far as putting on a kids show for my daughter to watch while I got serviced. As a mom, I was really thankful for this.
