He said he would hold it for me if I would like and I told him that would be fine. It was about a 10 to 12-minute walk from my hotel to this place. True to his word, the gentleman had my loaf of bread waiting on the counter for me. The gentleman I had spoken to on the phone even offered to slice the bread for me, but I declined since I had some utensils at my hotel. Thanks to their fantastic customer service, I can't wait to come back, even if the bread wasn't the absolute best, which it was. It's the little things that make such a big difference!
