This morning I go to wear one and there are two stains on the collar. There weren't any stains when I dropped the shirts off. I explain the situation to the woman and she tries to blame me for the stains. Really? That's how you treat customers? She said she would try and get the stains out but if she couldn't.... And I said if you can't you will replace the shirt. She vehemently denied that should replace the shirt and did not want to accept my other shirts at this point. This I doubt is the owner. She tries to push overpriced beauty supplies on you when she works. I doubt the owner is aware or getting a cut. Regardless, there are plenty of cleaners around and they will never get my business again. Recommendation: stay away.

First of all, it took a week, which I think is ridiculously long for the job. Then, they botched the job. I had asked to keep the appearance of the bottom hem of the pants the same, and basically they resewed it in a way that was different, and the stitch lines weren't even straight. When I sent it in, I had made specific requests and said that if they weren't able to do what I wanted please give me a call and just leave it, which they apparently didn't.

I inquired about the ribbon being added to the v on both of the dresses (which I didn't ask for) 1) doesn't match the dresses 2) the v previously had a clean edge not ribbon so why would you ad it. I was told I had to wait for the manager to come to the store to talk to me. I waited in the car. When I went back in and told her I was unhappy with the alterations & wanted my money back she told me she was not refunding my money and threatened to call the cops on me? She proceeded to continue in a verbal argument with me - even in front of another Customer who Was picking up shirts. I chose to step aside & allow her to wait on him. She proceeded to ask me if I Was ready to shut up and allow her to talk? First & foremost - who does this in a management position?? What company would allow someone to interact with customers with such a horrible attitude & lack of professionalism. I decided to leave the store with my dresses & not continue this conversation with this unprofessional individual. She proceeds to yell 'don't get It an accident on your way home'? I thought I didn't hear right at first .... Who says this to a Customer? Who says something so terrible to anyone period? Why would someone representing a business even allow something like that to cross their lips - there was no need for It. It was rude & extremely unprofessional. You don't wish an accident on anyone - and basically that's what she was saying when she passed that comment. In the business world - you do what you can to please the customer and don't argue with them. This manager was extremely rude & if I was the business owner she'd not be representing my company - She would be out of a job! Reputation is everything - clearly this woman doesn't understand how her actions impact a business...and how word of mouth impacts a business. Dress was placed on a red background to show the 50 cent roll of Michaels ribbon used as edging on the neckline - this type of ribbon isn't even made for clothing? The proper thing to do would have been return my money & not argue with the customer in your place of business. Actions like this speak volumes for the way a business is run. I'd rather take my business elsewhere - to an establishment that stands behind their work & is Customer focused.

The place was clean, well-organized, and the machines were modern. They even have a little area with a game table to keep you entertained while you wait. They also have an app that lets you see how many machines are available before you go, pay right from your phone (they take other payment options too), and it even notifies you when your laundry is done.
